I wish I had planned a longer stay. The place was plenty spacious, and I loved being out on the lanai, still a little too cold for swimming, but quite relaxing and pleasant. Lots of great food and activities all around. Owner was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

This property was just fantastic. Very well-maintained clean, and well furnished. We couldn’t ask for more and will definitely return to rent at this property again. The host was just as wonderful as a PROPERTY and could not be more helpful. We highly recommend both!

Our Company Travels a lot & we have stayed in Many VRBO . Jonathan & His wife have several we have used while working in the area . They always make sure Our crew is well taken care of. Its hard to work away from your family so Its great to find an owner who understands and goes above & beyond!

Perfect for our needs
Location and premise was outstanding, very nice clean house, more than enough space for us and for the price. Close to everything we needed and privacy deluxe. Jonathan, the owner was very responsive and courteous and we couldn't be happier. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Great House! Great Pool!
Very clean house in a great location. The pool is amazing, along with the outdoor grill space. Kids loved the pool and all of the space to play in the house.

Great quiet neighborhood and roomy house.
Had a good time and house worked out great. Parking for a trailer was good and secure. Outside pool and grill area was great. Wished it was warmer so we could of swam.

Nice house
We enjoyed our stay here the host was wonderful and helpful very clean and tidy house adequate amenities. I would definitely recommend this place and the location is off the beaten path but close to everything you need

Needs Improvement
We stayed not as a vacation but of necessity while our home was under repair. Two issues 1.). The rugs were dirty so my wife rolled them up. The floor was dirty underneath to the point that one had to wear shoes or wash your feet. 2.). The internet connection was slow and weak. The under lying carrier was Spectrum. Their speed is both substandard and as a cable service the node is shared and the lag time long. Additionally the WiFi router is old and slow. As such I was partly able to compensate by adding my own WiFi router. As I was working remotely during the stay that was necessary.

Everything was fantastic. Jonathan was an amazing host who communicated incredibly well. Location makes it easy to get to just about anything in the Bay area. Hope to book again.

Love the Lutz Cottage
This is the second year we have stayed at the Lutz Cottage. It is perfectly located to get anywhere in the Tampa area. There is plenty of space and the outdoor pool area is lovely. Jonathon is great at communicating with us and answering any questions. We will definitely be back!!

Just what we needed.
This was a fantastic property! There was plenty of room everywhere. We had a wonderful time in the pool and using the outdoor grill. The kitchen was very spacious. All the beds and seating areas were comfortable. There were plenty of plush towels. We would love to stay here again.

Helpful
During our stay we had an electrical issue. The owner was very very helpful and very prompt. The issue was quickly resolved. The home was lovely and in a nice location. Perfect fit for our family.

Roomy for a large family
This house was clean and comfy. We had a family of 4 adults and 4 teenagers and this was the only house in the area with 4 twin beds. Owner was very responsive. Would rent here again.

Lutz cottage
We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family and as advertised. It was centrally located and we enjoyed several of the beaches. We would definitely rent again.

This place was amazing! It was near everything we wanted. The owner Jonathan was great. We had a couple of questions when we first got there and he answered them quickly for us. If we are ever in the Tampa area again we will definitely be repeat customers! The only thing we would suggest is some tv’s in the bedrooms and maybe a radio.

Great Value and good location
We totally enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. The house was just what we needed for our family of five. Jonathan was a great host.

Get spoiled in this Cottage. Beautiful home in a great location.
The cottage was more than we expected. The layout was open and charming. The pool was a added benefit as well as the covered pool area to keep out bugs ect from us. This cottage sleeps 8 people and would be a great for a large family with kids. When we looked at getting a motel or hotel rooms this was way more cheaper and you feel more at home. Everything was included with this cottage. All you had to bring was yourself - clothes and food. The cottage came fully stock with all dishes - silver ware - microwave - towels ect. Plenty of parking. We will minutes away from everything in Tampa. We stayed from Oct 24 - Oct 29 and the weather was great with the temps in the 80's. The owner Jonathan was available if you needed anything. If my family stay in Florida again in this area - we would stay here again hands down.
