Freundliches Personal und modernes neues Hotel! Die Ausstattund der Zimmer war gut.
Das Hotel an sich war super, jedoch die Abwasserkanäle vor dem Hotel beim Eingang riechen sehr stark nach Fäkalien. Leider wurden die Klimaanlagen genau auf auf der Hotelseite platziert, sodass der gestank direkt durch die Anlage kommt! Mussten daher das Zimmer zur Rückseite nehmen! Jedoch nicht problemlos, da es au der Rückseite des Hotels ein sehr lautes Fitnessstudio hat!

It's a nice clean room with most necessities provided and a very comfortable vibe. Big comfortable bed and a separate couch with TV. Very minimal and nice toilet.
Plus it's in an area where a lot of great shops and convenient stores nearby. Great location.
The random column near the bed. The drainage is not fast enough to drain the water. Very slippery floor if not using slippers. Sometimes water leaks from the toilet to the room.

The mirror at the front of the room is too high only accommodating height of 5.5feet and higher. Some TV channels (stated to be available) were not accessible at all. Parking situation (using coupon) was not stated in the hotel listing on the website.

Clean bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, hot shower, all of the rooms are nice.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient.

5 minutes walk to the next section across the street. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
It's only a little detail, but in one or two rooms from the hotel the aircon compressor can be a little loud if you are a light sleeper.

Beside it is a very long road. There will be a motorcycle party at midnight and the motorcycles will be very noisy. Window sound insulation is not good

Good size room at a good location with lots of eateries. Bed is comfortable and room is clean with adequate amenities. Town centre is just a 5 minutes grab ride from hotel. Staff is friendly and efficient.

The place was very clean and smell very nice, consistent with other reviews. The location is okay if you are looking for a place why is quiet and private neighborhood. Whoever manages this place really takes pride in their work and it shows in the good quality of the maintenance and service. Well done. At a very competitive price, very good value for your money indeed.

Room is a little compact. Good for solo traveller. Bed is comfortable and room has the necessary amenities. Good size bathroom with great and hot shower. 7-11 is just next door. Lots of eateries around hotel.

The bed comforters were not like any other hotels. So soft, fluffy and comfy, the pillows too were so soft and fluffy , that you cannot escape a good night's sleep!
There is this weird smell in the room and bathroom though that might be from the drain .. its not pleasant

The corridors and rooms just have a slight sewage smell. Very slight but you can definitely detect it. At first I thought it was just me, but my partner also smelt it. Maybe better ventilation will help.

Good neighborhood-close to many good restaurants, Miri Central Park, and only 15 mins walk to the city centre. Friendly staff, they kept our luggage because we came in before check in hour-and also helped with the parking ticket. Spotlessly clean rooms, and the family room was very spacious.
My husband (suffering from a back injury) found the beds not good-for me and the kids this was not such an issue. For the rest no complaints-I really recommend this hotel.
