We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. It is very clean, beautifully furnished, and has a nice water and pool view. We were there over Memorial Day Weekend so the beach was quite crowded for a couple of days but once the holiday crowd left, the beach and pool were peaceful and quiet. Cindi was extremely responsive and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect and you have a nice view of the ocean from the condo. Condo was conveniently located to the community laundry room and elevator. Two elevators go to each floor so you never waited very long. Pool was clean and enjoyable and beach was perfect. Plenty of beach toys and chairs provided. A couple issues did arise but owner was extremely responsive.

What a wonderful property. We had a girls weekend with my Mom and 3 sisters. It was unusual to find the perfect property. As adults in our 50's, it was refreshing to find 2 bedrooms all with 2 queen beds in each room and w with a king. 3 bathrooms were also a bonus. The ocean view was perfect. The condo was stocked with everything one could need. There was an entire closet full of games. The communication with the host, Cindi was phenomenal. She was so responsive and gave great suggestions for a special Mother's Day buffet. Thanks for a great weekend. We will be back.

Relaxed

This was our first visit at this condo, but it will not be our last!! We loved everything about this condo and our family of 9 fit in it comfortably!! Beautiful ocean view and the beach didn’t get crowded during our stay. Will definitely be returning!

Wonderful place to stay. Condo was beautiful and had what we needed for the kitchen and a nice selection of games and beach items. Cindi was great to communicate with and the office staff helped when we needed something printed due to an unexpected doctor’s trip while on vacation. Would definitely stay there again!

A nice place. The only negative things I would say is ... the pool was closed the first day ... on our short 3 day stay that was a bummer... also, I think for the price of the stay its not too much to ask that toilet paper is provided. We had fun ... would come again

The condo was exactly as described plus much much more. We've never stayed in a rental so well equipped. The owners have thought of everything! The location was great with numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive away. We enjoyed our coffee and chats each morning on the balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Afternoons on the beach were so easy and enjoyable as owners supplied us with beach chairs in a wagon and beach towels. Perfect way for our group of friends to start a new decade! We will return!

We had 10 of us ranging in ages from 1-60 and we had a great stay. This is very family friendly which was really nice with small kids. The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. If we’re back in the area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful, convenient location right on the beach for the children. Nice pool. Plenty of shopping and restaurants closeby.

TLDR version - Excellent 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo with a nice living room, kitchen and a beach view. Logistics are very simple and it comes with everything you'll need for a getaway (except food & beer). We stayed at this condo for 5 nights for a winter family get-away and it worked out perfectly for us. The condo will be stocked with all the kitchen stuff and equipment you'll need to cook your own food. It also has a nice dining table for at least six people. As far as the living room goes, it has a nice recliner and a long L-shaped couch for everyone to watch a movie or the football game. For those of you who like board games, there is a closet full of board games that are available along with a nice stack of beach towels and other beach stuff. They just ask that if you use the beach towels, just go ahead wash it before you leave because the housekeeping team don't wash it. There is an in-unit combo washer/dryer unit available for your use, but it is intended for light loads. A commercial-grade washer is also available in the common area for larger loads. The three bathrooms worked out very well, especially when you have a number of ladies in your party and no one is waiting outside the door. I did arrive on a late afternoon flight, so the office was closed for the day. Just simply let the property owner know and they will work out an easy solution to get you squared away. Overall, it was a great stay, I would re-book this condo on future trips.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Clean and well appointed 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit on the 3rd floor. The beds were so comfortable and with a bathroom in each bedroom, it was perfect for 3 couples.the host was quick with all responses and gave the best dining recommendations. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

I love the three bedroom/three bath layout of this condo! It is perfect for multiple families. It is in an excellent location and the beach wasn't over crowded. There were alot of beach toys and towels provided by the resort which made it nice not having to pack them in our suitcases. We had a couple issues with cleanliness of sheets, pillows, towels, but the office was awesome at making sure everything was cleaned or replaced.

Kitchen adequately stocked and the kids enjoyed the games available. We took the trolley to Johns pass and that was convenient. Facilities well maintained around the pool area. Thanks for havi g the carts available for moving luggage

Very clean and nicely furnished condo. Appreciate the in condo washer/dryer. Kitchen is perfect. Beds were great Nice new leather furniture in family room.....gotta get me one of those recliners...very nice! Beach is excellent and nice restaurants all around. We left a fishing pole and bait bucket, hope future guests can enjoy.

Just steps from the beach, this property has everything required for long days in the sun and the short nights in-between. Restaurants at every turn and a Publix just down the street. The better the vacation the worse it is to return home.

Cindi was amazing prior to and during our stay to answer all questions. Check in and out was a breeze. The condo was close to the elevators and laundry with a great view of the beach and pool. The condo was clean. Somewhat stocked. Location was great. I encourage anyone staying there to familiarize themselves with the trolly prior to arrival. It was a breeze once we figured it out. The beach was great. Not packed at all. It was easy to find a great spot to set up for the day with no worries of leaving things throughout the day. I really appreciated all of the recommendations from Cindi. The list was extremely helpful. Also, the spa was amazing in Clear Water (part of Cindi’s list) The condo was spacious and laid out great for our family. We had a fabulous family vacation at this condo. I highly recommend staying here if you would like to be on the beach!!

First time renting in North Redington Beach. I loved ! This condo was perfect, clean, friendly staff that called me to tell me my unit was ready! That’s a first! Owner Cindi was very helpful in suggestions as to the many restaurants around there.

Condo could use some upgrades but was clean and roomy for our family of 6.

Great condo, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo with a great balcony. Everything was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked and the communication with the owners was fantastic. We love the location, Reddington Beach is a great, clean family oriented beach. The pool and hot tub are also very nice and plenty of chairs by the pool to relax.

We had plenty of space to spread out and come together. Kitchen was well stocked and the owners were a dream.

We had a great stay at Cindi’s place. Our flight was delayed but Cindi had no problem accommodating our evening check in. We traveled with two kids under 3 and they had a blast. There were tons of beach toys, pool noodles, boogie boards, a skim board, beach chairs and even a beach umbrella that were easy to transport using the pull wagon. The combination of the pool and beach being steps away from the condo makes this place perfect for families with small children. Our oldest was able to go back and forth from the beach to the pool all day and we were able to take our youngest back up to nap when she needed. We were also happily surprised by the fact that the unit came with a pack n play and two booster seats. Overall, the perfect place to stay for a comfortable, convenient, relaxing time enjoying the beach and Florida sunshine!

It was absolutely perfect! The location was great on the beach and kids enjoyed the pool. Our family spent the day at Caledesi Island, Clearwater, Johns pass and Disney. There was so much to do and places to eat. The space for 7 was perfect and they thought of everything to accommodate our larger family. The games closet, everything for the beach you could need and a list of popular attractions and places to eat. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and host.

Great getaway with my siblings and there spouse for a wedding. The place had everything we needed and great location. Beach was great for walking.

This property was perfect for a family BEACH vacation! They had everything we needed and I could even watch the kids swim with Grandma and Grandpa from the balcony while my youngest napped. Lots of restaurants nearby if you are willing to walk! Cindi was great too and was readily available for any questions!

The owner was wonderful. The ideas and recommendations were spot on. We were appreciative for all the beach items, including towels, that were made available to us. I can’t imagine a better location. The experience exceeded our expectations.

The condo was perfect for 6 adults and 4 kids. The beach, pool and hot tub were great and it was so easy to get around to see other areas. The beach toys and beach towels were an added bonus! Will definitely return in the near future.

We really loved this property and the area. The condo was not fancy but extremely functional - 3 large bedrooms, each with their own bath, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and of course a beautiful view! This stretch of beach was quiet, and there are loads of great restaurants close by. Highly recommend!
