Out unit for modern, spacious, clean and efficient. Close to clubhouse and indoor activities. We really enjoyed our stay

We’ve stayed at the Seasons for years and this was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. It was clean and well stocked - decent knives, non-stick pans of all sizes, plenty of dishes and silverware, TP, paper towels, bath towels, etc. we also enjoy the seasons facilities - the pool, hot tub, basketball court, and fire pits/grills for guest use. My family had a great experience. We’d definitely stay in this condo again.

We enjoyed a nice 9 day stay at this Seasons condo. Unit is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Two AC units kept unit comfortable during hot and rainy spell. Susan is very hospitable and quick to respond. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

This property is everything you need to make your vacation stay ideal. Great kitchen fully stocked, clean and comfortable bedroom, nice living room and great loft for the kids/teens. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. Close to North Conway downtown, and story land. Close to restaurants and shops. There is an indoor pool and game room on the premises. Everything was perfect about our stay. Great property and Susan was great in communication.

The property was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space, the house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property owner was very quick to respond when we had a question. The location was perfect for all the fun things North Conway has to answer.

The property wasas advertised. A perfect spot for my family's trip to Storyland. If we are in the area we'd definitely stay again! So much to do for kids and adults.

Susan’s condo was a perfect home base for our trip to Storyland. The condo was just the right size for the 4 of us. My kids loved swimming in the pool.

We are so happy to have found this place to stay for a weekend. It perfectly fit our family of 5, with space to boot. It as convenient to the local attractions, had a nice clubhouse with a pool and games, a basketball court across the street, and was in a safe and quiet neighborhood for my kids to play in. The place itself was spotless, had a great kitchen that was well stocked, had laundry and a dishwasher, and had a heating/AC unit that worked very well. We look forward to coming back soon. A+

This is are second time at Susan's place. Huge upstairs for kids to spread out with game table and if they're up early they won't wake the neighbors with noise. One of nicest kitchens we've used in this complex and big living room. Susan always has great communication even when we left keys at home last time. Great base to explore Jackson, Great Glen, Conway and even Bretton Woods. Love that 4 great XC ski centers within 35 minutes and two within 10 minutes.

2 families, 4 adults, 4 kids 7 and 12 year olds stayed 2 nights. Clean comfortable place, we all enjoyed pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. Went to the ice castles, nice weekend away.

Lovely place! 5 min drive to Attitash Ski resort! Loved it!

We had a wonderful time staying here with family and friends. It was clean and well cared for. I had a couple questions for the owner and she was very responsive and a great communicator. It is very close to Attitash, just a few minutes. Great spot for a family ski get away at Attitash!

The condo was very well stocked and furnished. The layout with the loft was ideal for giving kids/teens a space to hang out. The master bedroom was a little more private. The number of beds was perfect for a family, between the king bed, the bunk, and 2 singles. The best part of this rental turned out to be the community clubhouse, with a large indoor pool, hot tub, fitness area, dry sauna, pool tables, and game area--this was a huge bonus for entertainment!

We loved our accommodations, lots of room for 8 of us . Large table for dinner and playing cards. Very clean and close to shopping and restaurants and we loved the pool and hot tub. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described. We found it to be spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is near a great many places of interest; making it an extremely convenient central location all the region has to offer. The owner was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions. We will look forward to renting this unit again on our next visit to the region.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is newly renovated, very clean, and nice and quiet (didn't hear neighbors). There is plenty of room to spread out and a generous dining area. With only 3 of us there was ample room. We could have comfortably fit another adult and/or a couple more children and not have felt crowded. Kitchen is fully stocked with all that you may need and there are plenty of extra linens as well. The check-in/check-out process was clearly communicated and went smoothly. The condo complex has a pool and game room which are nice to have available. We were very pleased with the location. Convenient to Storyland (our main destination this trip) and North Conway. We are planning to return to the area next summer and will be keeping this property in mind!

My husband, our five-year-old and I stayed Labor Day weekend. I was very impressed at how clean, and updated the condo was. The kitchen was also extremely well stocked. It is just minutes down the road to Storyland, and about a 50 minute drive to Santas village. You also get access to the clubhouse, where there is an indoor pool, hot tub, and a small workout area. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect location for our trip. The unit we rented was even more comfortable than I expected. The amenities at the property were exceptional. Met a couple of owners while there; that gave us an even better feel for the overall care for the resort. Will recommend this resort in the future.

The property was just as advertised. It is in a great location near the Saco River, convenient to all the the white mountains has to offer. We went hiking to some beautiful waterfalls. There was also a grocery store nearby, also some good take out. Getting into a restaurant was difficult because they are understaffed so we made do with take out or we cooked.

Great condo with amazing sleeping loft and nice master bedroom. One of the best floor plans of any mountain condo I’ve stayed in. Truly a great place to stay for your White Mountain Vacation.

The property exceeded our expectations. The home/condo was newly renovated, very clean, and had everything we needed for our three night stay. We were two families: 4 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 5 and 9. The kids were kept entertained with the on site amenities. Actually, we couldn't fit everything in to include our hiking and Santa's Village trip! We will definitely return.

The property and its owner exceeded all expectations. I was worried about the hot temperatures but the unit had two heat pumps that kept the rooms at a perfect temperature. The location was ideal. Conway was easily accessible and the building located in a quiet area. The owner immediately replied to any messages. The beds were comfy, and thankfully, all the comforts from home were within our unit. We would definitely stay here again.

As my 6 year old stated, we were so sad to leave this ‘amazing condo!’ As described and shown in pictures, only more beautiful and very clean! Exactly what we were looking for- for our baby’s first 3 night getaway. Close to Storyland and many restaurants- perfection!

Gorgeous condo, perfect location for a family. Located across from the tennis courts, we were able to see our children from the dining room window as they played. The condo was clean, had all the comforts of home, and we would absolutely stay again!

Our stay was excellent. Communication with host was outstanding from check in all the way through check out. We checked in easily, and upon getting settled we noticed we needed one more set of sheets. Susan answered quickly and addressed our request immediately. We enjoyed the clubhouse pool and hot tub. Facility was easily accessible and very accommodating Eve with having to make reservations. Staff on site was very welcoming and helpful. The condo was clean and well appointed with kitchen items we needed, and there was plenty of seating for our large family. We were very comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable and the little patio off the main bedroom was a great nook to sit and have morning coffee. Our children, (young adults with significant others and our teenager) told us they felt comfortable upstairs and would happily stay here again. The area is stock full of activities to keep you busy. There is a grocery store very close by, shopping and TONS of outdoor activities! We really loved staying here. We hope to re-book when we come up again. Thank you Susan, for being a military friendly family and for making our quick family get away relaxing and enjoyable!

Hi Loved staying at Sue's place. We've stayed at 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom with loft and now Sue's 1 bedroom with loft, which we found the most economical. The kitchen was small, but clean with a large sink and toaster oven. We also really appreciated that the dining room didn't have carpet given our son, particularly has trouble keep crumbs on the table, much less his plate. Excellent value and Building 16-18 is one of my favorite locations. We didn't use the pool due to COVID, but love the easy access to the pool and clubhouse plus playground in the summer. We'll be back again.
