Family get away
Great location for getting to downtown and great restaurants and the pools were spectacular and clean.
House was great for lodging 17 people. Everyone could be together or retreat to their quite place. We all loved the front and back porches.

Great property
Good access to all of WaterColor and Seaside as well. Driveway can hold three vehicles and there is nearby on street parking. Third floor game room is fun even for adults.

Overall this house was perfect for a large family gathering over the holidays. The very large and well equipped kitchen and eating area’s worked out better than expected.We were able to all meet together for meals and to visit at the same time have our own private space in which to retreat.

What a beautiful home. Lots of great touches throughout. Big TVs (with easy to operate remotes), tons of seating throughout the house and we seemed to find a new outdoor space to explore each day. Really easy walking access to the town center. We would have liked to have seen some coffee filters around and the pinball machine needs to be tuned, the ball gets stuck in the upper section on the left side. This was a family gathering and we all grew up w/ a pinball machine so it was a bummer that it was unplayable. Otherwise I would recommend this property to anyone. It has a lot of character and attention to detail.

What a beautiful home. Lots of great touches throughout. Big TV's (with easy to operate remotes), tons of seating throughout the house and we seemed to find a new outdoor space to explore each day. Negatives: Two of second floor TVs did not work. All 8 bikes were older and axles were not well oiled creating unnecessary friction. Could not get vent fan on range to work. No good access to bring groceries into kitchen.
Positives: Nice home for our family of 17. Third floor game room was a BIG hit with kids. Beds very comfortable. Very good insulation from sound room to room. Good central location and easy access to CWC pool/athletic field and frog pool.

Louisiana Purchase is a lovely home within very easy walking distance to center of town and beach. Lots of open space areas for visiting, excellently stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Efficient air conditioning and two main dining areas. Plenty of bikes. Upstairs game room a hoot for family fun. Will definitely stay again. We strongly suggest owners improve mattresses on bunks and add blackout shades so all family members can sleep in. Otherwise just about perfect. Thank you to our hosts!

We rented a home for an extended family spring break. The day before we left, I received a call stating the home had some plumbing issues and would not be available. I was offered a few new choices and the golf cart was brought over to the new place as well. Seamless. Everything was great....well a few more days of better beach weather would have been appreciated... 360Blue was really great given the the situation.

Spacious Southern Style to fit our families last week. Loved the many sitting areas and location next to Western Lake. Our favorite were biking around to the Amavida, beach and pool with the kids. Wish we could've stayed for another week!
Management company was very prompt to change out the beeping smoke detectors that occurred the first two nights. Only a few minor bumps that would make the next guests happier are a working hot tub and a bee nest next the house near the outdoor shower. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely rent this beautiful home again!

Had a great time. The house was great for our family group of fourteen from Arkansas, Louisiana, and North Carolina. The house was well equipped.
The hot tub never worked and we got the impression that this has been an ongoing problem. We had looked forward to that amenity. We had some tv issues. The instructions were confusing.
Overall, we would highly recommend this beautiful home for a large group.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week in this beautiful home! Everything was clean, comfy, well-stocked, and perfect for Thanksgiving with family! We enjoyed the bikes daily and the perfect location to town/trails/shops/beach was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would love to rent this home again!

Our experience was wonderful! Watercolor is a very nice place. We went to ride bikes, swim, Gulf World, Pizza by the Sea, Great Southern Cafe, and the Local Catch Bar and Grill. We also went to the Shard Shop and made glass art it was a blast. It was a great experience and a great week! Thanks to Sand Castle Kids and the owners of 95 dandelion for making this trip possible. Our family truly appreciates y’all.

My husband and I were thrilled to book a last-minute trip to Watercolor. We adopted our first child from China in July of this year. On this adventure to get our little girl, we developed close friendships with 3 other families also adopting. Last week, we were able to vacation with all 3 of these families in Watercolor. Our stay was a sweet time of reuniting with special friends and our girls playing and laughing on the beach. We are so thankful for the beautiful home afforded to us by 3rd home. It was a truly wonderful week.

We booked this beautiful house last minute at 95 Dandelion Drive. The minute that we walked in we were in awe! We were in town with the Missouri Outlaws Softball teams for the USSSA Softball Nationals. We shared this house with other softball families. The house was perfect. We made it a home for our Softball families for the week. The area is beautiful and the beaches were perfect! We kind of went in blindly not knowing the area and Kaitlin from 360 Blue was able to answer any questions that we had. We know know the attraction of taking up residence in Florida. We really weren't ready to leave. We will be back next year if not sooner and who knows maybe one day we will move there some day😃Love it!

We decided to get out of our resort last minute. Catelyn helped us with this rental. We absolutely loved it. We had a few issues with air conditioning and one washer but they were attended to very quickly. We loved it so much not only would we stay again but we would consider moving to the area! We were in town for a softball tournament ....our girls shared the bunk room and parents in the bedrooms. It was perfect. We couldn't be happier with the area, the house or the booking agent. Would recommend to anyone...definitely a 5 star all the way around. We will be back! Thank you so much for our wonderful experience!!
