Family of 5 adults. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property manager was great to work with. Only had one, very minor, issue that was immediately taken care of. This was a return trip for my husband and myself. We brought other family along so they could experience what we had the previous summer. Everyone was very happy. Loved the home and the view. Hope to stay again.

Everything about this home was just as it is listed. The view was beautiful! The owner was very responsive.

The spacious property had a terrific view and was located near activities/tours my family wanted to take. For an added touch, it would be well received to have bath soap and shampoo available to guests.

We enjoyed our short stay! It was perfect for our needs and the views from the deck were beautiful! I made sure to sit on the deck and drink my coffee in the morning! We would stay again if we are in the area!

Beautiful experience! - this is a lovely home in a very ideal and beautiful location. We came for three days and three nights.. Did some fishing and hiking and this was such a wonderful homebase for us! It was clean, well supplied and stunningly pretty views. only suggestion would be for some additional dish towels and bath towels. What a great place!

The home was cozy and so comfortable. I loved our time there. The view was breathtaking. We even saw a moose family from the windows! If we go back to Homer, we'll certainly choose to stay there again.

Beautiful view, great location, clean!

My wife and I enjoyed staying in the beautiful Namastay home. Jaimie was a wonderful host and very prompt. We felt inspired as we enjoy the breath taking views each morning before exploring all around Homer and replenished while cozying up on the deck in the evenings as the sun slowly set past the mountain tops. The home is well laid out with unique decor from places traveled afar.

Beautiful, spacious home with terrific view of Kachemak Bay. Kitchen was well equipped. House was comfortable. Staying at Nanastay was a pleasant experience. We would recommend it to others.

Property was exactly as listed. Owner very responsive. All bedrooms are on upper level so if issues climbing stairs this may be a problem. Overall we would not hesitate to rent next time we visit Homer!

Wonderful home, plenty of room, comfortable beds, functioning and accessible kitchen and bbq - come for the view. Met all of our needs and provided a great place to relax, enjoy the scenery with our family.

We had a very relaxing experience in a beautiful setting. I do not have any negatives to say but I do wish laundry would have been available and as a personal preference, the queen bed was uncomfortable for us. Overall, we loved the quirky, eclectic feeling of the house.

Great spot to experience Homer. Views are fabulous & easy to move around the town and just minutes to the spit.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Namastay house. Quiet peaceful setting with an outstanding view of not only Kachemak Bay and the glacier on the other side but we were pleased to be able to see the lights from the spit in the evening and early morning. This house is fully equipped and loaded with charm. We highly recommend renting this house. You won’t regret it.

We had some challenges getting to the property due to road closures from wildfires. Jaime was very patient and helpful, always answering our many question. The house was very cute, clean, close to town. The view from the deck was great, in spite of the smoke. Would go back again!

This place was perfect for my stay in Homer - clean, convenient, amazing views and a super nice host. Even on a rainy day, you won't be upset to hang out in the beautiful living room space to watch the large flatscreen TV or just look out the huge windows to the glaciers. Would definitely rent this again with some friends and make use of the large dining table and BBQ grill on the deck!

Certainly, will never rent this house again nor recommend it to anyone! We, a group of US professors and computer scientists from different states, have visited Alaska in summer 2018. We often rent houses during our trips all over the world, and have rental properties ourselves. What we experienced had never happened with any of us previously. The host of this charming house is a real problem. A few days after we had left, she found out she cannot locate her favorite pillow from one of the rooms. Naturally, we had hardly remember a few multicolor pillows which none of us had used, and could do nothing from 3,000 miles distance to reunite her with this pillow. We were forced to pay $25 from the deposit for this experience. Those who want to rent this house may consider making photos of all items in the house and sending them to the hostess right after entering the property, and doing the same again right before living. Perhaps this will convince her that you are not a thief.

Great place to stay! The view is spectacular. The amenities good and very comfortable house and neighborhood on the hill! I strongly recommend!!
