Other then getting used to the Trains and water pressure issues which owner described all was relaxing

We came to fish the Mississippi River for a few days. The location is convenient to many boat launches. The home is comfortable and spacious. The hosts are awesome! There is plenty of off street parking for vehicles and a trailer.

The house was very clean and cozy. Deb the owner was very friendly when she stopped over to take out the garbage. The house is located on the main drag but traffic noise isn't a concern however the train tracks across the road does see quite a bit of traffic just an fyi but it didn't really bother us. I would definitely stay here again as it had everything we needed and provided an enjoyable place to stay when we weren't out fishing. I think this area would be beautiful in the summer and is close enough to LaCrosse and Prairie du chien for day trips or dining out.

Property was nice, right on the Mississippi River. They've upgraded the TV's from what is pictured. Deb communicated very well with us, and is very kind and friendly. If we didn't own a camper, we would come back in the summer, but we may come back again next January

This place is spotless and cozy. It exceeded my expectations a lot. I asked if it was possible to check in early and Deb called us to let us know that the house was ready for us. Christmas decorations in the house made us feel really at home. It was cozy, lovely, and quiet. We had a great New Years' celebration. Thank you, Deb! We are planning to come back and enjoy that place in the summer.

Great place to getaway with family for fun laughter & games. This is a great place to stay! So spacious & clean. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will difinitely come back again!

We used the house to access the mississippi hunting area and spent time to just recover,clean up and sleep. Having said that the shower fixtures are a bit temperamental and the front door dead bolt needs some work. Overall, It fit our needs.

Conveniently located, met our needs for the weekend in the LaCrosse area.

The property is very nice, comfortable and homey. Slept well and enjoyed being close to walk to restaurants, and the Mississippi River, as well as the mini mart at the gas station. The driveway is level off the street and has a wide enough approach to get our big motorcycles turned around to head out the next day, safe area as well.

It was perfect place for my adopted daughter to meet her birth father and brother. It gave us plenty of room, a place to play board games and neutral grounds to get to know everyone. It was so special for my daughter and I'm sure a memory she will always have.

Great River Road Getaway
Wish we stayed longer! This house is fabulous. Deb went above and beyond to welcome us. Her communication was top notch. House accommodated my husband and me and our golden retriever perfectly. Best VRBO we’ve experienced. Can’t wait to return.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! Deb communicate very well before we arrived and made sure we were good to go. The house was very well equipped with everything that we needed and was very clean. We cooked several meals here and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and all other dishes and utensils. The photos that are posted on VRBO are very accurate and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in this area. It is close to the river and a lot of different towns with easy access to all of them.
