Our family had a wonderful weekend !

Things to know: Rooms/beds: 4 bedrooms plus bunk bed in pool table room that the grandkids loved. Beds were very comfortable. Living/TV room: Great family sofa, very nice large TV, but we never quite figured out how to connect the sound-- yes, we referred to the instruction book, over and over. Music was easy: just ask Alexa Kitchen/dining was functional for our family of 8. The house was built in 1994 and it appears that the only items have been updated were the toilet (comfort height) in the master bedroom and newer LG washer/dryer. Pool/hot tub: Easy to use. We liked the way the heater shut down once the pool and hot tub were warm--no concern about it running all day/all night. Convenient location, nice neighborhood.

The Good: Good location in quiet neighborhood and plenty of room. Nice backyard to lounge in and relax. Kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook in. Laundry was also handy. House fully equipped. The Bad: When we arrived we found 2 dead large cockroaches (or some other large bug I didn't want to look closely at) and as the stay progressed we found small ants in the bathroom. Place was dusty but I think it's hard to stay dust free in Palm Springs; however the place could also use a deep clean. One of the beds is really high and I had to "climb" it to get in, would not have been possible with older guests. Overall: Good for large group if you don't have bug phobias.

We stayed here for a conference to have some more face time with each other. The house is wonderful - beautiful furniture, amenities, and anything you could need for a great stay.

Stayed at this house with a group of guys for the Power Trip concert. Everything was very nice and just what we needed. Would definitely stay again if I ever came back! 🤘

Great house for cozy getaway and for multiple families. Kitchen is well stocked with accessories, garage parking is a plus, pool table and putting green are great for all. Pool is simple but works well (be prepared to clean leaves daily due to large trees). Would rate higher, but found a few bugs in the bathroom areas. Must be the desert weather.

This was our third stay at Villa Villeta. We keep coming back because Villeta is perfect in every way. Villeta is impecably clean. All we need to bring are our tooth brushes, clothes and food. Everything else is provided and is top notch. The beds are super comfortable. (We checked the label on the mattress last time we stayed and bought the same for our home.) Our Host "Karen" provides high quality sheets and pillows. Bathrooms have soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Entertainment is everywhere. Outside is a great shaded pool and jacuzzi. Huge putting green, shaded lawn area, patio lounges with umbrella and a glass patio table. Inside is a beautiful living room with a big TV and a huge sectional sofa for the entire family. There is an big slate pool table, walk up bar, dining table able to seat 10 comfortably and and a huge kitchen with everything you need for a big family meal. Villeta is super convenient to restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is within a few minutes drive or have it delivered. Thanks Karen. See you next time. Only 3 things to improve: the cleanliness in the house, we found dirt under the beds, such as cigarette boxes, water bottles, dirty napkins, second, we recommend fumigating the house, many cockroaches came out, and third, maintain the floor and the pool walls neater.

Everything was amazing! We loved the house, it had everything we needed and more! Kids had a blast!

We had a wonderful time! Got to golf, swim and hot tub. Everything was just as it was advertised! Would love to go back sometime!

Our company had to install a house and due to the great rental, we were able to accomplish with ease. Perfectly fit our needs for the trip.

We had a good time, this home accommodated our family well. We were very disappointed with the condition of the pool and spa. There are several thing that need the owner’s attention.

We had a great time. The house was big and very nice. Loved it.

We wanted a little staycation to just get away and enjoy family time. This house was perfect!! A huge couch and dining room table for all of us to sit at. Beautiful backyard with pool & putting green. Multiple master bedrooms, including a bunk bed that was perfect for the kids. And a pool table when anyone wanted to get away from the heat for a bit. Checking in & out was super easy! The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed & then some. And the coffee station was the best I’ve ever seen. We never had to contact the host as we had absolutely no issues but she was there if we needed her. This was literally the perfect house!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was big enough for a couple cooks to work together with ease. The backyard is large and well shaded to stay out of the midday sun. Would definitely stay again.

We had another wonderful stay at Villa Villeta . Got to reconnect my Family with my brothers Family. We haven’t been able to see each other since before Covid. Plenty of space for all of us. We love the pool and the partial shade that the trees give over he pool and yard. Comfy beds, great kitchen with large dining table. Couch big enough for us all to watch TV together in evenings when we weren’t playing pool. Would recommend for families. House is big enough to fit us comfortably, and have our own spaces too. The overall impression of the vacation home was that it is clean, relaxing, quiet, & entertaining. The check-in was easy & so was the check-out. The only two draw backs of the place were trying to get the spa/jacuzzi to operate & the surround system to operate. We followed the instructions in the house guides found throughout the house but they did not work as instructed. However, overall recommendation is that I'd stay again.

Perfect gathering for me next my girlfriends to stay at for a weekend getaway. The pool with shade from trees is a rare find and feature all of us appreciated

Communication with Karen was always quick, helpful and very friendly. House is really well stocked with everything you need! Loved the coffee bar! All types of Keurig's were available along with cream,sugar and biscotti! Lots of things to do such as pool, golf and games and of course the pool and jacuzzi! Really nice large TV with Netflix and Amazon. There is even a pack and play and high chair if you need it.

Thanks again for another fantastic family trip! Love the updates; new carpet, couches, beds furniture etc! We wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else! Perfect for families in every way! We will be back soon!

Checks about all the boxes, location, pool, hot tub, putting green, pool, and enough rooms for us. Property could use a little maintenance and clean up, but was still a nice place. Close to golf, shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfy, and kitchen was stocked well. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was great and fulfilled all of our needs. We had kids with us ranging from 12 - 30 years old, and the house fit everybody's needs. Hot Tub was great, golf fun, and the open spaces within the house and kitchen were great for big dinners etc. Would highly recommend this property for a family outing.

Overall the property was a perfect place to stay. Great location to easily get to restaurants and golf courses. We did have some issues getting the hot tub up to temp, but after a couple calls to Karen everything worked out just fine. I would recommend staying here if you're in the Palm Springs area.

Villa Villeta was perfect for 2 families getting together with 4 kids. The bunk room was perfect with pool table, the xbox and basketball net in front and putting green. Kids had fun in the pool also. The big couch was perfect for all of us to get cozy and watch a movie, and the large table was great so we could all play cards.

There were 9 of us staying at the house during the week of Thanksgiving. Our stay got off to a bit of a rocky start as Karen (the owner)mentioned we could check in early (1:00 pm instead of the normal 4:00 pm check in) but when we arrived at 1:15 pm the house had not be cleaned. Kudos to Karen who was extremely responsive and got the cleaning crew out to the house immediately and we were able to check in at 4:15 pm. Overall, the house was in solid condition with the exception of a broken hot water faucet in one of the bathrooms. We ran into issues w the WiFi the first morning but were able to solve by power cycling the router. The house was very good sized for our group with excellent seating space particularly in the kitchen and family room (also a very big TV). There were a couple of drawbacks. The faucets in the showers were old and difficult to figure out even after multiple uses. The pool area was spacious but most of it is covered w trees so not a great deal of sun in 3/4 of the yard for those wanting that type of experience. Lastly, while the pictures in the VRBO ad were accurate, they didn’t reflect that the house is on the older side with the exception of new appliances in the kitchen and the TVs as mentioned previously. I should have also mentioned that Karen did an excellent job of including directions on how to use many of the a/v and other features of the house. They also had a grapefruit tree in the backyard and a juicer in the kitchen which was a nice added touch. Overall, it was a good experience with a responsive owner. Felt a bit expensive for the value received but I am not an expert on rental prices in the area.

We had a group of 8 woman celebrating a 60th Birthday, the home was perfect for us! The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cookware, dishes, lovely platters and glassware. The beds were comfy and tastefully outfitted with cozy bedding & new towels! There were games, magazines, putting green pool/spa, BBQ and all sorts of areas to hang out! We will definatly return!
