This place is perfect! Nice view of the marina. Plenty of space for a small family. Our twin 5 year olds had a blast! They found the toy box within two mins of being inside. Thanks for thinking about the little ones! Location is perfect, a 5 mins drive to downtown and a short 5 min walk to a local beach with two playgrounds. Perfect for kids! The bathroom upstairs was also nice to have in the middle of the night. Overall great value! Amazing location, awesome amenities; very cute and clean.

My boys and I enjoyed our visit to Charlevoix, and utilizing this rental unit. There were 3 of us, and we had plenty of room for the 4 day stay. It was very clean. I would recommend this rental!

We spent a week at this lovely apartment in July. The location is perfect. We walked to downtown Charlevoix every morning through the picturesque and historic Belvedere neighborhood. The views are great as are the sunrises. The unit is very well equipped and clean. Parking is good and there are even carts to transport your luggage and groceries. We brought our bikes (there are bike racks) and cruised the Little Travers Wheelway which is a paved bicycle path that runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs. Michelle was very responsive and great host.

Wow, what a beautiful condo! Michelle thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable. The decor is so pretty and the view from the balcony is amazing! The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. We would definitely stay there again.

The view was beautiful, the location was perfect, the place was very well-stocked with everyday items, and it was just the best getaway we could’ve imagined. Charlevoix is an idyllic little town, close in proximity to Petoskey which is also an incredibly charming town. Even in the off season, we had so much fun exploring Charlevoix and the surrounding towns... were mesmerized by the famous Mushroom Houses and their fairytale story.......along with checking out Michigan beaches. This VRBO is right on the water, was cozy and clean and we enjoyed seeing the harbor lights from the upstairs loft bedroom each and every night!

The views of the marina and lake are beautiful, and if you're renting a boat, there are a few options to have your boat close by.As many other reviewers stated, the condo is small but very well organized and equipped with everything you need. The only downside is the 2 full beds - could have used a queen in the master. Overall it was a great fit for our family of 4 for the week and we love the added bonus of the pool. We'll definitely be back to Charlevoix soon.

We loved the boathouse! It is very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities our family needed. We also loved that downtown is a quick 10 minute walk. The view is just spectacular, we could have sat on the balcony all day watching the boats. We would definitely return!

The condo and marina were lovely. And the owners were very nice and always available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a very nice stay with my family in this unit. The view is awesome, décor and updates are on point, and all of the little details of the home made it so nice. My 4 year old enjoyed the box of toys in the bedroom and all of the puzzles. Having all kitchen needs (spices/condiments) was helpful. The binoculars were a nice surprise to look around the lake. Was helpful that a pack and play and high chair were available so we did not have to pack ours. Pool was clean and pool bathrooms/showers were even cleaner. It is a very nice and easy 15 minute walk or 5-10 minute bike ride into town which was nice to do in the evenings, loved passing and admiring the historic homes. Would definitely book again if staying in Charlevoix.

The Condo was nice.. Only issue but really not an issue was the towel rack came off the wall. Not a problem

We had a few nights to take a trip around Memorial Day and chose to return to Charlevoix. Thankfully we stumbled upon Boat House. This condo is small but it lives large. The owners have used every square inch of the space intentionally with storage options tucked everywhere, for a short or long stay. The loft bedroom and half bath are adorable, the finishes throughout are very nice but it’s the view that makes it so special. The weather during our stay was a little chilly but regardless of the time of day the view is beautiful. Watching the sailboats from the balcony was priceless. The only thing better would have been to be on one of those boats.

The condo was beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. It was very clean. Couldn’t beat the views.

The Boathouse was wonderful! Very clean and has everything you need plus some extras in case you forgot the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, razors, etc). We had four adults and 1 toddler. This was a little tight for the living/kitchen space, but we didn’t spend much time inside as we had beautiful weather. Beautiful sunrises and great location near downtown (long walk or very short car ride). Michelle was a great host and easily reachable if needed. I would highly recommended the Boat House.

Wonderful location. Nice pool, clean beach with play equipment just a block away, and lovely walk to downtown. Loved the balcony and loft bedroom with charming half bath. Liked the close by, easy parking. One suggestion: smaller, more moveable chairs around that great table would have been helpful. Altogether a very nice rental!

We really enjoyed our week at The Boathouse. It was very clean and well supplied with anything you would need. The view of the harbor and Lake Charlevoix from the balcony is beautiful and we enjoyed coffee each morning and a glass of wine in the evening out on the balcony! We could walk to town from the condo which made it very convenient. Michelle was very prompt at answering and questions we had and made sure everything was great for our stay. We would highly recommend this condo!

Our family (from Ohio) spent 3 nights in this condo and absolutely loved it! It is updated, was very clean, and we really liked the decor. There also is ample balcony seating. One night we saw magnificent views of the strawberry moon and moonlight over the lake! The owners provided us with clear directions for our stay and suggestions for restaurants in Charlevoix. You can walk, bike, or drive into town. Our girls enjoyed the pool and I ran around the surrounding neighborhoods a few times. We paddle boarded/kayaked from the nearby beach. The town/area is fantastic! We plan to come back to Charlevoix and stay here again sometime.
