The property owner is wonderful to work with

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the location on the island was great. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the supplies we needed. Easy access to stairs and elevator. The view from the balcony was great and we really enjoyed how private the beach was. The condo was also well supplied with beach accessories. Communications with the owner was excellent. This was one of the best rentals we have had.

Great view, nice unit had everything we needed except games which is my only complaint as being there for a week would have been nice to have cards or a game to play or bikes to ride as in other units! . Owner very accessible, complex very well taken care of beautiful view from gym and very friendly people.

Fantastic location with private beach is exceptional and the condo is updated and very clean with all amenities needed.Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a incredible view from the balcony where you can watch dolphins and beautiful sunsets.This is our second time in this unit and will be back again.

Great family vacation spot!

This was a well-equipped unit in a very good location. Communication with owner was excellent.

Unfortunately, upon our arrival, the condo had not been cleaned. The owner arranged for cleaning within a couple hours. Understanding there is no control over this, the A/C went out for a couple days. The owner arranged service. The condo roof was being replaced, therefore, on different days, the pools and beach access were closed. There was A LOT of construction! There was A LOT of noise! We were not notified of any construction before our visit. The king bed, pillows and sheets were not comfortable. The towels were dingy and stained. The owner apologized for the cleaning and A/C problems. That was it….no discount, no refund, no consolation. We will not visit this condo unit again. This was our first VRBO rental in about 15 years. We have another VRBO rental in January. We are a bit nervous.

We had a great stay at Somerset. Pickleball courts are a huge plus!

Always love Somerset. Condo as advertised! We will be back.

Wonderful host, clean property right on the beach stocked up with everything you would expect from a rental and more with beach equipment in the lanai. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed at!

Everything you need this condo has and the beach supplies are all there including beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked and the grills downstairs are perfect. We’re definitely coming back to this condo next July and maybe a trip between with friends. Amy was super easy to work with and always available if needed.

Property is amazing. The views of the beach are spectacular. This specific unit was most attractive for our family for the “sand room”. It was loaded with well over a dozen beach chairs (all in great shape), 5 beach umbrellas and multiple wagons. The unit itself was sticked with all the necessary toiletries and countless beach towels. This will definitely become a staple for our family.

This was the PERFECT vacation spot for us! I was amazed at the amenities this unit has! There was an overabundance of beach towels and regular bath towels! The sand room had everything we needed for the beach from chairs to umbrellas and coolers along with wagons! The kitchen was fully stocked! The condo unit was clean and absolutely beautiful! Having a washer and dryer was also a nice amenity! The view was phenomenal from the very large balcony with a very large table. The unit location to the elevators and stairwell was close to the pool and the beach boardwalk entrance - very convenient. The parking spot in the garage was an extra added touch! The checking in process was extremely easy! We would definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed at Somerset 213 and we were very pleased with everything about our stay. The condo is so well stocked with everything from toilet paper, soap, paper towels, plenty of beach towels and bath towels, beach equipment, and was immaculate. Location is great and the view of the gulf from the balcony is breathtaking. Thank you for a great week and we will be booking again for next year!

The owner of this lovely condo showed excellent communication and the condo is exactly as described. If you are looking for a listing in Marco with a quiet beach, this is a fantastic option.

Amy's condo is always in pristine condition upon arrival. The view of the Gulf is breathtaking. It's close to all of the good restaurants and shops.

We just got back from Somerset and had a fantastic time. Location is everything and so true for this unit! The unit itself is very well kept and literally has everything you need for amenities which was very impressive. I believe it is the best stocked rental condo we have stayed at. The owner keeps in great contact with you from beginning to end. When we arrived the maintenance crew came to make sure everything was in working order and noted anything that needed attention. Amy was just a text away if we needed anything and is very quick to respond, which is refreshing. As for the wonderful unit – pure bliss! The views of the ocean, beach and sunsets are simply breathtaking! There is a pool on each side of the building which is nice. There are beach wagons with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. for your all-day adventures on the beach. The flat expansive beach is awesome which makes walks or runs truly enjoyable. Pickle ball was also a plus! The Somerset is in such a great location! There are so many restaurants/shops to visit within a 5-10 minute walk - we barely used the rental car. But if you want to dine in, the unit has everything you need there as well. We had a great vacation and definitely will consider coming back in the future.

Our family enjoyed our time at the Somerset! It has wonderful views and easy access to the beach. The wagon and beach chairs made going to the beach a breeze! Amy was very responsive anytime we needed to reach out.

Well kept, exceedingly well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed the generous sized balcony for watching the beautiful sunsets, dinner overlooking the sparkling waters at dusk and coffee in the morning while watching dolphins. The second floor was convenient while providing a great view of the beach. Good proximity to beach access and pool. Communication with owner was excellent. Beach items were plentiful and provided for anything we may have wanted. Building and grounds were beautifully maintained, it was quiet and the beach not crowded at this spot.

Amy has everything to make your stay wonderful! The view from the balcony is breath taking! We looked forward to watching the beautiful evening sunsets. Definitely would stay here again!

Somerset 213 is perfect! The views are awesome from the balcony and it’s just a few steps from a beautiful and clean beach. The condo has plenty of everything you could need. The check in and out process was easy with minimal requirements at the end of the stay. We really loved being there and will definitely return again!

The condo is beautifully furnished in a tasteful contemporary style and the spacious balcony has stunning views of the Gulf. The kitchen is very well stocked with new cookware, appliances, and utensils. The appliances also look new. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. You are just steps away from the beach and two pools. You will be treated to top quality amenities and amble supplies to use during your visit. All you need is your personal items-everything else is there-including beach equipment. My college age granddaughter was thrilled to find a small desk where she could keep up with her studies.

The home was exactly as advertised. Extremely easy you get to. Nearby restaurants and shopping. The Sunset viewing from the lanai, absolutely breathtaking. Host, Amy, was available, both day and night, to answer questions as they came up. Grounds and amenities were well maintained. All in all an extremely enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Very nice and quiet, perfect for kicking back and unwinding. Thank you , Amy, for sharing your home with us. We loved it!

We absolutely loved staying in this property. The condo is located in the middle of everything and is fully equipped. It's a beautiful view with a quick skip to the beach. You can walk to the movies, food locations and everything was perfect.

Property as described and we had 11 days of perfect weather. The other three days were impacted by hurricane Ian so we list power but had water! Amy communicated a number of times to ensure we were OK. The overall experience was very enjoyable and with no power is was only one flight of stairs to get out or get to the beach. We would go again!
