We enjoyed our stay here. Home had everything we needed and was close to family in the area. Pool looked nice, but time and cooler temps prevented us from using it.

My mom and I stayed at this property almost a week. The home is cute, the pool is beautiful, even though it was too cold to swim. Communication with the owner was easy, and super responsive.

The home was very comfortable and welcoming. The pool area was nice and the property had very comfortable beds. Would definitely book a stay here again.

This Maricopa home welcomed us with an open floor plan that invited us to relax and begin our getaway. As we explored the different rooms, we were impressed with how clean and how well equipped the house is. The pool and outdoor area. are wonderful. We used the bbq grill, what a fun evening! We will be staying here again!

The home is well kept and was the perfect size for us. The pool was beautiful and the property manager was great. The pool man was always there as well, even the neighbor was nice to us. The owners were readily available and answered all my questions when needed. I will recommended, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

I rented this Vrbo for my sister and her family to stay while they visited us and overall she liked it. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the pool was great. The only "issues" they had while staying there was the air, lol. but i think with the weather during their time of their stay was the issue, not the house or owner themselves. With the A/C, the thermostat read 75 degrees, but depending on what you were doing inside the house, it would get really hot. The people we rented from were very nice and friendly and would definitely rent this home again.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Well appointed and comfortable. The pool was wonderful when it was so hot. If we are in the area again we surely will stay there.

Enjoy our stay visiting family. Really enjoyed spending time around the pool. Close enough to take a day trip into Sedona. We will stay again next time we visit family

This home is as great as it looks. Plenty of room, clean, quiet, great neighborhood. Pool area is GREAT. We would recommend this home to anybody. We have family in area and will definitely stay in the future.

Great location. friendly and has worked with me patiently

When my family travels staying in homes is much preferred from hotel stays. Everyone has their own space, comfortable beds, multiple showers, and full kitchen to help us take care of some of the meals. We took advantage of the washer and dryer since we packed for colder weather than we experienced. This home fit all of those perfectly.

This is a nice home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, and we had the kitchen equipment we needed. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing week in AZ. I would stay again when in the area.

Great services and Beautiful house very well recommended

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and setting. The home is a very nice residence and roomy enough for the 4 adults in our group. We also had local family come over to spend a day with us and the young one loved the pool and the waterfall. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and BBQing in the evenings. Everything needed is there, except your food. And the grocery store is only 10 mins away. Perfect vacation. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their home this way. We hope to return.

My two children and I stayed here for a birthday getaway. The house was nice with plenty of space and the pool was wonderful! The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a great playground at the entrance.. The host was quick to reply when I had a couple of questions. Would stay here again, if ever in the area.

When I first entered, I was worried I was in the wrong place, that I was walking into an occupied house. It was a warming, and home like place. Clean, and comfortable. Directions were easy to understand. We enjoyed the Pool & BBQ. Would for sure stay here again. Thank you!!

Easy access through garage, spacious home, comfortable beds. Not super clean, but tidy. Well-kept pool is AWESOME!

The property was clean, all the amenities we needed where in the home. The fact that the propane tanks where full was a nice touch did not have to deal with ourselves. Beds where comfortable and bedding was clean. We thoughly enjoyed our 2 months in the home.

Everything was just as posted in the listing, no hidden surprises. We were very happy with our stay!

House was not cleaned - from previous renters. Frig and cupboards had half eaten food left - trash cans full. Both bathroom still had leftover hygiene items along with used tooth brushes. Pool not cleaned - some furniture broken and left thrown around cushions destroyed. When contacted homeowner said they had not been there in two years due to COVID travel restrictions and sent 1 lady to the house at 8 pm to clean. In the meantime we started to clean house ourselves,

We were in the area doing college visits for my daughter (Phoenix, Tucson and Yuma) and needed a place to stay for the week. We have stayed in many rentals not only here in the states, but in multiple countries.....and this was one of the best (if not THE best) house we have ever stayed at. Location was perfect. Only a 30 minute drive from the center of Phoenix. The neighborhood was also very nice. The house was just as described in the description and pics. Extremely clean and well equipped if you did forget anything. The pool was great to escape the 100+ degree temps in August. Our only wish was that there were lights out by/in the pool for nighttime swimming. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to our friends and family. A great experience!

The pool at this property was top notch and made for a fantastic time in the Arizona heat. The house was beautiful and the entire process was easy and great! Would definitely recommend!!
