The house was in a great location. It was clean and well- provisioned. Gary was easy to communicate with and we had an awesome stay!

This house was the perfect size for two of us to have our own bedrooms and share the bath. The vanities in each room were a nice touch, and saved us time when we were getting ready to go out. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well stocked for those who do. Just a cute place in a great location!

I stayed at this property with my sister for a girls’ week and I can’t say enough good things about it. As two girls staying alone, we felt completely safe in the neighborhood as well as walking to and from the nearby restaurants at night. The house is so cute and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home after a long day or night of seeing the Nashville sights. I can’t say enough about the location! There’s so much within a 5 min drive or walk that is was easy to have fun and not go far if we didn’t want to. Broadway was also a quick Uber ride away. I highly recommend this property! Thank you Gary for making our stay amazing!

Absolutely wonderful! Great neighborhood, close to downtown, and CLEAN! Loved the back patio/deck. Sat out there every morning with my tea! Peaceful and tranquil, nature doing its job in the morning!

Our family of 4 stayed at this property for 3 nights during our visit to Nashville. Gary, the owner, had great communication and was readily available to us although we didn’t need him much because we didn’t have any issues. The property was clean, as pictured and as described. It was a convenient location with just a short drive to downtown Nashville as well as the Grand Ole Opry (10-15 min or so to each). If we are ever back in Nashville we would definitely stay again. We loved our stay in the little pink house!! The house was exceptionally clean yet offered such charm with (likely) original hardwood floors, and doors with glass knobs. Such character! The kitchen was well equipped with all the pots, pans, cutlery and glassware one would need. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of water pressure and hot water to shower. Groceries and conveniences within a short walk. Ubering was convenient. Above all, Gary was great to deal with. Great communication, and flexibilty when the airline changed both of our flights. He offered many suggestions of things to do......if our schedules hadn't been jam packed already. Gary even phoned us a couple of times and his advice helped us get into the Bluebird Café, when we initially had been unsuccessful in getting tickets. I would absolutely stay here again!! Great vacation.

amazing neighbourhood.

We had a family of four and this house worked perfectly. It is very cute, clean and as described. It also has a great back patio. The neighborhood felt safe.

We just spent a couple a days in Nashville but wanted to be out of the downtown area. The house was perfect and easy to get to anywhere you want to see in town. Clean, stocked with what you need. Comfy beds. Nice yard to kick the soccer ball around. We loved the East Nashville neighborhood. You gotta get tacos at Redheaded Stranger and donuts at the Donut Distillery (little bites of heaven with your mimosa)! Thanks for having us!!

Wonderful experience. House and location was exactly as described. Property manager had excellent communication. Our family had a wonderful stay and visit in Nashville. Overall, a great value for the money with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Only wish we could have had another 1-2 days to prolong our stay.

The house was close to Downtown with Uber about $9-12 per ride. Gary (VRBO host) was very attentive and provided some good recommendations and we felt welcomed. Neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Property is as described. Great location in east Nashville - can walk to Publix and restaurants/bars. Instructions were clear, check in/out was easy, im sure host would have been very responsive but I never needed to reach out during the stay!

After looking at MANY hotels located all over the city of Nashville and becoming frustrated with prices, reviews, and locations, we found this cozy place in a quiet neighborhood, and we are SO glad we did. We were within walking distance (or a short drive) to amazing bakeries, ice cream, coffee and delicious restaurants. We were a short drive to downtown Nashville and its neighborhoods, all the Broadway Honky Tonks, the Bluebird Cafe and the Saturday Farmers Market. It was easy and appreciated to return to a quiet place at the end of the day. The house was clean and neat with comfy beds, and we took advantage of the turntable and records provided while we played games in the house one rainy morning. Gary gave suggestions for many activities, and communication was A+! We will definitely choose this place again next time we plan a trip to Nashville.

From the location to the stylish appointments, we couldn’t have asked for a better girls trip/ reunion vacay. The cottage is charming, clean, and comfortable and the neighborhood was so quiet and friendly! Every day we saw folks walking their cute pups to the coffee shops and cafes a few blocks away. I highly recommend a stay here.

The house was well kept and perfect for a short stay in Nashville: close enough to the action but far enough away to enjoy a good night’s sleep.

House very suitable had everything we needed

We went to Nashville for a girls weekend away this house was great and very clean. It was close enough to everything a cheap Uber away. It’s an older home but we liked it had everything we needed. We played records on the record player which was a great touch. We would stay there again

Gary’s place was just perfect!

The location near some of our family folks was great. The house was well fitted-out and tidy. We were even able to bake our apple pie for Thanksgiving!

This was the perfect cozy home away from home for my colleague, friend, and I to decompress from a long conference work week! Gary was very responsive.

Gary was fantastic about responding quickly to all questions. We had all the linens and necessary supplies, and Gary let us come by earlier than check in since the house was available. It’s a nice little house in a great neighborhood walking distance to the best pizza in Nashville (Five Points) and a few good spots to eat in East (Rose Pepper - delicious Mexican cuisine , and East deli. Bathroom is a little awkward set up especially if you are tall or above average individual. I think the heat vents need some cleaning but everything worked fine. The property has cute porches and a deep backyard - great for nice weather relaxing.

This property is perfect for a couples getaway. The kitchen is well stocked with many little extras. The beds are very comfortable and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is a great East side location and a short drive or taxi to downtown Nashville. There are many restaurants nearby. The property is very clean and check on was smooth.

A lovely and comfortable home! The neighborhood was ideal as well. Within easy walking distance of a great French restaurant and several other businesses and a short inexpensive Uber or drive into Downtown Nashville. Definitely recommend!!

Nice location, easy to get to anywhere around Nashville you need to go. Lots of nice restaurants close by.
