This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. We love it! Nice, short walk to the beach. Private balcony is perfect. The condo is always clean and well stocked. We will be back again!

This is our second time staying in this building. Both times it has been clean and well maintained. It is exactly as advertised. It’s a very short walk to the beach, it’s very close to all of the shops, and it’s very close to the pier. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful condo close to the beach. Everything we needed was there and it was really nice place to stay. The tub in the bathroom did not drain and would fill up with water during a shower. Other than that it was a great place.

We enjoyed meeting with dear friends in Tybee Island after a long separation due to the pandemic. The condo was very roomy with lots of seating and an attractive and well stocked kitchen. The location was fabulous, as we could walk to the beach and to several wonderful restaurants. Upon check in, we found a large fresh stain on the master bedroom carpet, which the property manager acknowledged after I called, but was unable to get professionally cleaned during our stay. Attention to a few additional items would make this a top rated property from our perspective- -The master bath shower door didn’t close and the sinks didn’t drain properly. -The bed in 2nd bedroom squeaked loudly and the mattress needs replacing. -The dining room chair cushions need cleaning or reupholstering. We had a great time with our friends, delicious food at nearby restaurants, and excellent service from each one we visited. It was a wonderful reunion in Tybee Island.

Clean and spacious. Balcony was nice for people watching to and from the beach. Communication and check in/out was easy. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Clean. Perfect location. Within walking distance to everything. Great place for a mom and four teenage girls on spring break.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a fairly short walk to the beach. Because it was mid March, we could not get in the water, but we enjoyed walking up and down the beach. It certainly was not crowded. As far as the condo, it was clean , comfortable, and well furnished. There is a small clothes washer and dryer. The wifi worked fine. It seemed like there were about a 1000 TV stations available on the cable system. I will say that it was hard to tell exactly what supplies would be furnished. We called Tybee Beach Rentals (the management company). The staff member was unclear herself exactly what was there. For the most part there were more supplies than what was stated in the paperwork. Really the only item in short supply was trash bags. The unit is part of a building containing 9 condos in 3 levels so you have neighbors. 10 pm is "mandatory" quiet time. We never heard any noise from the other units after that time. There is a common walkway in front of the 3 units on each level to access the entrances. I do not know if it would be wild and crazy in the summer, but we were well satisfied with our stay.

The unit was exactly as described/pictures. It is a short walk to the beach area and local restaurants. The is weird because you have to drive down a slight hill (it’s the only way I can describe it) to get into the garage. We had to give our car a little extra gas to back up out of the garage. There was also a spot on the floor in the master bedroom. My husband and I thought it was a wet spot from the cleaning crew, but after being there a couple of days the spot was still there. Overall we enjoyed our quick little getaway and it was more space than we needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the space. I am sure in the spring and summer months this place wouldn’t be available due to the convenient location.

Everything was perfect. The only negative to staying at this location is pulling in and out of residence. If you have a low car it scrapes the bottom of car. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

The stay in Tybee was effortless with the management company providing amble information packets and notifications prior to and upon day of check-in. The location is close proximity to several popular and less popular beaches. We tended to walk a few extra mins for the less popular beaches. We did stay here during COVID -- but found the place to be clean with extra attention to detail to ensure it was properly cleaned.

This was a great choice for our stay at Tybee. Very well maintained property. We loved the Breezy corner balcony. Great parking and no golf cart needed for beach time, going to the pier, or for browsing local shops. We will definitely try to stay here again!

We had a great time in Tybee Island! This specific rental was beautiful! Super clean, and had everything we could need and more for our short little spontaneous trip to the beach! Easy check in and out! We had difficulty using the main room TV, but it very well could have been user error. Easy walk to anything you could need. Very quiet and all of the furniture was comfortable! Large balcony perfect for morning coffee. Beautiful master bathroom. Beds and bedding were very comfortable! Our kiddos enjoyed the beach so much! And with a kiddo and two toddlers the house was amazingly kid friendly.

Great stay. Couldn’t have had a better time with the family.

203 Silver Seas is an awesome place to stay on Tybee. It is close to everything including a short walk to the beach. 💕

it was wonderful!!! didn't want to leave and the property was just like the pictures, had a wonderful time at tybee for st Patrick's day!!!

We had a GREAT time...the property was perfect. Very clean and exactly as we expected. We will be back, we love Pirates Fest.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation staying at Silver Seas 203. Beautiful Condo, clean and close to the beach. Next time we return to Tybee we will be staying here for sure!

First time we ever visited Tybee Island. Our location was perfect. Easy walk to town and many restaurants. Enjoyed taking a day trip to Savannah. We had 2 teenagers with us and we had plenty of space at the condo.

The condo was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Close to the beach and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. There were plenty of trash bags, a welcome bag was left for us and it was all around a comfortable no stay. We will be back. Oh-and very close to everything. Including the beach!

Everything was great. Only thing was that it could use a dusting. Plastic plants pretty bad. Good stay.
