(If you have mobility issues, be aware that the stairs up to the pool area are steeper than they look in the photos.)

We stayed for 10 days - my husband and me joined by 3 adult children and 2 dogs for most of the time. The location was perfect - about a mile (walking distance) to town with woods and a stream running at the back of the property and a great fenced-in pool with lounge chairs. The house and furnishing themselves were charming - real mid-century modern - and it was helpful to have 2 living areas and a dining room. Although not updated, the kitchen and 2 bathrooms worked fine. And the house was very clean. We definitely would come again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Rather than cold and plastic, this home felt lived-in in the best possible way. Setting is great, furnishings are great, house was clean and stylish, and communication was fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed at this property for 6 weeks. We enjoyed its close proximity to Woodstock.
The home has very large windows that overlook a wooded area with a stream. We often saw deer hanging by the stream (and one time we even saw a bear !). We very much enjoyed the lovely surroundings.
The home also has an awesome, private pool.
We loved the time we spent at this home.

Beautifully Designed Home
My family enjoyed staying at this beautifully designed home. The saltwater pool was amazing! We also enjoyed sitting in the comfortable backyard with our coffee each morning. This house was close to the shops in Woodstock, but the landscaping provided a sense of tranquility. We found Robyn to be accessible and would be happy to return.

Great
Beautiful and well appointed classic MCM home nestled in Overlook Mountain foothills yet close to town. We enjoyed the natural setting of the Catskills - on property we saw White-Throated Sparrows, Northern Flickers, White Tailed Dear, Eastern Cottontails, Eastern Chipmunks. We also appreciated the convenience and charm of nearby Woodstock town center with nice food and shopping options.
Robyn is gracious and helpful host and was responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Mid Century Gem
We loved our low key time at Robyn's place, the house has so much great character with all the windows and nature looking in it really is peaceful. Thought it was decorated so tastefully as well with the corresponding mid century/contemporary furniture that was really comfortable for our family. Located just a short drive to Woodstock with all the wonderful restaurants and shops. Robyn was also super accommodating and responsive, overall would love to come back!

The perfect home for a serene fall getaway
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home over the fall holiday. We spent a lot of quiet time reading, watching movies, or simply lounging around while looking out the expansive windows. Everything was clean and each room was cozy and comfortable. A Wonderful Getaway
Such a great place! Clean, spacious house located super close to the center of town. LOVED the yard… plenty of space for our dog to run around. Would definitely return!!!

Good Weekend Getaway
We had a great time staying in Woodstock. The property is beautiful, and you can enjoy it inside or outside, with the amazing windows and many patios!
The location is great--very close to Woodstock and easy to get to neighboring areas as well. There are hiking trails near enough that you can start from the house.
Checking in and out was super easy.

Overall, we loved the home. Especially the TV room. For the money that we paid, I did expect the bathrooms to be a little more up to date than they were but in fairness, the photo of the gray and pink bathroom was pretty accurate. Overall,, we enjoyed our short stay there just thought the price was a little high for this home.

Beautiful Getaway
This home was even more beautiful than advertised. The views from the living room were picturesque, with a stream running through the back yard! It was conveniently close to the center of town, and very clean and comfortable. Wonderful place to stay!!

This house welcomed us with a charming beauty that embraced us with open arms. The home is spacious yet cozy, modern yet retro, and close enough to town but at the same time gave you the feeling that you were in the heart of Woodstock and nature! Truly fabulous!

This house really rekindled my interest in architecture. Such a great space. My trip ended up being more of a working vacation than I had planned, but I still felt transported and connected to the outdoors. A testament to how design can really impact our daily lives.

A stylish retreat to let the outside in
Perfect escape from the city with remarkable air quality. Close to wonderful hiking trails and a short walk/bike/drive to downtown Woodstock. The home has amazing windows all around to take in the trees - very relaxing for reading, yoga, or a "home-based" happy hour. Everything worked perfectly (water, wood-burning stove, pool heat, grill, speakers, wifi).

Tranquil weekend getaway
This was our second time renting this house, and I really love it. A great place to curl up with a good book, with the afternoon sun streaming in through a wall of windows. Especially cozy with snow outside this time. Saw lots of deer and woodpeckers on my walks with the dog. And of course ate well with breakfast pastries from Bread Alone and carry-out from nearby Shindig.

Great time and house and hosts were top notch!
Our boys ( 6,9 years) had a blast! My mom and I enjoyed relaxing and looking at the beautiful landscape through the lovely glass windows. The house is furnished both stylish and comfortable. It’s exactly as pictured. The bookshelves are equipped with some great books for all as well. I would absolutely rent it again but stay longer next time! Oh, and it’s super close to town.

Our family of 5 stayed for 8 nights in this property and had a wonderful time!
This house is perfectly located, less than 5 minutes from the center of Woodstock yet quiet and private. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and cozy yet stylish and sleek. An entire wall of the living space is wall to ceiling windows with beautiful views of the outdoors. The kitchen is fully stocked and very comfortable to cook in, and the outdoors has a fire pit, a zip line (!) and a beautiful small creak! What a gem. We would love to return.

The home is lovely and exactly as pictured. It had everything we wanted and needed. Owner was very responsive with any questions during our stay. Would definitely like to stay again.

Beautiful
Had a relaxing fall weekend. Beautiful glass walls to watch the weather, gurgling creek, and fall color. Architectural gem of a house. We had a nice quiet time, reading etc. There’s even a great library of books. Easy walk to town- we enjoyed early breakfast at Bread Alone, lunch salads from Shindig, and ordered a pizza for dinner from Catskills Mountain pizza. Complete kitchen (though we didn’t cook) and comfy bed in master.
