Property was very nice.

Home was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. Freshly painted and decorated. Extremely clean. Host was friendly and accommodating. Location was 35 minutes to Austin in a great neighborhood with a wonderful view of the river. The home sits back from the road and is very private. You hardly.know you have neighbors. The hosts stocked all the essentials such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper ect.. The kitchen had everything needed including great pots and pans, good knives, plenty of gadgets and dishware. We would move here permanently if we could and would definitely return. If you.are looking for a place that is quiet, clean, and comfortable this would be it.

We had a great time and enjoyed relaxing at the house and on the lake. The view of the lake was spectacular. Tessie and staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. We will be back!

Owner was cordial throughout our stay. House was fairly large, with a nice living room for gathering. Nice view of the lake. House is older and shows need for some maintenance. The annex has four beds, one of which had soiled sheets and broken legs. Kitchen needed some cleaning of pans and floor. Dirty windows facing the lake. Overall, the house was nice, but needs some TLC. Would not recommend to friends unless the issues are resolved. Price was reasonable.

This older home had a ton of character and was just what we needed for our large family as a "home base" for a long wedding celebration weekend. Our kids enjoyed "picnicking" in the small backyard garden and the adults enjoyed drinking coffee while sitting on a porch swing looking out over the lake.

We stayed here with 8 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and it has wonderful views of the lake. It is convenient to plenty of shopping and activities to do. Would gladly stay here again!

We had a group of 6 together to enjoy the lake and the hill country...wouldn't have been able to do it without Tessie and her house! It was a great house overall, well furnished and stocked with anything we might have needed. The view off of the back porch is very nice, especially during the evenings. Tessie actually called us ahead of our reservation time to let us know that they A/C unit had a small issue, but that it was being repaired right away. We got to the house earlier than expected to see the A/C repair company loading up, and the house was already cooling down. Tessie was very proactive with the repair and we never missed a beat! This speaks volumes about the care she shows towards her guests. I would definitely stay here again, and will be planning my next hill country visit around a reservation in this house. Just an FYI to those looking to access the lake, the Lakeway Marina is only 0.7 miles (decent walking distance) from this property. Very convenient indeed.

Me, my wife, and her family spent a June weekend at the lakehouse, and it was a wonderful experience. We had a large group of people, but due to the layout of the house we were all able to find a place to sleep comfortably. The house was very clean, and the view was breathtaking. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend adventure!

This lake house was everything we needed it be to celebrate a milestone birthday! We had 8 adults, 1 teen and 2 small children (who shared a bed with parents) with us and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and every room was very clean. The views were breathtaking and the sunset from the balcony was stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer. Tessie is quick to respond and answered all my questions as I prepared for the trip.

The house is spacious, cozy and contains all the comforts one could imagine for a stay at the lake! The views of Lake Travis from the master bedroom and back porch will blow you away! At night, we saw deer in the neighborhood and fireflies blinking all around us. Even though it rained the weekend we were there, we enjoyed getting cozy and looking out at the lake. The weather cleared at the end of the afternoon and offered amazing sunset views of the lake. Lakeway and NW Austin offered plenty of dining options: The Oasis and Steiner Ranch Steakhouse are wonderful venues just 15 minutes from the house. The folks around town are friendly and it's a great place for golf, water sports, jogging and other recreational pursuits. Tessie was courteous and responsive. Wonderful experience! I can't recommend this vacation rental highly enough.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is unique and fun. I loved the view. The deck is great. The common areas are larger than the pictures show. Two of the bedrooms are in a separate structure which is not ideal.

The house had plenty of room for 10 people and the view was amazing! The neighborhood was great for a nice run. There were also parks near by with playgrounds and a basketball court. The marina was also really close.

We had such a great time. This lakehouse is excellent for family gatherings. My daughter graduated from college and instead of a hotel we chose this house and could not have been more pleased. The view is amazing. The space was perfect for family and friends to gather and celebrate. Tessie has been amazing with answering any and all questions we had. I highly recommend this property for any and all gatherings or just a long weekend get away. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful vacation home in Lakeway Tx for my son's wedding. The home was beautiful and very accommodating. Great views of Lake Travis and close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful community. The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to my family and friends. My family enjoyed the house and the great views of the lake. Connie

We were in Austin for a wedding. This home was a lifesaver for my husband and me and our son and his family of six. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. The view is fanrastic. And there was plenty of room for the eight of us. The owners were easy to work with as well.

Everything was great from the time we checked in to checkout. The owner answered all of my questions in a timely manner and her directions were great. The views are beautiful and so is the home.

This house was awesome! I came with my family, my sisters family and my parents. The house was very open and the two separate bedrooms off the house made it not feel like we were on top of each other all the time. There was a great view of the lake where my parents could stay at the house and watch us boating. The lake was a nice walk or a five minute drive away. Tessie was very nice and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this house to anyone. It was also an easy drive to Austin.

This place was great for our group. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and each bedroom had its own style. We made breakfast together and enjoyed the awesome view of a filled up lake from the dinning room. After a long day at the lake, we ordered some pizza from Craig O's and watched the sunset from the back patio. Everyone complimented on how I picked a great place for us all to spend the weekend together. I would like to think we were lucky to find it. Tessie was great and very responsive.

The stay was really enjoyable. We found that the kitchen was stocked with items we could use. Tessie was extremely helpful and was quick to respond when we had questions. The views were pretty amazing as well. Although 2 of the rooms were not connected to the main house it was still a very enjoyable experience.

The Lakeway house is great! Very clean, stocked well, and amazing views of the lake. We enjoyed our visit so much. The third and fourth bedrooms are separate from the main house with an outside entrance. This is great for larger groups or older children. Our kids loved it! The house is very cozy and decorated so cute. We felt right at home! We left a valuable item at the house upon departure and the owner went above and beyond to mail it to us immediately. We appreciated her so much! Would definitely rent here again.

We enjoyed the beautiful accommodations and peaceful setting looking over Lake Travis. Sitting on the back deck, watching the sky lightening, a new day begin with doves cooing in the background and with a cup of coffee was perfect. Peaceful. Relaxing.
