This house was absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the spa and the pool. The beds were very comfortable and roomy. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Very easy to get to the parks and shopping. Absolutely loved it here, our family had a wonderful time and will definitely look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Mickey! 😊❤️

The swimming pool area could have been cleaner the furniture is outdated. The rug is filthy. It’s a lot of things that is outdated. The pictures that you display about the house is not exactly the way it is.

1 week stay with family of 13 age range 3-63) this was amazing all around. Property was beautiful and clean and communication was timely and efficient. We have to stay again.

We filled the house with our family from 9 weeks old to 67. The house came with crib, pack and play, 2 strollers and 2 high chairs. The layout is very family friendly with 2 downstairs bedrooms and 6 up. Our young adults enjoyed the upstairs game room with foosball and pool table. Pool area is very nice and clean, we paid for the spa heat and it worked well. I'm very picky about hot tubs and this one was very hot with good jets. It circulates with the pool water so stayed clean the entire stay versus freestanding ones that get grimy with multiple people in and out all week. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well setup with some basics like crockpot, blender, coffee pot etc. My only complaint is the area is very crowded. Our stay started on the holiday weekend and there were several loud parties near us, the houses feel about 6 ft apart so you hear everything outside. The clubhouse area was packed on the weekend. When we finally went back Monday it was very nice with just a few people. We used the gym and the pool, lazy river and waterpark area a lot and it was all very nice. Highly recommend overall, maybe avoid the holiday weekend if you don't like loud parties. Note, inside the house was very quiet so it only matters when you are outside.

I highly recommend staying at this property. The communication with the owners/managers was often and quick, they were very nice and the property was as expected!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It was very spacious and provided enough room for everybody. Close to Disney World and was an easy drive. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful option, and everybody enjoyed it. Communication with the property manager was phenomenal. We will definitely stay again

The villa was everything we hoped for. Lovely and spacious for 13 of us. The pool was great with a lovely lake backdrop. We used Ubers which was the best way for 3 families to travel around .The complex was quiet and clean and the clubhouse the kids loved, this villa was only a short walk round the corner. Great location and our host April was very accommodating , especially arranging a late check out at the last minute. Would definitely return in the future

This was a perfect home for a multi-family vacation. Our teens loved the pool, and the proximity to Disney was awesome. We will stay here again when visiting Orlando. Beautiful home!

Overall very nice. Some problems with bed sheets not washed when we arrived. minor problems with fan and pool fence. Fixed the next day.

We couldn't be happier with this beautiful home on location, price, and amenities. The home is in a gated community close to ESPN, Disney and many other Orlando attractions. The property management/owner/maintenance were quick to respond to any questions that we had before arriving and were quick to respond to our needs during our stay. Upon arrival, the property was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by the level of comfort and convenience offered by the rental. It was the perfect home away from home for our group.

Everyone in our group had a great time. Close to Disney parks without having to deal with the Interstate/highway traffic. Loved having the pool at the house. The kids often asked to leave the parks early to go swimming at the house. We would stay here again

My family and I had an excellent Disney vacation in this home. The house is as described and pictured and April was excellent to work with. It was a 20 minute drive to the parks and it was nice to come back to after a long day at Disney. So many fun memories made!

It was a beautiful property in a great location that was the perfect set up for our extended family. We enjoyed all of the amenities and the home. We booked this property over a year in advance and had a few challenges during the process. There also were a few maintenance issues which were speedily resolved during our stay. We would stay here again.

The property was very spacious and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen could have a few more cooking utensils as each year our group does a wine pairing dinner and could have used a few more things. The pool area was great for morning coffee and for planning our day.

I really loved this house for our family vacation at Disney. Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms that we all felt we were in our own oasis. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It even had beach towels for the pool. Out of all the different houses I have rented for vacations over the years I would say this is the best one. Close to all 4 parks at Disney and if you want a day off there is a water park for the kids and a lazy river. If you are looking for a house to rent this house is well worth renting.

Home was beautiful.

Very uneasy about violating a rule that would result in “$75.00 + tax’s “. The letter from property manager was like a state department briefing on visiting North Korea.

Initially we booked this property because we were very impressed with the 5 star rating and all of the positive comments and beautiful pictures of the house. From the moment we entered the house we noticed it did not look like the pictures that were displayed on the posting. It was more run down, had missing furniture and did not look like it had been cleaned. There were chocolate crumbs along the floor that we stepped in, hair on the floor and inside the showers and we found cereal crumbs behind the bed. The posting stated that they do elevated cleaning which was definitely not the case. Also, we found a piece of broken glass out on the patio near the pool, along with goggles inside the bottom of the pool. Our first night in the home we were welcomed by palmettos on the kitchen wall and running along the floor. We found ants on the kitchen countertops and in one of the bedrooms. We notified the property manager. They offered to come out to spray but it was an inconvenience to us during our stay. This should have been treated beforehand. The posting also stated that they have Hi-speed 75mbps Wi-Fi. That was definitely not the case. It ran very slow and went in and out frequently. This was challenging having two teenagers trying to work on school work. We were so excited about having our own private pool & hot tub but we were quickly disappointed when we realized it took an hour for the water to heat in the hot tub. We had to pay an additional fee to have the pool & hot tub heated. We were looking for the pool lounger chairs to use and found them broken in an outdoor closet. Yet the pictures of the house posting showed 2 pool loungers along with other patio furniture. Also, there was an extensive checklist of items we needed to complete when we were checking out of the home. One of these items was to obviously lock all doors. Yet when we arrived at the home the back door in the master bathroom leading to the pool was unlocked. We followed her checkout procedures and then some leaving the house in better condition then when we arrived. In our opinion we would give this house a 3 star rating and would never want to rent again at this property.

Truly enjoyed this property, we had 16 family members ranging from age 4 to age 72, house was large enough to accommodate our needs, enough table and bar space for meals. Pool with the house was great for kids to cool down after day in the parks. Close enough for travel to Disney and Universal. We would definitely recommend this property

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. Everything was perfect. We had a large party of 13 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was in immaculate condition, pool was warm, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day at the parks. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need except for the food. All communication with April about this property was excellent. She was always prompt getting back to me if I had a question about anything. I would highly recommend this property if vacationing in the area and I would definately stay there again. Loved every moment there.

Loved the property. We had a group of 7 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of open space and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. The water park at the resort was a big hit too! I definitely recommend this property!!!

This house is as the pictures show! It is a very nice and very clean house! And not to far from Disney! We loved staying there! The house includes lots of towels, pool towels and may baby items! We didn’t have any kids but the garage had strollers, high chairs, pack in play and crib. The garage is an actual garage you can park in, you can park in the driveway or the road if needed. Super easy to get to and gates open when you approach. The house really has it all!! You should should stay here!!
