This home is beautiful. It has four very comfortable rooms and a full kitchen, and spotless. I felt like I was in my own home. Having the pool next door was great. I would stay here again. The only issue is if you are traveling to the other side of the Island it is a few hours of a ride 2 -3 depending on where you are going. My only negative would be each bed needs better pillows we all had neck pain. Other than that it was great.

My husband and I stayed here with our 22yo and 16yo sons for a short five-night stay. The house was well maintained and very clean. There were plenty of linens and towels (including beach towels). Having the pool right next door was very convenient. We did have to contact security at the gate upon arrival to gain entry, but the process was trouble-free. I did try to access the Clubhouse once, and it was closed. I was curious about the gym, but didn't care enough to inquire on how to get in as our time there was short, and we had plenty of planned activities. This is a home rental that I would definitely stay at again.

This property was amazing! I was a really impressed with everything. I genuinely have no complaints. My entire family of 9 fit. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked perfect. The property is right next to the pool, which was amazing for the kids in my group. The property manager was fantastic. I had to call her once because I didn’t know how to work the washer, and she answered right away and cleared up my questions. Getting in and out of the property was easy, the code that was provided wasn’t working at the time, however, you just call the security and they open the doors right away. I also made friends with the security, and they already knew me every time I was coming in and they would open as soon as I would say what property I belonged to. I give this property, my 100% and I will be visiting it again in the near future!

Beautiful big house. Everything was clean and spacious. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lots of restaurants near by to eat. C Note is a very nice place to listen to jazz music. Will definitely come back and stay here.

The house is big and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and great quality linens. The bathrooms could use some small updates (soap dish in showers, replace toilet seats) again this is minor. The air unit in the living room was leaking but we just didn’t use it, the kitchen unit was sufficient. We had some of an inconvenience at the front gate with security. They insisted we contact the property owner every time we returned back. They would not lift the gate until we called. If the property owner did not answer then they would ask for our credentials again and then let us in. But other than than we enjoyed the home and are planning to return this time with our kids.

Getting in & out the House community was horrible the code did not work, ants was crawling on couches & in the shower. The A/C downstairs was leaking and had to be shut off the whole week we was there. The ice maker worked when it wanted to.

Everything was smooth with the exception of gate access on last day…our checkout was on Saturday but starting Friday our code for access stopped working..We to find ways to get passed the gate to get to our house. The code nor backup code were working anymore. I reached out to owner but no response.

We loved the house and the neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The security personnel we me are top notch. The Videt in the master bedroom was leaking, so we shut the water. There was a screen out of place, but I fixed it. Also, a toilet seat screw broke. I bought a new seat and installed it. This has been one of the best family vacations we have celebrated. We go somewhere every year. I am very please with the accommodations and my conversations with Renae. Thank you! Now we begin plans for next year.

Great place, good food, good people, beautiful beach! On the listing, it says one room has four beds, but there is only two in it, but they do have a futon and extra couches downstairs. Still worked out great.

I would book again! The house is truly like a home away from home. Located in a safe, quiet, gated community close to several activities we had planned, plus Loquillo beach is a must see! The community pool, basketball court, playground and exercise center is right next door. The host supplies several items in the garage for you to use at the pool or beach. The bedrooms are comfortable and air conditioned we all slept very well !
The main living area has two living room seating areas plus dining and kitchen eating areas, the kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances and it is all air conditioned.
The host was super responsive (we had a couple questions at check-in) everything was clean ready for an amazing vacation!!

Extremely clean. Appliances were new, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of room for my family. Quiet community, close to some excellent beaches.

We rented this house for 4 nights and everything was perfect! The location is super close to everything, major highways, restaurants, beach, entertainment, and only minutes to San Juan. We were 4 females and felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood at all hours!

We originally chose this house because it seemed very centrally located (close to El Yunque, the beaches, and shopping) and we were not disappointed. We stayed at 3 other properties on our trip to PR, and this was definitely the most comfortable home (spacious, well-furnished, and clean) while also being the most reasonably priced. Despite some initial issues with the check-in, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future visit.

Great, spacious home with easy access to a major highway. Some maintenance issues included a loose freezer/refrigerator handle which we tightened for you once we found a tool. Also, some of the windows have birds nests which do not allow the windows to close. This causes the air conditioning to escape. Lastly, the code for keypad is incorrect. It says to enter 9 but in fact you must enter#9 and the paddle provided did not work. We figured this out after several tries. The pool was open and used by residents but the keys provided do not open the padlock so no swimming for us. The River Pitaya access was amazing and a local gave us delicious green bananas.

Great property! The family loved it and would definitely stay there again. Renae was a great host and responded promptly to all messages. The property is centrally located to everything on the east side of the Island. I love the security on site and the staff-friendlyness on the property. Great peaceful retreat after a full day of activities. The amenities on the property made it a nice place for the entire family to reconnect and bond. The grounds are a nature welcome and connection, very quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed staying at this place in a very safe neighborhood. We were a bit disappointed by the fact the both the pool area and the basketball field were not available for visitors like us. Otherwise, everything went well. Great location near beaches, restaurants, El Yunque Forest, etc. (With a car)

Great Location and nice gated community
It was a wonderful place. The upstairs room can use some paint but nothing that is going to break a deal. There is one thing that I would love to be changed. We are all tall even the women, we'll above 6 foot tall. The toilets are very low and small holes. There were time that I had a hard time trying to fit my butt and private part in the toilet hole. Lol but we managed

False advertisement
We got to PR late so we decided to go get something to eat before we went to the Airbnb we were sent an email stating we had the keys but when we clicked on it nothing we called all night to try to get to the owners we were told to find some where else to sleep for the night. Finally got a call from the owners about 5am we’re promise a $100 refund never received that on my bill. Also the pool was the main reason we booked it and we had no right to the pool. False advertisement

Sudler Family Vacation
The neighborhood and location of this property was great, it was very close to the local beaches and great food. The actual property itself didn’t quite meet what we expected. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was leaking so it wasn’t possible to turn it on, there was tape holding up the screen in the window of the dining room, and the blinds for the window were on the floor behind a sofa, the microvwave was rusty, the stovetop in the kitchen wasnt clean, rust on the floor in the upstairs bathroom, and also mold on the shower curtain in the master bathroom. Outside of that, everything else was okay. If all of that was addressed, it would of been a great stay.

Sun and Fun in Luquillo
Our host, Renae is quick to respond. Large spacious home very clean in guard gated community. We felt very safe and secure, it was also quiet and not alot of traffic. We enjoyed location its close to beaches and the kiosks. We will plan on staying here again! Thanks Renae!

Great place and a GREAT host!
Great rental property! The accommodations were good for 3 couples. Loved that there was a powder room downstairs. The air conditioning was great! Nice supply of dishes in the kitchen. It is a gated community, which gave us a great sense of security. The beaches are a close drive and they are beautiful. We were able to shop at nearby stores. The host was wonderful to work with. She answered all the questions that we had. Very accommodating! I would highly recommend this rental. We would love to return to the island soon for another week and will most definitely stay here!
