The property and owners were wonderful and considerate. They were very communicative and the house was perfect for my family’s stay. Beautiful home and thank you for sharing it with us!

The spaciousness and fine appointments of the property were a wonderful surprise. The house was a huge hit with the whole family. The kitchen was well stocked with all supplies. Amenities and extras included a fire pit and a zip line.

My family very much enjoyed our long weekend at Amy and David's beautiful house. We were in the Berkshires for my niece's wedding, and the house provided all of the comforts we could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the spacious screened porch, the super large kitchen, and the luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms. We appreciated that Amy and David were around if we needed them, but other than welcoming us and giving us a tour of the house, gave us privacy and space to enjoy their home and surrounding land. We will definitely reach out to the Pearlsons next time we need a large house in the Berkshires.

This is a wonderful property. The house and grounds are beautiful. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and very spacious. There is exercise equipment available in the house and the owners are readily available. and very helpful. We were a group of 8 seniors and everyone of us was totally satisfied and impressed with the rental. We had no complaints

We had multiple generations staying at the house. Ample space for everyone to spread out. Beautiful grounds to explore. The house is designed to encourage gatherings. Amy and David were attentive to any question we had and were kind enough to take a few family photos for us. Wonderful experience!

Various members of our three generations came and went over ten days at this excellent, modern, well-tended house. We had ample very comfortable sleeping, working, relaxing and eating space, highlighted by a superb large screened porch perfect for eating food from the nearby gas grill. Hosts Amy and David were extremely friendly, generous, and attentive. They provided a crib, wading pool, safety gate, and playroom for our 1-year-old. Knowing David is an EMT gave an added measure of confidence. The house is off the beaten track in a wooded area of West Stockbridge, not walkable to anywhere, but within 15-20 minutes of Lenox, Stockbridge, and Great Barrington, with their many attractions. Our large family had a memorable experience.

Wonderful experience. Great location for everything yet quiet, serene and private. Great residence: Everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen was fully equipped for any need. Terrific toys for the children. The exercise equipment was state of the art. Screened in porch a major plus. Fantastic hosts.: Took our toddler children for a ride on the tractor. Helped me get a flat tire fixed in town. Provided great insight into places to go. Always available to happily answer questions and to be sure we were OK and well taken care of, at the same time not interfering with our privacy or vacation .

Surrounded by woods and a neatly maintained lawn, the home was spacious, well appointed and quiet. The kitchen was large and well equipped, allowing us to prepare meals together and then share them at the large dining table there. The screened in porch was ideal for sitting and enjoying the breeze in the early evening. And most important, we all appreciated the comfortable beds in the four bedrooms. Regardless of when we asked a question, the property owners were always helpful. Five star property in our book.

We were a group of nine family members looking for a get away to ski! This home was perfect. I might even say that the pictures do not do it justice! The layout of the home offered a great gathering area in the kitchen/dining/great room area and a quiet escape area in all of the bedrooms. It was really the best of both worlds. The kitchen had everything one could need to cook for a group and the pantry items were an added bonus. The hosts were very enjoyable and offered to be on call at anytime for anything, which was reassuring as we had little ones. The property was secluded, yet 10 - 15 minutes away from several towns. We did not make use of the screened in porch and the outside deck due to our time of visit, but they were beautiful spaces which we hope to make use of on our next visit! The kids really enjoyed the basement area with all the toys and the pool table! If you are looking for a large home in which to gather and retreat, do not hesitate to book this home.

This home was immaculately kept, had more space than we anticipated, was so warm and inviting, and the hosts were WONDERFUL. Amy was communicative and so kind and understanding (given the spike in COVID before our trip). We were 6 moms in need of a mini getaway, and this was the perfect space for us to decompress. We cannot recommend this property enough!

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful house and property with easy access to Great Barrington and the surrounding area. The hosts are very nice and helpful - having them on property is a plus. Would love to come back.

Our family of 7 adults and 3 young children loved the house. The kitchen and living area are wonderfully spacious and the (large) bedrooms nicely distanced from one another. We had some rainy weather but the house was large enough to keep everyone happy. Amy and David couldn't have been more gracious and generous. Great location: about 15 minutes from Great Barrington. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a place for 3 separate families from 3 different geographic locations to get together for a long weekend. We wanted a place that was big enough for all 9 of us to fit comfortably, to be able to all be together for meals, games and hanging out but also big enough that we didn’t have to always be together. This property fit that bill and more. The kitchen was big, modern with everything we needed and opened up to a large great room. Bedrooms were all large and very comfortable. Great place for what we needed and we are already discussing our next visit!

We celebrated a 90th birthday with 7 people across 3 generations of family. This was a perfect house in which to gather together in the Berkshires - comfortable bedrooms, an enormous well-equipped kitchen opening onto both a great room and lovely screened in porch. Spaces to gather in and connect. Close to Tanglewood, close enough to Jacob's Pillow and we hiked up the Harvey Mountain Trail and picked wild blueberries at the top. The owners are very helpful - moving out into the garage apartment - they are discrete but available. Was a great choice for us.

We had a great time at Amy and David’s beautiful home, which was immaculate, modern and family-friendly. It’s clearly a beloved home with a huge, well-equipped kitchen, big bedrooms with comfortable beds, as well as a basement entertainment area with massage chairs and a pool table, which kept the kids very happy. Amy and David were very sweet to accommodate our requests for check-in and check-out. And many thanks to David for helping us navigate the driveway in the snow! Butternut was 15mins away and there were many other activities in the area. Aside from the skiing, the Norman Rockwell Museum was also a hit with our group!

We had s wonderful experience. You could not ask for better hosts in Amy and her husband. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything needed. We will visit again for sure.

Amy was a great host. Her home was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped to handle our five couples in town for a wedding. She was very responsive if we had any issues and seems to have thought of everything we would need. We would love to come back again sometime soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the property this weekend and absolutely recommend if you are looking to escape to the Berkshires. Amy and David are wonderful to work with, the property and home are simply stunning and it was a very welcoming and enjoyable stay! We hope to be back again next year!

The home was lovely and spacious and the owner, Amy, was very gracious. She was prompt about getting back to me whenever I had a question. Upon arrival, she was there waiting and even helped me get my mom up the couple of steps to the front door. Everything in the house was organized including a direction packet she left for us. I stayed in the house with my mom, sister-in-law, and three grown sons, two of whom are married with infants and the other is engaged. There was plenty of space for everyone and the large welcoming living room and dining area gave us lots of room to congregate together. Although the weather was not great when we were there, one could see how the outdoors and patio would be even better on a sunny day. The house is secluded and private. I would definitely recommend it for a family get-together away from it all.

A large group of us (10 people) enjoy going to Tanglewood in July. The location is minutes from Tanglewood. This is very convenient after a concert there. This house, by far is the nicest house we have ever rented...With 4 very comfortable bedrooms, den with pullout, 4 full bathrooms, beautiful large screened in porch, gourmet kitchen, AC ... The owners Amy and David know the hospitality business. Other owners should take note. They are kind and very helpful with the area. They made sure we were comfortable. Truly a magnificent stay!!! We will definately stay there again.

We stayed here and loved the house for a big family gathering! Plenty of space for kids and adults and high ceilings allowed for feeling of space and ease. Super kitchen and screened in porch perfect for mealtimes! Backyard great for games of ball and running off energy for kids! Bedrooms pretty and beds comfortable. Clean showers with goood water pressure and living room perfect place to relax and still stay central to all the activity. Lower basement another bonus for kids to play! Also nice coffee shops nearby. Would definitely go back! Thanks for a fun weekend!
