Everything went well on our trip. My only complaint would be that the kitchen wasn't very well lit.

The location and convenience to lift and town was fantastic! That's about where the good comments ends. The primary bedroom where we stayed was directly adjacent to a walk path and was illuminated all night with people walking and yelling all night. Was very difficult to get any rest because there was no way to darken the room. The mattress set was literally dated 1994 and felt every bit of it. We ended up having to purchase pillows at the Wal-Mart in Frisco because the ones in the primary room were flat and extremely dated.
The lighting situation in the entire unit is absurd with no direct lighting in the kitchen. Our family enjoys cooking when we are staying at a place and upon arrival, all appliances with the exception being the coffee maker, were literally from the 80's and 90's. Our group even bought a brand new crock pot to cook meals in the unit and just left it there hoping someone else would get some use out of it.
The front downstairs bedroom did not have any working heat and the guests that stayed there were cold the entire time.
Linens were old and shredded and were falling apart upon use.
All in all, for the money we spent on this unit for 4 nights was extremely disappointing but with numerous updates this unit would be prime and we would definitely go back.

The place was very clean. Needs a little plumbing maintenance. One shower head squirts sideways all over the floor. A few faucet handles show their age and should be upgraded. Overall very nice. Comfortable furnishings. The loft with twin beds and spiral staircase were a huge hit with the kids. Close to pool and town.

The lighting the kitchen was poor and the oven burners were very unpredictable. The fireplace needs maintenance. No functioning outdoor light. No games as described. Property need updating! Etc..........

I stayed in Mountain Wood earlier in the 22/23 ski season and the unit was recently upgraded and I was one of the first to stay so my response is influenced by that stay on Columbine Rd

Upon arrival everything seemed clean and in order. The pool was absolutely amazing and really close to the unit. Kitchen was well stocked. The second listed King bed was actually two twins pushed together. We also didn't realize it was spread out over 3 floors. The location was not as close to downtown as we expected. At least a 10 minute walk. The TV was in an inconvenient location to watch from the living room furniture. The staff was nice. They sent someone to get our water bottle we left in the unit before we left town. Overall we were pleased and would rent from them again.

The condo was very comfortable for our small group, 4 adults and 3 kids. The check-in process was super easy. The communication between the property management was simple and efficient. The location was great! We were able to walk to all our favorite Breckenridge spots. We had a great time and would consider this condo again for other trips to Breckenridge.

Our stay here was fabulous. The location was perfect, a five minute walk to downtown. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. When we arrive we noticed that the place was extremely clean. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes. Check-in was easy and pain-free. Will definitely stay here again.

10/10 Perfect Stay
This place is the perfect size, & in the perfect location. It fit 5 of us more than comfortably, and it’s a quick walk onto Main Street or the nearest slopes. I would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was a quick walk to main street Breckenridge and easy access to the QuickSilver Chairlift. Lots of room and the King beds were actually comfy. Bring *a lot* of quarters ($3.75/load) as the washer/dryer are in a shared building washroom and no one in town will make change. Overall a great value.

Nice property- walking distance from S Breckenridge downtown
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We are a family of five plus we had a set of grandparents in tow. Plenty of room, sufficiently stocked kitchen, and within 10 minutes walking to downtown Breckenridge (south side of town). Thank you for sharing your property with us - we truly had an amazing week.

Quaint and Close
Perfect size for the 7 of us. Super close to downtown Breck which was perfect for Oktoberfest! The upstairs was very interesting and hard to manuever. There was an exposed steel edge cover that almost cut one of us so that made going up to the upper level pretty tough.
Other than that minor fix, it was a great price for the location and size.
