Everything about the house was perfect, plenty of games, TV's room, dishes, pots and pans, ready to use when we walked in the door.

Even though the temperatures outside were 114°. We kept cool in the pools and in the lovely home! The kids love the air hockey table and enjoyed playing games and watching movies when they weren't in the pool. 🥰

The house was so spacious with more than enough seating at meals for all 19 of us. We had 7 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms. The 3 pool areas offered different experiences and our grandkids especially enjoyed them.

We stayed a week here with a fairly large group with lots of kids and infants. House was clean, well stocked, and had TONS of room for kids between the two bunk rooms, pull out beds, trundles etc… hot tub was nice, house was clean on arrival, and nearby pools were awesome for everyone. We were able to crockpot a meal one night, grill the next, and oven bake a meal another night with everything needed to accommodate that. Loved having a bathroom for every room.
Only thing is that description says there are 3 rooms with king beds. This wasn’t true and there were only two with kings, rest were queens. But not a dealbreaker.

For the money I don’t think I would stay there again.
For the money I don’t think I would stay there again. The property was nice, but most of the rooms had either bunkbeds or full sized beds. The master bedroom was hotter than the other rooms in the house. If you have large vehicles, the driveways are small so you’ll have to find additional parking. For 3 1/2 days, it was expensive.

Loved this property but ran out of garbage can liners in the kitchen. The fridge in the garage didn't keep the food very cold, something needs to be fixed.

Clean and inviting!
Repeat customer! Our family loves this place and will definitely be back again and again. This house beyond meets our needs and is very comfortable with every room having a bathroom, well stocked kitchen, entertainment for the kids and space for all. So many fun local amenities with the pools, waterpark, playground, pickle ball courts, trails, baseball fields, and Harmons all within walking distance. Love Snow Canyon in the mornings and the views are spectacular in the area.

Set up perfectly for family reunion. So nice to have a bathroom for each main bedroom. Kids bunk rooms were perfect for cousins. Kitchen was well-stocked. Could have used a few more garbage liners.

Perfect Floor plan for big families
We loved our stay! We had a great family reunion in Santa Clara and this home was well furnished and supplied. Plenty towels, silverware, cooking supplies. Home was clean and well maintained. Only complaint was the fridge didn’t keep things super cold.

Nice property - could use some upgrades
Overall nice property for our group of 22. We enjoyed our time there and there was plenty of room for everyone.
Some upgrades could be used -- the front burner on the stove would only ignite 40% of the time. The repairman came in to check and told us we had "gotten the burner wet". No, you need to do a repair on the stove. Ice maker didn't work (no, we didn't over use it), so, if you are renting this property, plan on bringing your own ice. The property was well equipped with dishes, silverware, small appliances etc. A garage fridge would be nice with a capacity of 24 guests. Also, you should probably replace the coffee maker -- it won't register that the pot is in place and hence, won't brew (we used a spatula to get the pot in the right position for brewing).

Big Group of 4 families
The house was perfect for our group. Great layout, each room had a bathroom so no families had to share and having the downstairs living room as a hangout for the kids worked great. AC worked really well. The pools on the property were great. The fitness center isn't much to speak of but its a good area for going out to run. The house was only stocked with a little bit of laundry soap, dishwasher soap and trash bags but there is a grocery store right down the street so it worked out ok. The pictures show basketball, volleyball and pickleball but that is technically at the park next door and you have to bring all your own equipment. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Amazing!
Perfect stay for an entire softball team/ Coaches. Everyone slept comfortably, enjoyed ping pong in the garage and swimming/pickle ball courts near property. Highly recommend!

Great place for family fun
We had a great stay. The bedrooms were all well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room areas were also well suited for multiple adults and children. Great air-hockey table and the community pools and recreation facilities are some of the best St. George has to offer.

Amazing home
This house was so large and spacious. We loved the separate hang-out spaces, all the bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, the bar was huge, it was clean and all in order. The only small suggestion we could make is it needs a new broom and dust pan and a couple of the TV’s didn’t work.

Most everything was nice Especially the swimming pools.
However the wi-fi internet was very poor and sometimes unavailable. Reboot didn't help. Some family members with business needs were very inconvenienced.

Perfect for a big family!
We loved the whole set up. The kitchen has all the things that we needed. We saved a lot preparing our own food. The location is strategic to the biking trail, grocery store, gas station, and the community pool. Although, we wish there are more pools to use because of the number of guests from the other units. Overall, we love this property, rest assured that we will rebook for our future gatherings.

Perfect Home For large family gathering
This beautiful home had the perfect set up for a large family with each bedroom/bathroom combo in a separate area of the house it gave families them the feel of having their own space. Also loved that each queen/king room had their own tv and bathroom. The kitchen was open and very beautiful making it easy to prepare meals for 22. The house was clean and well stocked with all the appliances you would need. It doesn’t mention there were three pack n plays so we brought our own but it was nice to have when extra kids came over for naps. The pools and hot tubs were awesome and we would rent here again in a heartbeat!

This was the second staying in this property cause we liked it so much. The only issue this time was that I didn’t get an email with the codes and was never able to get ahold of the property manager even after leaving a couple messages. Things were great, otherwise.
