Very nice

This was our second time staying in this condo. It is clean, updated and in a great location for us. The amenities are amazing from the beach equipment to the little soaps. The balcony is my favorite with a beautiful view of the ocean. We saw so many dolphins on our stay and some amazing sunrises! We had a wonderful time between the beach and exploring the area. We had an issue with the HVAC but Tony handled it immediately and had someone come out that day. Check in and out is a breeze. He is a great host and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The stay was short (2 nights) but a great location for seeing the OBX. The host very quick to respond and maintained great communication before and after our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked even with a coffee bar! The ocean is very close and although it was a little stormy out the first night, we felt safe and secure. The next day was sunny and very enjoyable. We toured around the OBX and tried different restaurants that gave us that laid back atmosphere that NC is famous for. Rodanthe is located in the middle and offers a great starting point for your adventure.

Nancy and tony are amazing! They advised us the air was not working. Not only did we get a nice refund but they supplied 2 fans the same day and had 2 window units the following day. Their place is super cute and clean and they supplied almost anything you needed. I would definitely rent from the again !! Super great prople!!

We had such a positive experience at this condo that we can’t wait to come back. We will surely stay longer next time. The hosts of this condo thought of everything! The decor was beautiful, the view perfect, and the amenities were far beyond our expectations. Highly recommended condo!!!

Our stay at this lovely condo was such a pleasant surprise. The ocean view was spectacular along with the sound of the surf, while relaxing on tge balcony. The moment we walked in, the unit smelled and looked very fresh and clean. It’s a very tastefully decorated unit with too many amenities to mention. There were so many extras that were so unexpected and that made the stay that much more special. We especially loved the coffee station and all of the coffee pods and accessories that go along with it. Ground coffee was also available! The owners of this condo thought of everything including condiment packets in the fridge, seasonings, toiletries. It seemed everywhere we looked. There were more extras. The instant comfort mattress was a bonus, and was very comfortable. Also having the main bedroom on the oceanfront and being able to listen to the surf was so relaxing. Communication with Tony was excellent. He was responsive to my several questions with very quick replies. He patiently explained how to work the luggage lift, despite my not quite getting it, initially. Overall, this was nicest condo rental we’ve visited. The only suggestion would be perhaps to update the tubs/showers at some point. We really look forward to our next visit, hopefully in the not too distant future. A definite 5-star home away from home! Thanks, Tony!

My husband and I had a fabulous time celebrating our anniversary. The convenience of the beach access, fully stocked kitchen, and astounding views are just a few of the many reasons we hope to return sooner rather than later! Waking up to a picture perfect paradise every morning was magnificent.

The condo is very nice. It is very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Beautiful sunrise right off the balcony. The balcony faces the ocean. Great place to have a drink in the evening . The Owner Tony was great. He was in contact with me and answered any questions I had. He suggested where to have dinner and other things in the area to do. I would give the condo a 10 star

A great escape during the calm November off-season, thanks to thoughtful hosts who provided abundant amenities. Sipping a coffee while surf fishing at sunrise couldn't be beat, even if the catch did consist mainly of baby sharks, skates and puffer fish! It was a gorgeous setting. This comfortable condo is a convenient base to explore various local gems, from the Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge and its scores of migrating Canadian geese to the Wright Brothers National Memorial in Kitty Hawk.

The condo was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The bed and other furnishings very comfortable. The view was amazing. The weather was cold and windy so sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee, or wine, was perfect. All the benefits of the beach, but warmer. No elevator, but the luggage elevator was a game changer. Check in and out was super easy. We’ll definitely be back.

We loved our stay in Rodanthe! The condo was exactly as described and I loved that they had so many extras that we didn’t have to bring. My son loved walking around in the Walker and it was so convenient having all the beach chairs and shibumi downstairs. Excellent view and conveniently located to all the things. Beds were very comfortable and having the sheets, bath and beach towels was very helpful. Owner was responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Very modern, upscale unit with everything you need for your stay including binoculars! The coffee bar was fully stocked as were the bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much, Tony and wife… I think your name is Linda?… Your place is amazing. The view was unbeatable. We made it through tropical storm Idalys without a care in the world. We have been to the Outer Banks, and Rodanthe is definitely more remote and out there, but if you love solitude and beautiful views, and more than comfortable Surroundings this is the place for you. Everything you need is right there. Beds are super comfortable, TVs in every room, fantastic, kitchen and big fridge, washer, and dryer, and most important of all hallelujah for having that lift for the luggage it is a godsend. And will definitely recommend to our friends. The only thing I could’ve done with out was the proximity of the pool only because of the screaming children in it! Why do kids always yell when they’re in the pool? But it was a beautiful pool, so I guess I don’t blame them! Rating you one to five stars, I would give you a 50! Thank you for everything.

This is a beautiful condo, very well stocked, nice location and amazing views! Pool is fantastic, and access to beach and pool is easy and convenient for small kids. However, the pull out sofa bed was filthy, leading me to believe it hadn't been cleaned in some time. There were cheerios, dirt, etc that needed to be cleaned out before my son could sleep there. Also disappointed to learn that at departure, we had to remove all the sheets and pack them up, sweep the floors and also wait for the dishwasher to finish and dry and put away all the dishes. I've stayed all up and down the coast and never had to do these things before. Definitely challenging to get these extra housekeeping duties done yourself while trying to pack up three kids.

It isn't always easy to find a smaller rental in OBX for a family but this is exactly what we were looking for. It was a very short walk to the beach from the room. To say the condo was well equipped would be an understatement. There was everything you could need: beach wagon, shibumi umbrella, beach towels, you name it. This condo was big enough for the kids to play in at night. We took advantage of the game uno and had a lot of fun. There were also sample size bottles of shampoo and other needs that I thought was super thoughtful. We were lucky enough to see a nasa launch and a sea turtle in one night. You don't want to miss this rental!

We had a girl’s trip here for a week in July. It was the most well equipped condo any of us had ever stayed in! If the description says it is there, it is there! It was so nice to not need to worry about running out of toilet paper or soap!! The deck has the perfect view of the sunset and the ocean. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook many of our meals. Even the sheets and towels were included. Condos are hard to find in the Outer Banks but this one was great. If you’re not familiar with the area, Rodanthe isn’t an area with lots of attractions but we drove to Nags and Hatteras for shopping and our nice dinners. Again, just perfect!!

Not our first trip to OBX, but first time reserving thru VRBO for our trip there and staying in a condo vs a house. The view is the reason we picked this place and it is everything. Having coffee on the deck in the mornings- we saw pods of dolphins on two different days and a whale. That’s how close you are. The condo was great- our family of 5 was comfortable and I cannot express how much we appreciated not having to worry about things like soap, paper towels, shower/beach towels, or beach gear. It took such a huge load off of the trip prep. We wanted a quieter obx trip and that’s what we got in Rodanthe- close enough to get to things, but not smothered. The condo is also right next to the pool, the luggage lift, and the breezeway to the beach so everything was just so easy. Tony was great with communication/responses and it’s clear in the personal touches how much they want everyone to enjoy themselves. What they provide is really above and beyond what we have ever had in a rental. The reviews about the age of the building? It really is not bad at all. It’s clean, it’s safe. There is a brand new deck for the pool. The condo felt like home. We would absolutely stay in 7a again.

This condo and location are perfect! The owner could not have been more kind, helpful and accommodating. Very attentive and responsive to any questions/needs. The view is perfection - ocean so close! Condo is as pretty as it looks and very clean. Owners have thought of every amenity and condo is stocked with everything you need. And there is even a handy lift for all your luggage/gear. So much to see and do. We loved the OBX. If we can ever go back, we would definitely revisit this condo! ❤️

Pictures did NOT do this condo justice! Absolutely beautiful inside and the most amazing view from the balcony. This was our first week long vacation for just the two of us after 11 years together. This was EXACTLY what we needed. This was our first time using VRBO after reviews from friends and family. Tony was a great host and kept in contact every step of the way through our visit. We were worried about the weather driving in but he let us know early on what the local weather was saying since he is a local himself. We made it that night with no issues. Super happy we decided to go on this trip and book this beautiful condo in such a cozy beach town. Highly recommend!

The complex has some age on it - but the unit itself was newly and nicely updated. Our favorite part was the coffee bar. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need - even a crock pot. Nothing better than spending a day on Ocracoke and coming home to a meal already prepared! The unit is right on the water with a nice balcony for morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Tony was great to work with and was very responsive to our inquiries/needs.
