Property as listed! Clean, good condo, and centrally located. Very family friendly and beaches are nice and best part, not crowded. My only request for next time would be to leave filters for coffee pots. I understand having to bring your own TP and such… but coffee filters aren’t something I would’ve thought to grab. And unfortunately didn’t realize there were none until I woke up very ready for some coffee. Small thing but big need, ha.

Great seaside setting. Sparkling clean, very comfortable and well equipped condo. Excellent security. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We' definitely plan to return!

Property somewhat dated. Needs updating. I stayed here in 2018 and place was immaculate. I think the present cleaning crew should be changed. Little things left undone. Sheets inside out, bath cloths from previous guests still in shower etc. Shower frame door in the master bath literally falling down. Bar stool in kitchen needed repair. Fortunately maintenance was very responsive and issues were quickly resolved. Could have been cleaned better and needs update but the view and location in the condo building was spectacular for sunset and sunrise viewing. Everything else was as expected.

We really enjoyed staying at Sandy Key room 825. The view was amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked. I was also very pleased with the size of the condo! We had six people and never felt crowded. The balcony is also very nice with plenty of room and seating. If I had any complaint it would be the check in process. I wish we could get a key on site or have a door code to use instead of having to go to a separate location to pick up and drop off keys and check in and out. But overall, a great condo and would definitely go back!

Overall, the unit we stayed in was clean and updated. The bed in the master bedroom could benefit from a newer mattress . The current mattress is lumpy and squeaking. AC broke down but part was replaced immediately and blew cold air. The shower door in the master bathroom is difficult to open. The wifi provided doesn’t work well. But the most disappointing thing about this vacation is being told not to use our canopy at the beach. This should’ve been disclosed as part of rental policy. And for that reason, I don’t think my family and I will return to this place

Everything was nice and clean. The rental had more than enough towels and blankets. My wife enjoys having a blanket on the couch, and they had plenty to use. The balcony was clean and had ample seating for lounging and for breakfast. The private beach was well maintained. We will definitely be back in the future.

Great experience. The only thing I didn't like was that the check in time at 4pm sharp and check out at 10am.

Condo very nice and well appointed. Only major issue was that mattress in master bedroom needs replacement. It is overly soft and provided little or no support for our bad backs. Luxury Coastal Vacations was very responsive to all of our needs and suggestions. Woukd definitely use their services again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Key. It was a relaxing vacation and the property fit our needs nicely. It was clean and comfortable. It was right on the beach, which was not crowded.

The condo meet all our expectations. It was clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the appliances look new. The location was perfect for a very relaxing vacation. I highly recommend Sandy Key to everyone.

We had everything we needed and everything worked nicely. A little warmer weather would have been appreciated but we were warm inside and appreciate #825 and all it offered.

2 words....AWESOME SAUCE!!!! We booked very late (1day in advance) but when we arrived the condo was immaculate and ready for occupancy. The furniture and beds were oh so comfortable. Kitchen had everything and the 8th floor view made for beautiful sunsets and sunrise views. Condo is truly steps from the beach. Staff is courteous and accommodating. We will definitely return. This place was great for our family. It wasn’t very crowded because the kids were back in school. Everyone was friendly and kind and the place was really clean. They even had most everything we need to get us through the first few days and since that’s all we were staying we didn’t have to buy extra! Amazing view giant balcony! Loved it will be visiting again!

We just loved staying in this condo. It was beautifully decorated, was well equipped with items from the kitchen, had a wonderful view of the beach and had a storage locker full of needed beach chairs, and an umbrella. The master bedroom bathroom toilet handle (inside toilet) broke during our stay but my husband just ran to Walmart and bought the needed parts and fixed it. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great place to stay in Perdido Key.

We loved everything about our stay and the accommodations at Sandy Key 825. The proximity to the water and being right on the beach was great and we made use of all of the amenities to include the tennis court, grills, pools and hot tub. Having access to a beach storage locker was a very nice plus and allowed us to store our beach chairs and toys for easy access without having to schlep it all up and down from the condo. This undoubtedly saved us having to clean out any unwanted sand from the condo before we left too. We loved hanging out on the balcony with a cup of coffee early in the morning and walks on the very clean beach were refreshing escapes. Proximity to the local Publix grocery store, Perdido Seafood Market (AWESOME!) and several local restaurants within just a couple miles made the location of the condo ideal for us too. The only negative was that our building was down to just one elevator but everyone was friendly and understanding of this "first world problem" and held the elevator door for us and others throughout our stay to help each other in very neighborly ways. The grounds were kept very clean and secure and we really did enjoy every aspect of the accommodations. We would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay there again. Sandy Key is perfect for being directly on the water. I loved being way up high to see the view of the gulf. Everything was perfectly fine inside the condo, and I hope to return soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo! The management team is one of the best I've ever worked with. They sent plenty of information to make our stay fun and comfortable. This condo is very clean and decorated very tastefully. The views are amazing and we hope to stay here again soon!
