House is well maintained and has a flow to the design. All of us appreciated the labels concerning location of kitchen equipment. I've rented other larger houses on Isle of Palms. This one is the best.

Our 19 person family enjoyed this property. It is close to the beach and has a lot of room for family gathering and eating. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool. The bedrooms were spacious with the third level perfect for our son’s family with four kids. The kitchen and pantry was stocked well. I would highly recommend this property for a large family group.

Great # bedrooms for our party of 11, top floor 'suite' worked very well for 1 family with littles and as one member of our group was an amputee having the elevator reach each floor and directly opening into the suite was so helpful. We paid to heat pool well worth it for us with little kids in April. Having pool above the ground level with direct access to main living/kitchen area super convenient also has a guest bathroom with direct access to pool deck again very useful. Loads of balconies to relax on with a drink in hand. Kitchen very well stocked incl kids plates etc. Starter items for bathrooms/kitchen n also pantry. House very clean n organised and lots of towels. Beach short walk. We rented golf carts which was fun to go to park/icecream/grocery. Would rent house again.

Great place

This house was the perfect fit for our family reunion of 20 people. What sold us on this property was the number of bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. It was great! The elevator was also helpful. The pool and short walk to the beach were ideal. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals each day. Would definitely return!

House is beautiful, fully appointed kitchen, new washer and dryer, comfortable beds, ample supply of towels, many bedrooms have private bathrooms, pool is big and beautiful, plenty of parking, steps to a big beautiful beach. CarolinaOne rental company that manages this property are the best property managers I have ever worked with. We had a very special reason for renting this particular beach house, and CarolinaOne went above and beyond to accommodate. Highly recommend if you plan to travel here to book ahead a Captain and go fishing.

We had 12 adults and 6 children ages 1yr. to 11. This house was perfect for us. There was a small problem with the downstairs thermostat but we manage. I would go back there in a heart beat!

Nails sticking up on deck. Boards in bad shape. Cockroaches on top floor. Badly in need of a paint job. Sewage smell table on deck duck taped together. Dryer doesn’t work. Needs more towel racks. Refrigerator drawer broken. Pool great!! Location great.

Very large house that can accommodate large families comfortably. Short distance to the beach.

Great layout plenty of cooking tools nothing bad to say.

This was our third stay at this property. We love the size of the house for our family. The location is great. The house shows a lot of wear and lack of maintenance inside and out.

There was a problem with the upstairs AC that they quickly addresses and the HVAC guy had us back up and running in no time. Some of the furniture is showing signs of rental abuse but otherwise in good shape. Beds are comfortable and parking for up to 10 cars under the house is great with elevators from car to bedroom. Fridge is a little small but there are two others in garage. Just a short walk to the beach down the public walkway.

We loved the house! It was beautiful, roomy, and very clean. The inclusion of bed linens, towels, and even toiletries and other small items to start out our trip was great. We found the ironing board and grill unusable and contacted Carolinaone and they arrived the next morning with brand new ones, which we never expected. We couldn't have asked for better service. The one downside of Isle of Palms is their very strict rules on noise which I have never encountered at any other beach area. We did not have any issues, but it put a damper on things and made sitting outside past 10 pm impossible.

House was perfect it was about a 3 minute walk to the beach all the beds and baths were clean and stocked with linens. Plenty of room for groceries in the pantry and multiple refrigerators. Pool was great it was small enough so that it was warm enough in April to get into and enjoy. Plenty of parking for 8-9 vehicles. Elevator made moving stuff in and out really easy. Large dining table made it great for meals with the whole group to be in one place. The owners were very quick to respond to any emails or phone calls made and even allowed us to have a later checkout since it was our wedding weekend. Only negative experience we had was one of the neighbors called the cops all three nights of our stay for a noise complaint. On the second night no one was even at the house when the cops were called and the third time they came the police agreed the complaint was not valid. So long story short the house is excellent but the neighbor(s) need to move. As long as you plan to be indoors and lights off by 830pm then the neighbors won't be a problem. Overall it was a great experience with the house and amenities that were provided with it.

Carolina One I was tasked by my Ohio High School class of 1961to find a place for 20 of us to visit so we could all stay together for a vacation. My choices were between Charleston, Beaufort & Savannah. After our stay on the Isle of Palms at the Sand Crab, my wife and I traveled to Beaufort and Savannah and we both agreed that the Isle of Palms was, by far the best choice. This was the 4th time that I have been tasked by my class to arrange the Class trips and I have done so with a California/Lake Tahoe/San Francisco trip 11 years ago and then a trip to Rockport, Ma 5 years ago, a Carribean cruise 3 years ago and now Charleston. Our stay at the Sand Crab on the Isle of Palms was a very rewarding adventure and a resounding success by all accounts. The property was well maintained and almost perfect for the 10 couples, could have used a few more bathrooms, but we managed and all parties were satisfied with the accommodations. We will certainly recommend the property to anyone needing this large of a venue and will certainly consider the Sand Crab for another vacation in the future. Amazing!

We found the property to be clean, comfortable, and more than adequate for our large family. Having said that, there were several items that should be addressed by the management company: 1). Grille does not work properly and should be replaced. It was a blowtorch one side and nothing on the other. Completely useless. 2). Two refrigerators did not have interior light bulbs - one upstairs and one downstairs 3). Garage doors limit access for SUV's. They do not raise up properly. 4). Difficult to secure house as locks do not work properly. 5). Kitchen equipment was a strange assortment of mismatched pots, pans, bowls, no water glasses, etc. 6). Wireless was great when it worked, but was limited in a small area. Considering the rental cost of this property, we would have expected these items to be addressed.

We had a very large group of family members in town for a funeral. We rented the house as a place for everyone to gather. The house has wonderfully comfortable bedrooms and great community areas. So everyone could have private space when needed. The beach access is very close. And the beach on this part of the island is wide and beautiful

Perfect for our big family reunion, this spacious, comfortable beach house made our stay. It has all the comforts and conveniences, including an elevator making it accessible for all generations. We loved the deck pool just steps away from the kitchen and living area. The beach on this part of the island is wonderful. This is a quiet spot close to all Isle of Palms and Charleston have to offer. We liked it so much we've booked it again for next year!
