There’s a bed on each floor which worked great for our group. The shower down stairs gets hot when you just barely turn it on which is opposite of the signs. Other than that A+

Overall stay was enjoyable. The bedroom situation on each floor was nice for privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and location wasn't too far from town.

The house was nice. It had everything we needed and was close to the places we wanted to go. There was a safety issue, and after calling the property management, they were quick to come out and fix the issue. The hot tub was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here for our week at Heavenly. Very close to both the Boulder and Stagecoach lodges and just a couple minutes from the Heavenly Village. Would recommend!

Management was very responsive to all the questions that we had. It was clean. Kinda mislead by the "BBQ" in the title.... was expecting a gas grill on the balcony with the hot tub.

Great property for multiple family members. Hot tub was great! Kitchen has everything you need to make dinner for a large family. Close to restaurants, but far enough to enjoy a mountain getaway.

Stayed with some friends for the Tahoe 200. Location was convenient to the start/finish area at Heavenly Stagecoach Lodge.

Great location in Stateline. Easy access to town/lake and Carson Valley and not far to hiking trails.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is about a 5 minute drive to the Stagecoach and Boulder Creek lodges. We were there during one of the epic 2023 winter storms, which closed all of the ski areas for a day. However, the four of us were comfortable in the condo. It is located in a hilly area so we were glad we had a car that could handle the snow. The hot tub was great, but if you had the heat, bubbles, and light on it would go off after about 20-30 min. You have to switch the breaker, which is in the bedroom closet off of the kitchen. One time we sat in the hot tub with no bubbles on and it was fine. The fireplace no longer worked and were told the fire inspector shut it down, probably because of all the snow. Not a deal breaker though. We couldn’t figure out the tv in the living room, but we didn’t need it. So it would be helpful to have instructions for the tv, hot tub, and fireplace. But these issues did not affect our ladies weekend, as we had a great time. Would stay again.

The perfect place to come home to after a day of skiing. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, updated bathrooms, quiet and well-tucked away. Definitely recommend 4 wheel or all wheel drive as it is on a dead end and probably one of the last streets to be cleared of snow!

We stayed at the condo from 02/18-03/02. When we first walked in there were pots and pans lined in the living room like there was a leak from the ceiling, and towels in the dryer and some half folded on top of the dryer otherwise the place was clean. There was dust under the beds especially in the basement and some of the towels had brown stains on them. We were disappointed with communication with the property manager. We wanted to use the fire place but after a few calls and texts (some texts and calls were not returned), the property manager stated it was turned off by the fire department for our safety. We did not know where to throw trash and after a few calls, we were told where it was BUT still no dumpster, it was removed by ???… and not returned until our last day as we were leaving. We were told to put the trash in a “bear box” which we couldn’t find. We were forced to drive to a different housing community to throw the trash. The dumpster which we found all of a sudden disappeared 3 days before we left thereby leaving us with no other options. I know no one controls the weather, but not once in the 10 days we were there did the host or property manager ask us if we needed help with shoveling the 6 feet of snow. Not a call or text to see how we were or if things were working. This is where the fire place would’ve come in handy. It was extremely cold in the basement (lower level), and the loft. Temp reading was always 58-60 degrees. The closests had random mattresses and items and couldn’t hang any clothing. Rusty baking pans and pots. Ruined a breakfast bake then bought disposable baking dishes. The positive The location was close to the Heavenly chair lift (approx 4 mins). It’s a pain to get into town on a snowy day but otherwise it is approximately 8 mins into town on a good day. No noise from others in the condo. Neighbors helped us with shovels. 2 parking spots was great!

The pros: -Location was great. We could get to Heavely Mountain without the Gondola which made the skiing experience so much better. Driving to town was simple. Getting to the spot from the airport was fast and easy. -Lots of space. 2 full bathrooms, two bedrooms with large beds and a loft with a full bed and bunk beds alloeed us to spread out. Family room was adequate for playing games and eating. -Views were fantastic. You can see a mountain ridge off the balcony to the right and a dostant mountain peak to the left. Mountain pines are beautiful and you can hardly see houses around you. -Appliances and dishes. Had a toaster, oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishwasher, plenty of silverware. Very easy to cook for yourself. Inwould recommend checking what is already in the cabinets before running to the store. The Cons: -Hot Tub. This was a big selling point for us as we were skiing and wanted to use the hot tub. The tub would run with jets for anywhere from 3-10 minutes, then would short out. By short out i mean trip the breaker in the house. After 15-30 minutes you could get the breaker to reset without tripping and start again. This was super frustrating as we really wanted to use the tub after skiing. -Cleanliness and operable blinds. Overall it was pretty clean, but it was dusty. Many of the blinds were also broken. The balcony door is very difficult to slide open and closed. Freezer leaked. Overall, we would stay again, minor improvements could make this a 5 star!

The rental was great. Unfortunately the hot tub keep throwing the breaker. We made the trip enjoyable.

Friends and I had a great stay here for Christmas. The house was clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location near a ski rental shop and shuttle stop to both boulder and stagecoach lifts. Also close to several restaurants. Would recommend!

If you're visiting the Tahoe area for the resorts then look no further. My group didn't spend too much time on the property, but when we came back from our daily activities it has everything we needed. Clean showers, kitchen, and beds were great start but the hot tub is what made it. The kitchen hardware was acceptable, we didn't cook gourmet meals but it had was we needed for a basic breakfast and dinner. On to the cons, its a little far if you are planning on going out for night life or making multiple trips into town for supplies. The walls are thin, you can hear everything throughout the house. If you are spending a lot of time on property, some hardware items may feel aged. The water pressure has been turned down. All and all, this location is great for active enthusiasts.

The positives were – great location and close to Zephyr Cove beaches, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, comfortable dining and living room area. The negatives were – outdated appliances (the fridge was not cold enough and leaked), and the hot tub did not turn off and the jets made loud noises at night, waking guests in the master bedroom. Also, no toiletries were provided – no body wash, shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, and there were insufficient paper towels and dishwater capsules. Overall, the condo is nice, but the small details outweighed the positives. We really wanted to like this vrbo rental.

Over all good stay however We did have a little issue with the shower door that left unresolved. Property management didn’t take direct responsibility. I felt it was over looked during safety check.

Has everything you need for a long ski wknd. Comms with the management company was easy, check in and check out was smooth, all the necessities for meals etc, easy parking for 2 cars, and more space than you’d think from the pictures. For the price I’d say this is a fantastic option. Super close to rental places and the Nevada side of Heavenly (~5min to Stagecoach). I would absolutely stay here again.

Easy drive to the mountain and not too far from heavenly village, making this vrbo the perfect place for a South Lake Tahoe vacation. Definitely recommend staying here and will be looking at this spot for future trips!
