This unit was exceptional! Very clean and very large! Perfect for our group of 4, but would accommodate much more than that. Very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The beds were fantastic! The area surrounding the complex was beautiful. A huge park and lake within walking distance, along with shopping and some great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!

Well appointed and large Avon condo in a perfect location. Large open dining, living, kitchen area with very comfortable furnishings. All three bedrooms are large with king and queen beds to accommodate at least 10. Each bedroom had a large private bathroom. Terrific location by the Avon lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time being able to relax in our own space, use the great pool, nearby park, and get to the Vail Dance Festival easily. This was a great accommodation for families with kids as young as 4. I would absolutely recommend!

Our first time in the area. Two adult couples and a family of four. (Adult siblings’ families.) Perfect amount of private space and shared space for that group. Could have worked with 2 families of 3 or 4 easily instead of just one. Very easy access to Vail, easy drive from Denver. A perfect 4th of July getaway for us. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time staying in this gem of a property. The house is extremely well appointed, and the property management is top notch. Starting with the very warm and welcoming check-in process, we were never in any doubt that should any need arise, we would get all the help needed. Propane tank empty at the grill? 5 mins, new tank ready. Fire starter missing, 5 mins and you have enough for the whole trip. The kitchen had everything you could need too - and grocery stores are very close by. And the bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable. I honestly think this is my best VRBO experience so far. Thank you so much Paula and the property management team for making our stay such a memorable one.

Stayed here with 4 friends for a 3 day ski vacation. The side and layout of the house was perfect. All bedrooms are a nice size and loved that each had its own bath. The downstairs living area was comfortable and roomy. We loved the size of the dining room table for eating and playing games. Kitchen was very clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed for cooking meals while we were there. The location was great with easy access to the ski slopes. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This property was great for our family, especially as we were traveling with a 2 month old. Our son and daughter-in-law especially appreciated a washer/dryer right next to their bedroom!

My two children and their families and I stayed at this condo while in the area for a memorial service. It was very spacious, very nicely decorated (loved the dining table and chairs!), very clean... and I felt a very good "bang for our buck". Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us!

Very nice condo with every amenity we needed! Thoroughly enjoyed the nearby Nottingham Park! Walking distance to restaurants. Overall great stay in a wonderful derail location.

Great location, such a Great Place with big rooms and comfy beds. Kitchen is stocked with almost everything you can think of. The only thing is to take your shampoo, body wash, conditioner since it wasn't provided.

THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND THE THE LARGE SWIMMING POOL AND RECREATION LAWN AND LAKE WERE VERY NICE AND WALKABLE

Check in process was quick and easy. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. Restaurants and stores were a short walk away. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Avon.

Beautifully updated condo, very spacious and well thought out. When we were not hiking or biking, we enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing tennis in the complex. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Property was a great fit for our group of three couples. We enjoyed eating in, using the grill loved the big round table. Condo is great location for bike rental and ride along the bike path to Eagle, golf in Vail, hiking near by. So much to do in this area. Enjoyed relaxation at the pool as well. Everyone enjoyed their stay!!! Everything we needed was available in the condo. Property Mgr was helpful. Locals in town were friendly. Just wish I knew/realized in advance there was in elevator. I have difficulty with stairs. The main floor master ensuite was a plus.

The condo was a great space for our family of 6. The kitchen was well equipped and the overall space was comfortable for our group. Only negative I can think of is the steep stairs to get to 2nd floor condo but once you're there its great!

We had stayed at various on-resort properties at Beaver Creek, but the rates for them have shot through the roof! Thought we’d try Avon instead and were absolutely thrilled. This condo is cozy and well-decorated, plenty of room for extended family. Has concerns about ease of mountain access, but it was a snap! A short shuttle to the Westin gondola, and you’re in Bachelor’s Gulch before you know it. Even more attractive now with McCoy Park open. Would definitely stay again!

We couldn't have been happier with our choice with this Beaver Creek West condo. We have stayed in many condos in Vail and BC over the years and this one was great. Can recommend whole heartedly. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great kitchen with all the utensils and enough seating for 8 for dinner. The grandkids loved the lazy Susan. Town Buses worked well. BC West local bus driver was terrible and rude and passed by the rest of our group even though the bus wasn't full. Free shuttle to Vail driver was great. Make reservations in advance with office to get shuttle to Vail. TV and internet worked great. Took a minute too figure out the dimmer light switches in some rooms. Humidifers didn't work and was the only thing that needs an upgrade. Owner was very helpful answering our questions in advance. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home! This will be our first choice for return visits.

Beautiful property. Loved the grill and fireplace. Grabbed the shuttle at the bottom of the stairs and were at the resort in minutes. No wait to get dropped off at the foot of the stairs when the day was done. Highly recommend
