Wonderful

Nice condo with a balcony on.the side of the building that gives u a fairly nice few of the ocean. Condo was as stated with lots of extra amenities. Short walking distance to some restaurants and shops and a quick free trolley ride to more. The beach is beautiful and very clean.

Everything about our stay was amazing and the property was described to a T! Traveling with four kids (one infant) we had plenty of space/amenities and the property is right on the beach. We never had to use our car the entire week as the trolley stops right outside the condo, which was so convenient. So many places including a grocery store also within walking distance. The heated pool was the warmest pool we’ve ever swam in in December. Karen was so helpful if we needed any tips. To top it off the beach is beautiful!

Great location, steps from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Free trolley to Siesta village just outside the property. Love it here in Siesta Key.

We had everything we needed, including starter paper products and soap. Very clean and short walk to beach.

First family vaca in over 15 years with adult kids. Property was very nice. My only issue was we were not aware when we booked over a year ago that construction season is September thru December. The first few days were VERY LOUD both in our building and outside on the beach as other units were being remodeled. That’s no fault of the owner. The free shuttle to the Village is great! The white powdery beach was still recovering from the hurricane the week before which impacted the water too. But that’s September travel. Would definitely return to this unit but in the spring.

The condo was nice. But the comforters and floors were sandy when we arrived. The owner reaches out but I was a little overwhelmed by how many times she sent cleaning instructions for when we were leaving.

We had a wonderful stay at Crescent Arms. Location is great and the condo had everything we needed. We hope to return in the future.

We had a fabulous stay in this condo! Everything was exactly as pictured and then some. Linens/towels, and furniture were all of high quality. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. Access to the beach was incredible. We loved eating our breakfast on the lanai each morning, watching the surf. We would love the opportunity to rent this unit again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s condo. Everything was just as described. The location was great for being able to be at the beach any time of the day. Siesta Key truly has the best beach! The condo was clean and the kitchen had all that we needed for making meals. There were loads of sand toys which was great as we had little ones with us. We also enjoyed the pool. Karen was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We would love to stay in Karen’s condo again!

Condo was very nice & clean. Good location, within walking distance to several restaurants & stores. We enjoyed our stay & Karen was easy to communicate with.

Very nice accommodations. Really liked having beach chairs provided & set up everyday. It is a beautiful beach & great for walking.

Lovely comfortable condo in a convenient location. Super lux beds and bedding for a restful nights sleep. Plenty of “extras” in the pantry to make your gourmet meal prep super easy. Thank you Karen!! We had a wonderful relaxing stay!❤️

This well appointed condo was perfect for my adult family of 5. We never felt crowded. The location was perfect! The beach & sunsets were gorgeous! Would DEFINITELY recommend staying here - and hope I’m blessed to stay here again!!!! Thanks for opening your beach paradise for us!!!

This condo was fantastic! It was well stocked with many items. Karen was a great host and took time out of her Thanksgiving to answer some questions and provide restaurant recommendations for a Thanksgiving meal. My family will be returning next year!

Great location on the beach. Have beach chairs everyday set up. Close to stores. Great communication with owner. We were there during Nicole and the owner kept in contact with us about the storm

If we weren’t sitting on the beach, we were sitting on the lanai. Great wicker furniture to relax on. Everything you could need was there to make it easier. Bedroom on each side of condo giving everyone space. Private bath in each bedroom. The only down side were a lot of parties with loud music several of the nights.

We had a wonderful experience! The property is just as described...it was a great family vacation! (Our kids loved the toy closet!)

The property owner was amazing! She goes way above and beyond for her guests! You can rent with confidence in having the best high-quality stay!

Loved that it was well stocked had everything we needed didn’t have to buy coffee filters and paper goods spices included , Comfortable furniture and very clean enjoyed ourselves immensely

We enjoyed our stay very much. Karen was very friendly,helpful and very accommodating. We loved the set up especially kids room with all the toys that we didn't have to bring with us. Overall this place is amazing and we cannot wait to come back!!

Spot on description of this property by owner and location was perfect. Beautiful white sands and crystal blue waters. Restaurants within walking distance or take the shuttles to The Village for more restaurants and shopping. Several strip malls within short distance and even more restaurants. Owner, Karen was awesome with this unit and responded quickly when we had questions!

The condo had everything we needed. Check in /out process was simple. We are already planning on returning next summer. Siesta key is a wonderful place for all ages to come and relax.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and it was great having two full bathrooms and a screened in lanai. The condo is well stocked with beach toys, a beach umbrella, and beach towels, and the condo association sets up lounge chairs on the beach every day. The two large drying racks were a nice touch and came in handy for hanging up wet suits and beach towels. The kitchen is also very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes and basic spices in the pantry. We enjoyed the nice selection of books and games in the entertainment cabinet! The location of the condo is close to restaurants and the private beach is a real plus!! The pool is on the opposite end of the complex but fairly close by. The only problem we had, which was out of anyone’s control, was that the elevator was out of service for the entire week that we were there. Since the unit is on the sixth floor, it was inconvenient having to walk up and down the five flights of stairs and forced us to plan our days around how many times we wanted to walk up and down the stairs. Aside from that, we enjoyed this rental and being right on the beach, watching the gorgeous sunsets and exploring Siesta Key!!

We were so close to the beach that we walked without shoes. You can see the water from the balcony - photos don’t do it justice. The laundry room was 2 doors down from the condo - very convenient. The owner checked in to make sure we arrived safely and asked if there was anything we needed. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience!
