This was a clean, roomy headquarters for our Suncoast ventures, to beaches, restaurants, and jazz! Lance was quick to respond with advice, etc.

After 3 days, we sent a message asking about the lack of supplies, the broiler not functioning in the oven and the barbeque was unusable. ONE WEEK later we still had not had a reply when we saw his wife outside. She told us that every rental gets the same supplies regardless of the length of stay. We were staying for ONE MONTH. You get 3 toilet rolls, 1 paper towel, 1 small dishwashing liquid, 3 garbage bags and 1 kitchen towel for drying dishes. She did give us a few more after our request but not nearly enough. She said the oven came like that when they bought the unit but she agreed the barbeque needed replaced and she did. She referred us to the dollar store to get what we need. That explains the cheap quality of the supplies and decor. Later that day we heard from Lance that he "would see what he could do" but we never heard from him again. The bed we used was comfortable but only a bottom sheet on every bed and no extras. There are no drawers for storage in any of the bedrooms. The bathroom was very nice but only had 6 bath towels and 4 hand towels. There was an almost empty toilet bowl cleaner and a cleaning spray. The kitchen was nice and large with a useful washer and drier but no cleaning supplies. The living room has very little natural light and the futons are not comfortable in the least. They are not as pictured. The TV was great. Overall this unit is suitable for a few days stay but that is long enough. We won't be back

We enjoyed the area. it is in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the river. There is a great farmers market nearby. The property provided many extra that are not shown in the photos such as beach umbrella, chairs, foosball, and other nice surprises. It was clean. We enjoyed our week there. It was very clean. The main bedroom is dark and we slept well. The other rooms have more street light shining in. The beds were soft but we were only supplied with one bottom sheet and no top sheet for any beds. An oversight perhaps. We did find one top sheet in a drawer. There were three twin blankets and no queen blankets in the closets. Also only white duva's on every bed unlike in the colorful pictures. However the photos are not up to date in reference to the furniture. The property does not offer a comfortable blue sofa to put your feet up as shown in the pictures. It only had two Futons. Neither of which was comfortable for us to sit on. This was a big disappointment. The photos should do a better job reflecting a current image of the interior furnishings. thanks you for letting us stay in your home.

Locally we enjoyed Emerson Preserve, Felts Audobon, Robinson Nature Preserve, Palma Sola Botanical Park and of course the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. Coquina Beach has a Beach Market with lots of vendors on Wednesdays and Sundays and Leffis Preserve across the street is very peaceful for a nature walk. Just walking the neighborhood in Palmetto down to the marina and the Riverhouse Restaurant for a sunset dinner - delicious and gorgeous - and Alice Scoopers for ice cream was fun too! And we enjoyed the free Saturday Palmetto Historical Museum Village tour. We highly recommend Lance's comfortable home if you are looking to see what the Bradenton area has to offer.

Overall a good experience and a good place

In general, a good place to stay.

The property was super clean and nice. There were lots of extras around to really make the stay great - the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are definitely going to spoil me for any future beach trip!

The property was very nice! Clean, comfortable and in a great location for our family to gather when coming to visit our son who lives nearby. The only issue that we had was a long lag time for the owner to respond back to my questions or concerns. We were short on towels for our family and I texted in the morning and did not get a response until the evening. That happened again the next day when I had another question. Granted the owner(s) might have employment that does not allow them to use their phones, so they shouldn’t post that they will respond between the hours of 10a til 6pm. But…would we come back again? Yes! We are thankful to have found a comfortable home close to where we wanted to be and nice hosts who have a wonderful home. Thank you!

The house was clean and everything we could need was there. Having washer and dryer was great. Location is close to everything. Easy access to interstate, restaurants and stores. Beds were comfortable. Thank you Lance for a great time.

Overall the property was ok. It was clean upon arrival but when you looked deep the place was not holding together well. The thick coat of paint was holding most things together and everything was furnished very cheep and was uncomfortable. The crib was broken when we arrived but thankfully we had brought the pack and play. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella but when we took them to the beach the chairs were already broken. I forgot to mention this and so I got charged for them in my damage deposit. The neighborhood was pretty run down and had homeless people sitting on most corners so definitely not a nice family friendly area. The location was great because it was close to my family but other than that there was really not much close by. Overall it was a cheap price comparatively so my expectations weren't too high and you get what you pay for.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The amenities provided were better than most others I’ve experienced and Lance was always quick to respond to my questions. The house was very clean and welcoming. Our children enjoyed all of the games provided and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend!

This place was bigger than expected with a massive kitchen which had very cool counters tops. Rooms were large and spacious. Place was super clean. I will be back!!

The property was amazing our family enjoyed the games provided along with access to their favorite T.V. programs. We will definitely return to this property in the future. Our host were very accommodating to our needs.

We had a blast! We needed a get away vacation and you guys helped us out so much! Thank you Lance, Natalia, Leo and Snowball for letting us stay at your property! It served us a great location for everything on our itinerary!

The owners were very kind and helpful! The home is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. There is plenty of room to spread out and a washer and dryer which was a huge blessing with a big family! There is a great seating area outside that we utilized every night. The kitchen is large are has supplies if you want to cook. We had trouble finding crab legs so we bought some from Publix and made them at home one night! They were delicious! It is a great location! The drive to Anna Maria Island wasn’t bad at all. If you are interested in fishing I highly suggest the Skyway Bridge Pier! It is also a short drive! You don’t need a fishing license and you can fish for 24 hours. You can also rent poles from the bait shop! There isn’t a bad beach on Anna Maria Island! If I had to pick one I would pick Anna Maria Island Beach which is right by the Sandbar restaurant or Manatee Beach. Anna Maria Island Beach is less crowded and doesn’t have a bath house but it’s more private. Manatee Beach has a gift shop, cafe, tiki bar, bathroom, changing areas and places to spray off the sand. The Donut Experiment is a must on the island! Hands down the BEST donuts ever! Poppos Taqueria is right next door to The Donut Experiment and it’s is delicious also! The BEST tacos and burritos! The Sandbar on the island is also delicious and the atmosphere/view is amazing! You can literally dine on the beach! We want to say another special thankful to Lance and Natalia for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home!

Convenient location for what we planned to do on vacation. Clean, lots of space. Quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyed our stay and the kindness shown by the owners. They provided us space to do our thing but also talked to us like we were life long friends. Good people and great house created a great vacation for our family!

Perfect space! Nice and open kitchen and living room areas with 3 good sized bedrooms. Nice bathroom! Good location for access to a variety of attractions and services! A collection of games for rainy weather or evenings!
