The home was a perfect fit for our fun summer family getaway to the mountains. It was close to everything, yet tucked away in a very quiet, private area. The town of Breckenridge was so enjoyable, hiking nearby was perfect, and we utilized the recreation center nearby for great pickleball play. The house was furnished perfectly for a family with everything needed to cook and lounge, and with so many recreational games that kept us busy in our downtime. The view in the family room area was so beautiful with views of the mountains. The fire pit and hot tub were private and nice. Very safe area with no noise. We enjoyed it in every way!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It is right near many biking/hiking trails so no need to load the bikes and drive anywhere. After a busy day relaxing in the living room and staring out at the mountains was dreamy. The basement was a great place to hand out with the family as it had multiple games for all to enjoy. The rental management company was extremely responsive and full of very nice people.

We had a wonderful time golfing getting massages in town sharing home made meals in your large well stocked kitchen! The hot tub was enjoyed by all! Bike riding up the summit and hiking to Bakers Tank made for a terrific time for our very active family! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Baldy Ridge Chalet was the perfect home for our family! We had 2 teenagers and a bunch of adult/kids who enjoyed every aspect of the home. The location and views of the mountain were spectacular - watching the sun set and rise and the changes in weather were amazing. The house is outfitted with everything you could ask for, the beds very comfortable, ample parking - we had 3 cars, clean, beautifully decorated - could not have asked for a better home away from home for our family. AND River Ridge Rentals was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had! Many, many thanks!!!

Wonderful experience. Great place for a large family or friends gathering. Large spacious house, well appointed, and clean and well maintained. The entertainment room was an excellent extra not found in many rental facilities. Cost to rent was high, but it also was a “A+” property.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this lovely home over Thanksgiving. 6 adults, 3 teens and 2 dogs…..plenty of room for all. The game room was enjoyed by kids and adults! Response by property management was top notch. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the property in Breckenridge! We had a group of 9 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was beautiful and clean and only about a 7-10 minute drive into town. Communication was also fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Our three generation group enjoyed the house at Baldy Ridge.The game room was a big hit with the kids.The kitchen was well equipped and the view was tremendous!Plenty of room to spread out and nice to have some trails nearby.

This was the perfect spot for our 3-family group of 11 to enjoy adventures this area offers like hiking, rafting and zip lining. Better than hoped for with a picture-perfect view out every window. Plenty of room for each family to have their own space while easily accommodating the large group in living, dining and kitchen areas as well as the game room for all ages. Beautiful property with hot tub, fire pit and large gas grill. Well furnished. Prepare to make forever memories here.

The property is great to go in a large family. You have plenty of rooms and beds. The playing area is great, and you have a large variety of games. Big kitchen with enough appliances and a great grill outside. The house is inside of the forest, and you can get wild animals’ visit. The only negative point, is that in one of the beds, the sheets had a lot of hairs, maybe from previous visitors.

We had a great spring break vacation at this house. The views from the house are amazing. The game room was a big draw for us and that did not disappoint. We had a lot of fun playing games in the arcade. The kitchen was well equipped with all kinds of pots and pans and dishes as well as multiple crockpots, instapot, etc.. The beds were comfortable and the heated floors in bathroom were really nice too. Can't say enough good things about this place.
As stated in the description you definitely need a 4 wheel drive and some clearance to get there in the winter. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Can not say enough about this beautiful home. The view from the front window is like a postcard. 9 adults in our party with room to sleep more- kitchen had all we needed - more games in the game room than we could play - hot tub was enjoyed nightly - clean and warm and cozy after skiing. The management was friendly and helpful throughout. Five star experience.

We had 11 people at the property - grandparents, families, teens and all loved it. Great location, great house, love the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. A few things to note: beds are VERY tall (a slight problem for some in our family), the family room looks much bigger in the pics than it actually is, and the kitchen only has 1 oven (unlike the 2 in the pics). The basement game room was a favorite and we loved the property!!!!

I have rented in the area for several years now. This is one of the best experiences. Reason being, many rental companies will just do the minimum regarding maintenance on a property. This property was extremely well maintained and stocked. This is especially remarkable given this is a pet friendly property. Their app made the check in/out process painless and their contact number for 24 hour needs was predominantly displayed and communicated.

Our family hadn't seen each other in a few years and this was the perfect house for us to connect and catch up. The kitchen and living room were perfect for cooking and playing games. It was also so nice that everyone had their own room and bathrooms. So after a long day of hiking and outdoor activities folks could get some quiet time in their own rooms. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and it was still a short drive to town. The views from the house were amazing! It was such a nice contrast from our busy lives. The communication from the hosts was fantastic as well. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you!

It’s a beautiful home with her a few problems. The location was excellent. Two of the beds, that we know of, the linens were not changed. We found here and pacifiers in two of the beds. The cable in the main room only worked one of the days. Otherwise it was a beautiful place!

The house was great. We loved the game room and the views and the quiet. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for the 10 of us. The owners had a brand new refrigerator installed right before we arrived and unfortunately it wasn't working. I let them know and a property manager came over right away to look at it. He brought us some ice but the new appliance was just not working. Luckily there was a fully operating refrigerator in the garage and we used that for our stay. They were very accommodating to us and I would highly recommend this home.

We came to Breckenridge to celebrate our son's graduation. This house was a perfect place for our family. Hands down, other than the views, the best house for families. The game room was where we spent most of our time creating memories together. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property as advertised. We had a group of 5 couples and had more than enough room. We had one issue with the hot tub that was addressed promptly. Only downside is the closest bus stop is about a quarter mile down the drive way which has snow/ice on it most of our stay.

We paid the dog fee in advanced, did not bring the dog due to do other circumstances, asked a week before the arrival to see if it would be possible to get it back- No, sorry, nonrefundable...foldout bed broken, dishwasher broken, hot tub needed to be would be important to have some give on the part of the owners if you are going to charge as much as it was and not have everything working. The game room was a nice feature, however.
