This was a great house to stay in. If you’re going to Zion or Bryce Canyon, you won’t find a better house.

Great location for Southwestern Utah adventures. House was very comfortable and clean. Owner was great to deal with and helped to make sure that we had a good trip.

We loved the house with all its old school charm while still giving us all the modern amenities (ie water softener and filtered water!). We had plenty of room for 6 adults. And the property was beautiful, we enjoyed the fire pit every night! Connie was friendly and helpful. She stopped by to give us a brief history of the property. I would highly recommend this place!!! If we are ever in the area again I’m staying here!!

Great country charm. Very peaceful. Love sitting out among the roses🙂. Lots of chickens and roosters walking in the yard every morning. That was fun! We enjoyed visiting with Connie and her husband. Connie's homemade jam was delicious 😋

Perfect location for visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion. Home was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking meals. Host was responsive and accommodating!

We had the best time. We visited both Bryce and Zion while staying at Pinkie's Place. Connie was a great host, answering all my questions in a timely manner. She even left us bagels and cream Cheese for our first morning! What a treat! Would stay here again.

We stayed here four nights and loved it! We really liked the central location between Bryce and Zion. Connie has made this the most adorable little cottage. Her art work is amazing and all the other little touches made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully furnished and we ate several meals in. Nice hot showers and fluffy towels! Great place provided by a great owner!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinkie's Place! We loved coming back to our home away from home after action packed days in the parks. The owners are kind, helpful, and provided many great suggestions on area attractions. Pinkie's Place is clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed for the week to make our stay enjoyable. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful week! Sorry we missed the car show but there was just so much to do!

Connie is a great hostess and made sure our stay was fantastic. She provided many suggestions for restaurants and entertainment, her communication was great and, she was helpful in telling us where to go for meals. The house is clean and well-kept, The only knock I have on the place is that it is right on highway 89, so there is some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us. We came to see Bryce and Zion, and Pinkie’s Place was smack dab in the middle of those parks. All in all, we had a great time here!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Connie is a wonderful host and even had left us bagels and cream cheese for our first morning. This was such a lovely home to come back to after a long day exploring either Zion or Bryce. I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting these two parks.

Connie first of all you communicated with me before, during, and after staying at your rental. We found this very helpful because we could plan accordingly. Second, you made us feel right at home from the minute that we arrived. I liked how we were able to meet you in person. I loved how you had written a card for us to read when we arrived. We had gone grocery shopping before we arrived. It was nice that you had bagels and cream cheese in the refrigerator for us. We are so glad that you told us to go in the East Entrance instead of the South Entrance for Zion. What a great way to start and end our day. So beautiful!!! Your house is going so cozy and it is in a great location for both Zion and Byrce. It was great to come home to after a day of hiking. You gave us great tips to for places to eat in Springdale and other things to do besides hiking. We ate at a great Mexican restaurant Oscar’s when we we went hiking at Zion. For Byrce we ate at the hotel/lodge by Byrce National Park. We loved coming home every day to the black cat. We enjoyed hanging out with with her/him. We also bought food for the cat. She/he was very happy about that. There isn’t anything that we feel that you need to improve in. We would definitely stay at your rental place again and recommend it to other people. This charming farmhouse is in the perfect location between Zion and. Rice national parks which is hard to find. Located in a tiny quiet town, it’s a comfortable house with luxury linens, a horse across the highway, and everything you would need in a base to explore this area of Utah.

We loved the place. Host was fabulous. Everything you need for a vacation rental. The location is between Bryce and Zion. Absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend.

Connie and Roger have such a cute cozy little home to share with everyone, and we very much enjoyed it. Loved knowing this was Roger’s boyhood home and the squeak of the steps as it reminded me of my childhood home too. If you want something quaint and charming, here is the place. We had plenty of room, bedrooms were big, bathrooms were nice, loved the nice size dining room table, and the house had everything we needed. We were halfway between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park, so we spent our week exploring these two parks. Jim and Kay at the Country Market we’re a hoot! We had a fabulous stay at this charming cottage in Glendale. It was clean and decorated so cute! Our families loved it! Connie was great to work with and shared places to go around the area. Definitely will come back!

This cottage is so well decorated. The beds are so comfortable with really nice linens & extremely nice towels. Connie was so kind. We came as 2 couples from east coast & found it very comfortable with well stocked kitchen & just anything you would want there. So well thought out for small details. Thank you!!

This cottage was so perfect for our stay to visit the national parks. Is is located 30 minutes from Zion and 50 min from Bryce. The cottage was immaculate and so well equipped. We were lucky enough to meet Connie who is so sweet, friendly, accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend staying here is you are in the area.

Owner was very nice and helpful. House was adorable and is equipped with everything you would need. Def. Recommend if planning a trip for zion, Bryce and grand canyon. It is central to all those parks.

The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed to feel like home. Good location, we spent days in Bryce and Zion. Rented UTVs from a business right down the road. Overall, we had a great vacation with family and friends!

Nestled in between two major national parks, Bryce and Zion, this home provides a large space for your family and quick, easy access to the parks.

The owner was very nice and very helpful. She even brought up cucumbers from her garden. Excellent location. We visited Bryce Canyon, Zion, Kanab, and the Grand Canyon with day trips.

Pinkie's Place was such a nice place to stay. It has all the comforts of home and was very convenient to both Bryce and Zion National Parks. We had been away from home for over seven days when we arrived in Glendale and it was so very relaxing there. Also, Connie is a wonderful artist with her lovely paintings up around the house.

Loved staying here! Connie had everything we could have needed plus extra touches like local suggestions/maps and extra food. Awesome communication and hospitality. It felt like a home. It is the perfect place to stay in between Zion and Bryce national parks. Everything was clean and comfortable.
