We booked this for a girl's weekend, and had such a wonderful stay! Linda was very easy to communicate with, and very responsive. We had a couple issues throughout the stay, and they were all taken care of quickly! Would recommend!

The place was great for our long weekend stay. We arrived late in the evening, Linda had the heat going so it was perfect temp for my kids on the cold evening. The place was very clean and the beds were made. It was great to be able to just unload and relax. It was a great home away from home for the weekend!

We loved our stay on Keuka lake! The views from the porch were spectacular and Linda was available (next door) for anything that we may have needed during the stay. The apartment/cottage had everything we needed for 7 adults. Being able to walk a few steps to the dock after waking up was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

We were in town for graduation at Keuka College (May 20-23, 2021) and it’s hard not to enjoy the community of Penn Yan and all that Keuka Lake has to offer. The location was perfect and the fire pit, kayaks and canoes made our time there better. Alec was a great host and was able to assist with any issue. Looking forward to coming back here again and definitely recommend.

Had a great time with a group of friends. Perfect location on lake with lovely views of the lake and close to towns for dinners and brunch.

THE SON WAS AMAZING, was very helpful with anything, campfire place is very cute, enjoyed doing smores! Water was freezing but my kids loved it. It was a nice family get a way. Thank you so much!

We had a great weekend at the lake! The deck and views are stunning and Linda and her son Alec were really welcoming and accommodating. The house was clean but a little dated. One minor miscommunication we had was that the tap water is sourced directly from the lake and was not recommended to drink. Next time it would be really helpful to learn that up front and have a bottle or two of water provided for the stay. I’d still recommend the house for the location, the views, and the welcoming hosts. Thanks again!

Lovely hosts, fabulous view!

The property was beautiful. One of our friends even went kayaking. The cottage was well kept and the beds were cozy.

Quaint and cozy, the kitchen was particularly nice if we wanted to stay in and cook. The veranda was our favorite place, rain or shine. Easy access to the dock via stairs. The bedrooms were nice. Linda was so gracious! We would definitely stay here again.

Linda and her son Alec were such great hosts !! We had such an amazing time. The house was beautiful and just as pictured ! Linda and her son were there to greet us (and answer our phone call when we got lost lol). We didn’t know they were staying next door during our stay but we still had our privacy and they were there to answer any questions we had. House was super cozy and definitely enough room for all 8 of us. We spent the weekend fishing on the dock, and swimming in the beautiful lake. They provided a kayak and a canoe which we took full advantage of ! Overall was a great weekend and would definitely recommend ! Don’t forget coal for the grill and wood for the campfire !!!

The owner Linda was there to greet us and was very nice, Great location on beautiful Keuka lake. We used the fire pit by the dock and enjoyed the view from the elevated deck. The only thing that could have been better is the water pressure in the shower. Would go again though!

Thank you to Linda and her family for all of their hospitality. the house is gorgeous and right on the lake. 10 mins from everything you need and 30 mins from all the vineyards. Highly recommend this house for couples and families.

Had a blast at Linda's cottage on Keuka Lake. It was our first time visiting the lake, and it was breathtaking! The water was clean and the lake was absolutely gorgeous. Linda and her husband were as nice as nice can be. They were there in case we needed anything at all, and were very understanding of our large group we had staying at their cottage. The cottage is cute and clean, and the dock and fire pit right on the lake were perfect. We couldn't of had a better weekend! Thanks Linda and Walt! -Erica
