We had a fantastic time at this property. It is closely located to the grocery store, Target, food options and the beach access is perfect! Its a short walk down the beach to get to the Jetty's and it is absolutely worth it to make the walk! I wouldn't stay in another location in Destin! We loved it!

Clean, close to stores, restaurants, etc. There was only one roll of toilet paper and no extra trash bags were there. Other than that it was a nice place.

This is my second time staying at this property and my husbands first. We really enjoyed ourselves and Sissy is the best! We plan on returning next year!

We are 2 ladies is our 60s and 70s. The condo has one king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was stained (disgusting) and paper thin necessitating one person to sleep on the couch. The owner offered to compensate us to relocate. First to find another availability, and then to pack and move was not the way we wanted to spend our stay. Very disappointing for the price. While the owner responded in a timely manner by text, saying that sofa bed mattresses are designed for folding not sleeping……

Great place to stay. So close to the beach. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The owner was very responsive to all our questions.

First time to Destin and this property was an excellent choice. Very good location and secure and safe property. Easy steps to the beach and all personnel very happy and helpful. The overall property is in good condition and kept clean. SOLID concrete building, we rode ut a tornado warning in our room and felt very safe. Do not hesitate to book with Sissy, great communication and super fast response to any issues that you may have. Unit super well equipped and not lacking anything...nicely decorated and in good condition. We would certainly not hesitae to book with Sissy again and look forward to coming back to Destin !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cute, clean, quiet and well stocked condo provided everything we could have wished for. Beautiful views, beach and amenities! Sissy communicated all needed details which made our stay even better. White sugar beaches and gorgeous blue waters made walking on the beach so very enjoyable. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and met many friendly people during our visit. We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely return!

Good location along beach. Parking was limited due to maintenance of garage area. Pool has a great location. Elevators were in limited operation due to maintenance.

The Best properties we stayed at in DESTIN! nice cozy condo with a great view, was 57 degrees out and went swimming in the heated pool and hot tub everyday! And a great private beach.

Great spot to enjoy some Florida weather! Building was very well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed our daily walks in the neighborhood and no shortage of great restaurants.

Overall, it was a lovely first time experience in Destin. Great location, nice heated pool and jacuzzi, and 24/7 security. Our host was very friendly and very prompt with communication. Not sure about the other units but ours could’ve used a bit of an update and facelift. Shower drained terribly slowly and toilet made pumping noises after it was flushed. The pullout couch bed was really uncomfortable. Condo had everything we needed so no complaints there. As I mentioned, overall, it was a nice first time experience. Next time, we’ll need a bigger place to accommodate our growing children.

Owner is always responsive. Room is always clean at arrivall. Location is excellent. Just a good time as usual.

It was exactly how pictured.We always had a condo with Gulf view.Our condo was on the Jetty side.But we had a wonderful vacation Sissy is an excellent host.We definitely book with her again

Sissy very accommodating and answered emails very quickly even when we had to cancel and rebook in a matter of a week! Condo clean, water was absolutely clear and gorgeous- had 6 great beach days even during hurricane Idalia - My only thoughts - light switches were confusing especially in bedroom, needed a bath mat in bathroom, shower was a little challenging to get in and out of with height of tub.

My wife and I loved this property. Very close to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and other activities.

Sissy was an excellent host- very responsive & had great tips for eating out & getting around. The condo was perfect for our family of 3 & we loved watching the fireworks from the balcony! The jetty is a special area that we were able to watch sea turtles & dolphins! An excellent vacation & can’t wait to come back!!

We have stayed at Jetty East a few times. Our stay in this unit was perfect. Very clean, comfy bed, the beach towels and cooler they provided were great since we flew and didn't have room to bring our own. Sissy is very responsive. Check in/check out was a breeze. We will be back!

Destin and Jetty East did not disappoint. It was all we hoped for and more, from the comfortable condo to the amazing Gulf waters and white sands.

The location of this was perfect- right off the beach, and with a beautiful view of the sunset off the jetty. The unit was a bit small, but clean and had all cooking utensils needed in the kitchen. Perfect for a couple!

The property was just what we were looking for. A short 1 min walk to the beach but still amongst everything Destin has to offer. My daughter loved the beach and the water is so clear and perfect. The dolphins swimming 20 feet off the beach in the waves was an added bonus.

Sissy was great to work with. She was easy to get ahold of if I had any questions. The stay was hassle-free which was a big concern of ours, since this was the first time we booked through some place else but Jetty East itself. Will definitely book through Sissy again in the future.

We enjoyed our week in Destin. Jetty East is located perfectly for many things, including easy walking., both on the beach and to local places. There’s plenty of covered, secure parking. The complex itself could use some TLC in places…there’s an entryway waterfall that sits empty, rusty stair railings, though it is kept very clean. The pool and outdoor areas were fabulous! The only weird thing was, some of security people kept asking to see our bracelets. We were given no bracelet upon arrival. He said we could go get some, but in looking around…only a few people had them on. Obviously Jetty East needs to get that figured out. All of the condos open to a common indoor walkway with a very interesting layout of a “hollow center” picture the classic Embassy Suites building layout with atrium in the center…minus the cool atrium. In our unit the bedroom windows faced the common open interior area, so the curtains ALWAYS stay closed in the bedroom. 316A was nice for two people. The unit was very clean. I’m sure because of the humidity, there is a slight musty smell that persists. Once inside the condo, you don’t notice it much. We found the king sized bed VERY comfortable! The kitchen had plenty of storage for groceries and plenty of gear to cook some meals. The bathroom served its purpose, though a shower would be much handier than the current tub/shower combo. The caulk around the tub could use a redoing. Some of the closet and cabinet doors don’t close easily due to loose hardware or something, just a minor annoyance. Would we stay again? Sure? The price was very fair and the accommodations were fine!
