Gorgeous view, very nice accommodations, and great location away from the hubbub of the city, yet close enough to travel in. Prett well equipped, bit would recommend a 4 slice toaster for a 3 bedroom. Nothing to complain about!

Property was quieter than surrounding properties and worked out great. We were 2 adults and three teenagers.

The property was everything plus more we expected. Cherie was so nice to work with. We will definitely book the unit again and refer to our friends and family.

Amazing views form the lanai . Pools are Not overcrowded . Overall a Great Place to relax and enjoy!

Natural lighting in the unit is nice all day probably because it's on the 10th floor. Ocean view partially obstructed by other tower but sunset still visible from lanai. Unobstructed sunrise visible from bedrooms. Easy access to beach, walking path along beach, Aulani for Dole Whip and shave ice. 15 minute walk to shopping center with restaurants, ice cream, convenience store, and other shops. Good place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu/Waikiki area. Would definitely stay here again.

We so love Ko Olina and the Beach Villa we stayed in. The views from the penthouse was amazing. It was comfortable spacious and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Cherie was an amazing host. Communication before during and after was exceptional. When we come back we definitely would love to stay here again. Mahalo!

beautiful property with fabulous beach.

Our family had a great experience in this condo! It was clean and well stocked. Tons of beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys. There are two child-sized life jackets as well. Cherie was excellent to work with. Very attentive and thorough! Would highly recommend staying here.

This was a great place to start our vacation. The beach was beautiful, so convenient to just go downstairs & be at the water. We did some snorkeling and lots of floating in the clear water. We enjoyed the pool at night after dinner until it was time to get out at 9. The condo was great for family of 7, the lanai was everyone's favorite place with it's amazing view. We walked to nearby restaurants, coffee shop & ice cream.

The property was beautiful! The location was perfect! The property manager was great! She responded to every communication immediately! Cherie even helped us with the luggage situation once we had arrived to Ohahi. She arranged for us The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The living room was adequate and the patio made the living space comfortable for the 8 people staying there. The bathrooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The only suggestions I have is to update all of the TVs and exchange the compact stackable washer/dryer with a larger stackable washer/dryer.

We have stayed at Ko'Olina Beach Villas 4-5 times now and we love the location. Cheri was amazing to work with and we will be back for sure next year.

Hi Cherie, Thank you so much for the excellent hospitality! We had such a wonderful time and the accommodations were A++. Gorgeous, comfortable, clean, full stocked with kitchen necessities and fun gear for the beach, and an amazing view to top it all off. The beds were comfortable, the condo is very clean, the property is beautiful and well maintained. We loved our vacation. Thank you for everything! We would definitely rent this condo again.

The place was great, everything I excepted, the people was most helpful. I couldn't asked for anything better. It was a blessing to be there.

The condo had an amazing view! Full sunset view as the pictures show. The condo had a ton of room and the elevators were great. Never had to wait for one. Beach items were very handy to have and the beach towels were super handy. The Ko Olina market was very close. You could walk there in 10 mins. A lot of great food options there and the Island Market food counter was actually very good. Grounds were immaculate! Very clean and the koi pond and pools are wonderful. Beach was amazing! Only one day out of 10 where the surf was a bit rough for kids. Lots of fish can be seen in the lagoon. We would stay here again! Cherie was very responsive with any questions we had. The building staff were very friendly and were always giving out great suggestions. One recommended a beach tucked away on the other side of the four seasons to see turtles. It was a great find.

We loved our stay here! The condo is well stocked for meals at home, As well as plenty of things to choose from to take to the beach. Beach chairs, beach mats, things for small children, snorkel masks and flippers. Seriously, a wonderful place to stay. The condo is very comfortable, and the view is fantastic! Cherie was very accommodating and helpful. She even brought us a new boogie board when she noticed that the one at the condo was broken. We would definitely recommend this place!

Our condo was amazing! Very well equipped and perfectly located to other properties. Never been a fan of Oahu, but loved Ko’Olina. Our property manager, Cheri was wonderful she even mailed me back clothes I left in a drawer. Amazing service!

Large 3b 2.5ba ocean view condo w gorgeous view, landscaped grounds and pools. Perfect for family vacation. 5min walk to calm water beach great for little kids. Responsive management. Thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Love the peace and quiet relative to downtown honolulu and waikiki. Well equipped kitchen. Tip: walk along shoreline to four seasons resort for great dining options. Love the bar and awesome seafood meals at mina fishhouse.

Great place

This unit is amazing with top of the line decor and furniture. Cherie (host) is an amazing communicator and made the trip smooth from the time we booked it. She arrived in the lobby at check-in to help us get our 15 passenger van situated in the parking lot, to helping us with our luggage. This was wedding week for our family and we hosted gatherings at the owners club patio which was an added bonus to this property. The beds were very comfortable and Cherie even was able to accommodate us with an extra roll away bed. Views of the oceans are very nice from the balcony in the living room. The unit had beach lounge chairs, ice cooler and umbrellas for the guest to use. (An added plus we didn't know about). Kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, wine refrig. and much more. The 2 pools and area are kept very clean. We used the worked out room frequently as well. There were lot's of kids on the property however we never felt overwhelmed by them. If you looking to stay out of the way of Waikiki this is a great option and parking is free. Also there is a Tiki Bar with wonderful daily specials. I think the bar tender was sad to see our group leave. All in all we had a fabulous time, even though it pored rain for 3 days, but stopped just in time for my daughters wedding at Lanikuhana. We will definitely be back in the years to come.

The Ko’ Olina Beach Villas are a little slice of heaven! Ocean Tower 1005 was phenomenal! The view can’t be beat, the villa layout and amenities are just as they were described and better. Everything from the booking, to the check in, check out, and communication from Cherie was seamless. Our family had a fantastic time and did not want to leave. We are already talking about a return visit.
