The property was exactly as posted, very spacious, very clean, great location if you’re not looking to be where all the action is. The view from my downstairs bedroom was amazing, you get to see the sunrise and the sunset everyday and when you go up to the second floor there were 2 more beautiful bedrooms both with balconies with an amazing view of the ocean the only thing I would suggest is they add a small bistro table and chairs to the smaller balcony so that you can sit out and enjoy the view. The bigger balcony had furniture which was very nice for picture taking and just relaxing. I never made it to the 3rd floor but my friends told me that everything in the 2 rooms up there was just as amazing. I could go on and on about this amazing villa and would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay. The host was easily accessible via messenger and the person he had to oversee his property (Ton) was just wonderful he was there on time to let us in, helped with getting our luggage into the villa, very friendly provided his contact information in case we needed any help with anything. Thank you so much Ton you are amazing! If you are ever in Aruba this villa is the place to stay, no doubt plus he has transportation available for rental which you will need in order to get around the island or you can taxi but for us it more cost effective to rent the van from the host. Overall this has been my best stay ever.

We enjoyed our time there. Edward was very responsive and the airport was only 16mins away. There is a restaurant about a 5 minute walk. There are some grocery stores and gas station about a 1/4 mile away. The van came in handy for our party of 10. Only 25mins from all the tourists destinations. Loved each room had its own bathroom.

Booked all 3 properties for a group trip for my BIRTHDAY and everything was simply perfect once again. The villas are in immaculate condition with beautiful 3D flooring, oceanfront pools with a beautiful sunset view over the ocean, linens, comfortable bedding, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, and a very nice front courtyard with grill and seating to entertain. The villas are in a perfect location with restaurants and grocery nearby. Edward also took care of my group transportation at an excellent price . We had an issue with an a/c and Edward handled it right away. He was always available and responded quickly. I am a repeat customer and love these properties. I will definitely be back again and again! This is like my 2nd home! There's no other place in Aruba I'd stay. Edward's properties are top tier. I appreciate such an attentive and responsive host. Can't wait to return!

Villa Fillipe was everything we could have wanted and more! The villa is spacious, beautiful, clean, and in the perfection location if you want some peace and quiet from the busier part of the island. We rented a car and all the attractions and restaurants were a quick drive away. We also looked forward to watching the sunset from the beach every night after a day of exploring the island. Edward and the property manager were so kind, responded quickly to all our messages and made sure we had a great trip. This villa was certainly one of the highlights of our first time to the island!

The house was beautiful, the view was incredible! We were able to snorkel 15 ft from the house and there was lots of sea life. The house is a bit off the beaten path but the experience was well worth it. There were a couple of glitches but Edward, Antonius and Chantal we're very quick to fix everything. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

This property is a beauty inside and out. The on-line photos are exact. No creative photo shots. The photos are right on. Beautiful bedrooms. Awesome ocean views with sunsets. Each family member had a wonderful time. A pool maintenance man came several times in the week to clean and maintain the pool. We didn't have a need to call the property manager because everything was perfect. Well maintained and well stocked property. Everyone was impressed - even the teenagers!!

Edward and Chantal were lovely The place is between 2 public beaches and people walked past our patio and hone all the time, the people across the street threw parties until the morning hours Albeit pretty I would not stay there again they have other properties I like Eagle beach area better

This cabin was spectacular and in a great location and very clean. The host was amazing and very responsive. We went for my husband’s birthday. She left him a nice little birthday note and a bottle of chilled sparkling cider for us. I definitely would stay there again without hesitation.

This property was spectacular! The view and sunsets amazing! Beautiful villa with everything you need! Two swimming docks on either side of the property and a private beach to relax on! Quick responses to questions and needs. Renting the van was perfect! No waiting in line. It was new and clean! There were 7 adults and we had plenty of room. Rent this villa,you will not regret it!

We reserved 2 houses and the pictures listed was spot on. I picked this home because of its location and dolphin decor & I was very pleased. Staying on a private beach made it even better. George the property manager was very attentive and available. His hospitality was phenomenal. George took us on a tour of the island. Edward helped me find my caterer & entertainment for my 50th beach party. It turned out great! All of my guests enjoyed themselves from start to finish. We weren't ready to leave. The property was very clean. I will definitely be back.

I loved the view. The location was not far from the airport or downtown. Loved the seclusion and privacy. I was on a girls trip with 7 others and the Service and amenities were great.

He was very attentive and provided excellent 5 star customer service! He went above and beyond for us. We are already looking forward to and planning our next stay!

The experience we had was excellent! Edward and the staff were very responsive to questions. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the Sunset views were beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Where to start! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. I came down with a group of girls for a bachelorette so there were a few moving parts in terms of organization. Communication with Edward prior to our arrival was always quick and efficient. He really made me feel at ease planning this trip and providing helpful tips of where to eat, location, and any questions I had about the place. The location was absolutely perfect - south of the airport and away from the major touristy spots. Sunsets from the pier and small beach in front were absolutely stunning. A few minute walk to Zeerover which was an incredible dining experience on the water. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot to host our group. Last but not least was George who was the property manager and the ABSOLUTE BEST. George went above and beyond in every way possible. We arrived earlier than anticipated, but he was there to let us in and give us a tour of the house. When I let him know that it was someone's birthday, he was able to help get a cake for the group. Always quick to response if we had any questions and helped facilitate rides and helped us with food suggestions for local take out when we got there as well since we were too tired to coordinate a big sit down dinner. Can't recommend him and this place enough!

Wonderful place and very clean! The beach and pool were awesome! Had a hard time leaving!!!! Truly paradise!

The pictures does not do this property any justice. The view is completely breathtaking and awe inspiring. It is literally like living in paradise. The size of the rooms and bathrooms are great. You can fit a family of 4 on the beds in each of the rooms. There is a lot of storage space in the rooms & in the bathroom. Everything about this property was just amazing. We did have issues with the power going out on the third floor 2-3 days in a row which was the only negative about the stay. & unfortunately there wasn’t really a way for them to fix the problem but somehow managed to figure out how to balance the energy in the house so that the power wouldn’t go out on the 3rd floor while people were sleeping. As you know heat rises, so the people on the 3rd floor were hot until the problem resolved it’s set I guess. The electrician told us it was because people were also staying the the other two houses and the power breaker was maxed out to the fullest and there was nothing they could do. But regardless of that, everything is was completely amazing. George, the property manager, was literally a God send. He helped us with everything and was always a text away. He always quickly responded. George made our stay so easy and enjoyable. He helped us with making reservations every single night and even went out his way to make sure that we all ate. We were also offered a van (it was 6 of us that stayed) for a great amount compared to renting a car from the rental places out there. I could go on and on and on about how amazing George was and how amazing the view and stay was but I’ll stop here. BOOK THIS HOUSE because you cannot get this view from a hotel or resort.

We loved it! George was so helpful with all our needs. The house was cool and close to Baby Beach and 10 minutes or so from the airport. The house offered us a van for a small charge and we were able to get cabs easily. Loved being 10 minutes from Noord but not actually being in the ‘busy’ city. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic! Edward is always quick to respond and George is phenomenal, he responds immediately each and every time! The villa was perfect for our group of 8, very clean, and great sunsets!!!! I recommend renting a vehicle from Edward/George - so much easier!

This is one of the best experience we all had so far from all our vacations. Property manager, George was the best person who help us with everything. He was so punctual on his timing. And anything we needed he was able to get us ASAP. George gets 11/10 ratings for all his services. We recommend to anyone who is going with big family or group of friends. Perfect location to stay.

This property was wonderful...perfectly located and the views were amazing and the chef was wonderful. The staff was very nice and friendly.

A group of 11 of us stayed at the property. The property owner, George, Thomas, and the cook Perina was great. The house was clean and the associates for the property were accommodating. What ever we needed Thom or George got for us...especially Tom who didn't mind getting us things withno problem. We used the chef who was great accommodated our requests. The food was awesome....I suggest to do a taco night because her Pico de was great.It's in close proximity to the airport, stores, and other places including a fresh seafood restaurant that is walking distance. The van rental came in handy as individuals in the group was able to explore the island. We will be coming back!

Everything was up to the expectations

Our family had a wonderful time in Aruba and part of that was due to our stay in Villa Fillipe. George , the property manager, took great care of us. The location of the house is perfect as it is away from the tourist areas. I would say that renting a car is a must in order to easily get around. We rented a car from the owner and it was well worth it.

Edward & George are outstanding!! Providing expert local guidance on any vacation need or question. These well appointed homes are AWAY from the maddening crowds of the hotel-resort district, right on the water w/ excellent snorkeling at your doorstep! and the SUNSETS!! Numerous excursions available for guided snorkeling... ATV tours, catamaran cruises etc. Aruba has SO MUCH to offer & the Villa Fillipe homes are a great base from which to to luxuriate.

These properties were absolutely perfect for the large group of guys to celebrate a birthday. The pictures do not do it justice. George was amazing and so very helpful with everything we needed from beginning to end. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

Very nice home away from home option. Really beautiful accommodations. George is a fabulous ’host’. Helps with anything you need to make your vacation be great. Really able to relax and have a vacation.

The house and view was gorgeous. The sunsets blew our minds. We had some problems with hot water and pressure and also had problems on second and third floor with a smell of sceptic. We contacted Edward (owner) and George (the property manager) and both tried their best to correct the problems. However we were without real hot water for at least three days and the smell never really completely went away. At times the smell was overwhelming. What was so excellent was the way Edward and George worked to try and correct our problems. My understanding is after we left they were going to tear some things apart and really deal with the problem, instead of quick fixes. We give a five star rating for service from both of them. We also hired Shirley the chef to cook two nights for us. She was so professional and cooked her heart out. We highly recommend hiring her for at least a few meals. She is an amazing cook. We truly enjoyed the views nightly. The bedrooms were very spacious and we loved the fact we could retreat to our rooms to watch whatever we wanted on our own tv which was a bonus after a day of sun and drinks. Overall we would recommend renting, especially if they get the sceptic and water situation fixed. We would go back but generally we tend to visit different locations yearly. Thank you George for being the sweetheart that you are and thank you Edward for trying your best to fix some of the problems we had.

We had a group of 5 couples, and we all had a great time, and would most definitely stay here again. Edward is the main email contact and always responded in a quick timely manner. George was our contact while on the island, he was great, easy to talk with and very helpful. They can provide a rental car if needed, we had a newer van that was a better rate than the rental car agencies. So glad we had the van to go shopping, exploring and visiting Aruban beaches (Baby Beach and Eagle were our favorites) There are 2 great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. ZeeRover has a walk up window to order food and reservations are needed for The Flying Fishbone, both are a must visit. George lined up massages on the back patio which was so relaxing. He also put us in contact with Chef Shirley, she was very easy to work with and so reasonably priced. We picked a menu, picked a time and she did the rest. I could go on and on about our stay, just know if you need a big roomy home this is it! The house is on a main street, but it was very quiet, we all felt comfortable and safe here. Remember the house has a private pool, great ocean views and great sunsets, we will go back. Thank you Edward Thank you George!
