Amazing location and everything was exactly as advertised! We had a great time and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. It has everything you could ever need on a trip to Lake Arrowhead!

Stayed here with my husband and three children. Beautiful clean home, property was just lovely. Spa was super clean and relaxing. Place is close to Arrowhead Village and Skypark. 10/10 would reserve again. :)

The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was clean and warm and in the most serene setting. The home was peaceful and the views and sounds of the creek and the woods were so peaceful. There were enough outdoor spaces for a different feel and view and the home was secluded and out of view of any neighbors. We were there for a work retreat, we were able to be creative and productive enough for time to have fun in town and on great hikes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful get away.

Went on a nice weekend getaway for the first time to lake arrowhead. The cabin was beautiful and well kept. It has great amenities like a jacuzzi and a washer drier and fire places. Very kid friendly and close to the village

We love getting away to Hillside Haven. The privacy is fantastic. My girls never want to leave. Have so much fun playing hide and seek with their dad in this 3 level home. The view of trees, birds and squirrels frolicking while sipping my coffee makes me a happy lady. Everything is clean and tidy and decor is perfect. Thx for another fun family getaway ❤️

It seems like we picked the perfect time to come up to Lake Arrowhead to stay at the cabin. We got a mix of beautiful mountain rains and a good amount of snow while we were at the cabin. The big windows were beautiful to enjoy views of snow, rain, and sunshine into the woods without another house in sight - a really special experience! We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and organized the space was for us to stay for 2 weeks. We had everything we needed to cook, clean, do laundry, etc. while we were there which made the entire stay really relaxing. Steve & Michelle were super responsive for anything we needed and we appreciated them handling things right away that needed to be done like a light that wasn’t working properly - we had electrician called immediately to get it fixed. I would also like to note that the beds were extremely comfortable and clean and loved the shower pressure! You never think about the little things but those definitely made the stay that much better. Thanks for a lovely stay and look forward to coming back to the mountains soon!

Great cabin with a beautiful view. We were looking for a quiet getaway to enjoy some family time and Hillside Haven was perfect for the five of us. It is clean, well stocked with pots & pans, towels and toiletries. We loved that it was immersed in the trees and made us feel secluded. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. Beautiful cabin for a small group or family. Wonderful kitchen. Nice secluded location. The cabin is very well taken care of. Tankless water heater was wonderful to have. Property owners are every responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be looking to stay again in the future. Drive to Arrowhead Village is quick and easy. Very happy with the stay.

We loved our stay at the hillside haven. When we come back to CA to visit we will definitely be staying here again. It was perfect for our week vacation with our little family.

The place was immaculate with delicate attention to detail such as the little bows tied onto the paper towels and bathroom tissue. We appreciated the cleanliness, from the floors to the utensils. The location toward the dead end provided serenity, peace, quiet, and beauty in the thick, mountainous forest. Also, it was less than a 10 minute drive in either direction for grocery and other stores. We observed vibrant Stellar Jay’s and playful squirrels with our morning coffee. The spa provided muscle relaxation in the evenings. We will return for the tranquility and recalibration. Many thanks to our hosts for their quick responses and generosity.

This place was a very nice choice for our 21 anniversary. It was secluded with a ton of trees. The stairs would be tough for grandma. The hot tub needed attention and wasn't functioning properly. We communicated quickly with the owners and handyman service was offered but we opted not to be disturbed during our stay. Overall we would return if that amenity is 100%.

Great house. Very clean. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and beds. Bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms were spotless. Owners provided a lot if valuable information about the house and area. Would definitely stay again.

We love the property and plan to come back again. Steve is very receptive and took care of an issue that occurred while we were there immediately. My family loves this place. Fantastic views from every floor and so much fun in the snow for our children. Hillside Haven is cozy and love the style.

My daughters (10 and 4) claimed the bottom family room, and they really enjoyed watching Netflix in front of the warm and glow fireplace. This meant that my husband and I could be reading on the top floor and not hear a peep! What a vacation! We found everything we needed to cook and bake in the kitchen, though we did bring our own French press for coffee. The beds were lovely and the hot tub was a highlight for the whole family. It would be nice to have a chest of drawers in the master bedroom, though. We spent a morning a the Heaps Peak Arboretum just up the road and an afternoon in Lake Arrowhead Village. We rented this property for the weekend to attend a wedding in the area. The property is fantastic. We would definitely stay again for future trips to the area.

This house was beautiful and comfortable! The owners were so easy to work with. It did get a bit hot inside as we came during the summertime, but we would love to come back in the winter to enjoy the heat available and also check out the snow during that time of year. It was a great summer lake trip for our family and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

We loved our stay. The location was quiet, nestled in the trees and felt very private. It was clean and cozy. We cooked dinner and had to get a little creative with some of the items we needed (for example no baking sheets). Would stay here again!

First let me start by saying the booking was well appointed !! you will only need to take food and firewood ( if needed) , the place is not only very clean but very updated and everything in great condition. You actually feel like you're " on vacation" with the privacy and natural surroundings.I would say that this home is a slice a heaven as Steve ( owner) and myself described. MY kids enjoyed every sq foot of this home including the hot tub …even on a 25 degree winter night!! Steve and Michelle are very knowledgeable of the surrounding area so if you need advice on a great place to eat or visit , just ask them . We felt very safe and welcomed and I would recommended this home to anyone who wants a place to stay that feels clean , safe and enchanting!!!! We're already talking about the next time we book with Steve and Michelle at this Arrowhead slice of heaven!!!Enjoy it with yours as we did and will continue to do!!!CHEERS!

Hillside haven was as described. Beautiful tri level cabin with outdoor jacuzzi and stream running behind the cabin. Great living area with large table for gathering for dinner and board games. Nice fireplace and big screen TV and bedrooms were comfortable. It was tidy and clean with all amenities.

My family of four took our first trip to the snow and it was incredible. The house was tucked away at the end of a road with stunning views of the mountain. The beds were comfortable, the upstairs living room was a great place to gather and the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day playing in the snow. I would strongly recommend this place for families. Plenty of space to spread out if you need some time aware from the kids and also a great space for group activities. I look forward to renting again next year. The host also checked in with us when the snow started to come down. The place is in great shape and i cannot recommend it enough.

Really had a nice stay. House is great and comfortable and cozy. Spa was a plus. Would stay again. Helpful tip- heating spa first time plan on 2 hours to get it to ideal temp.
