Another amazing siblings trip! The house has been painted inside and a beautiful new roof over the back patio. Very clean and the owners are great to work with. We have nothing negative to say about this home. We had a great time enjoying the yard. This house just feels like home. Until next year. We already can't wait. PS..you can walk every where. Lots of fun shopping and great food.

We enjoyed our stay despite there being a large hornets nest and ground hornets in both the front and back yards and were told several times that it would get taken care and it did not! A friend took care of it for us! We were trying to vacuum the carpet and the vacuum cleaner smelled like a wet dog and we had family coming to visit! The beds were comfortable and the neighbors very friendly and helpful! No bathroom upstairs was inconvenient especially with a 5 year old sleeping upstairs!

Everything was perfect from check in to check out! We had questions along the way and both Karl and Kurt were there to help us quickly and efficiently. The property is beautiful, stocked with everything we needed and very well-maintained! Communication was timely, professional and informative. This was our first VRBO experience and I couldn't have asked for a better one! Thank you!

The house was close to the Main Street and less than a mile from family. Very quiet neighborhood. Clean and had a well organized kitchen. Was very satisfied!

We had an enjoyable time in Bemus Point. It is a great location. December in Bemus Point is lovely and very peaceful. Our host was very responsive.

Seven days of pure enjoyment for my wife, myself and our favorite pet. Just the downstairs was more than sufficient. All the conveniences of home and a king size bed more comfortable than our own. Location was great. Able to move easily and swiftly in any direction to enjoy seeing relatives, old friends, parks and the fall leaves. Really nice friendly community with a next door neighbor who makes fantastic cookies. The Schwartz brothers (owners) are very friendly and always ready to provide for whatever are needs were. Looking forward to returning

Where do I start. We absolutely loved the house. Reminded of us of growing in PA. The house was spotless, very comfortable beds. Everything we needed they had. Great fire pit and side yard. The owners were very easy to deal with. We walked everywhere, great location. Really, I can't say enough about our stay. Already planning next year and spending more time there.!

Comfy house, good kitchen set up, plenty of seating, nice linen and quilts.

We were excited to getaway to Bemus Point with our family of 4 (2 older teens) and our dog. When we got there Friday night the lock box had no key to the house. The phone number on the listing was incorrect so I sent an email. Luckily the next door neighbor was home and had a phone number for the other owner who lives in town. He was there in 20 minutes with the key. Unfortunately that was the only key we had to the house which was a little inconvenient. He also told that one of the dogs on the other side was aggressive and we should call him with any problems. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and cool. The entire house was very clean. The master bath and kitchen could use some updating but everything worked fine. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants and shops within a close walk.

Excellent overall experience. Stayed here before and we will definitely stay again, easy access to all things on Chautauqua Lake.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home suited our family of 4 perfectly and was simple walking distance to everything. We would love to make this a yearly visit!

We loved being in walking distance of the lake and all the shops in Bemus. The house was quiet and comfortable. Loved the covered back porch.

Had a great time, everything we needed, plus we could accommodate our boat and take our dog. Everything is in walking distance to a great little town and shopping and restaurants!

This was our second time staying here. The home is very clean and comfortable. We feel at home right away. It has everything you need so you just need to bring your clothes and food/beverages.

The checkin process was easy and the house was very clean. They had all necessary household supplies stocked. The town’s emergency siren goes off intermittently and surprised us at first but did not impact our stay. One of the owners stopped by periodically to enter the garage and use the mower. He was polite and helpful.

We totally enjoyed this clean, well stocked home a few blocks from the lake. Of course, perfect weather helped too! Kitchen very functional with all necessary pots,pans,utensils. Beds were perfect firmness for us. Living room furniture a bit dated. Chairs were comfy,but couch could use an upgrade. Easy walk to great coffee at Wired. Easy walk to good food at Ellicottville Brewery Co.(EBC). Also great sunset views. And enjoyed some yummy ice cream across the street from EBC. Our favorite was enjoying the covered porch in the morning with coffee and then evening with Happy Hour and/or dinner. Also a gas grill right off the porch. We had a super time. Good communication with owners too.

This is a fine 3-bedroom house. Everything as advertised, and an appropriate value for the cost. We enjoyed the back porch, which was large enough to work on and had an outlet. Do note, there are two bedrooms upstairs under the eaves, but no bathroom. Fine for kids -- not great if you have an older couple in the group. Friendly neighbors. It's a dense area, so there is noise from surroundings, but nothing at night. Very short walk to stores and restaurants.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Easy access to all our needs. Very clean and owner is very approachable. The clincher for us is the fact we can bring our pet! Thanks for making our holiday perfect ! Karen R. Michigan

We will certainly book this next year as the owner / neighborhood was great. One of the owners / brother stopped by to make some repairs to the lawn mower and we had to make some repairs on an item and fully and graciously opened his garage / tools up for our use as needed. Great place !

Had a great time. The only thing was the neighbor with the two dogs, She was a very nice lady but let her dogs roam and we had to wait till she put them in the house before letting our dog out.

This place was the perfect place for a long weekend or extended stay. In walking distance of everything in the Village. Nice covered patio and enough space for 6 adults to stay comfortably. Also love that our dogs were allowed to stay as well.

The house was perfect for our family and dog for a long weekend at Bemus Point. The house itself was cozy yet had more than enough space, and was very clean. It was just around the corner from the town center, but quiet enough that it still felt like we were away from it all. Great area to walk the dog and walk to restaurants.
