Condo is arranged and equipped perfectly. Excellent sunset view from the balcony. Just a few steps to the pool and the beach. Very convenient indoor parking and nearby elevators. Within easy walking distance to food and shopping. Also the trolley stops directly out front. Just $1.10 fare for seniors.

This condo was the best! Close to shopping and restaurants, very comfortable and on the beach. Alex is awesome,to work with. We for sure will be back again and again!

If you're looking for a beach getaway, you can't do better. Having transportation is important, best restaurants are a little to far to walk.

This condo was right on the beach with the added benefit of a heating pool. We loved sitting in the living room and looking out at the water or using the balcony. The bed was firm but in good condition. Everything was wonderful and the communication we needed was amazing.

Me and my wife chose to stay that this great private condo. Perfect place to get away from the crowd and still enjoy the beach and area.

Our stay was everything we hoped, and more! The condo had the necessities and more. The view of the beach and ocean were as good as you can get. Accessibility to the ocean is also very good, with good food access within walking distance. Alex was extremely good to work with as well. We highly recommend this location without reservation. This is definitely where we will want to stay when we return.

The view from the balcony was incredible. I loved the semi private beach. It was fantastic to have everything that we needed to go down to the beach and spend the day. The actual condition and location matched the advertising and this is important to us. Unit is in very nice location, good safe and sound building, well appointed and near to shopping and restaurants, etc. Great Gulf front unit, nice pool, balcony, etc,

The condo was in a great location. There is a trolley service that makes traveling across the islands very easy and it is inexpensive.

Super Clean, Awesome Views, Great Bed, Owner provides everything you need for Perfect Beach Day ie umbrellas, beach chairs, beach bag, small cooler. Beach is never crowded. This is our return stay it was so easy…even had a few Manatees swim by us in the water!!! Owner responds quickly….

The condo was not only clean but had everything we could have needed. We enjoyed the pool, sunsets, the beach and even the pool table on the day it rained. Loved the location. Had a really great stay!

This is a wonderful condo property in a secure high-rise right on the gulf side of Florida. It is on Sand Key and away from the noise and the crowds on clearwater beach. The semi-private beach is gorgeous white sand, very clean, groomed and lightly inhabited. The condo has one king sized bed, sleeper sofa and two bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and condiments and dried herbs for cooking at home. The balcony faces the ocean and is roomy with a Table and chairs for two and recliner chairs for two. The best feature is eating on the balcony watching the ocean and toasting the sunsets on the balcony. Alex is a wonderful host. He is easy to contact and very responsive. We hope to come back again.

We truly enjoyed our time at this condo. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views out the balcony were just beautiful. The owner provided good communication from start to finish.

The property owner has left a great deal of info on the unit the building and the area. Well stocked kitchen and a good start to the vacation with basic supplies. Unit was perfect for a couple, good internet. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this condo at Crescent Beach Club in Sand Key! We went for an anniversary trip and found the condo spacious for two, very clean, comfortable king bed and it had all of the amenities we needed for our week long stay. Best of all, the view was amazing! Sand Key was a great location. It’s a short drive to Clearwater where all of the activities are. Sand Key is a much quieter piece of beach for relaxation. Our host, Alex, was very helpful and we had an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to visit again!

Everything is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony every night. Downtown Clearwater was a pain with no parking but there is more to see elsewhere. Great place to unwind and relax.

This property is everything it claims to be. It’s just perfect. Every single night was a spectacular sunset from our own balcony. The place was so clean and the bed was amazing, which is something we always worry about when staying away from home. The place was stocked with everything we needed except for food of course. The beach was private and not very busy at all. Good workout room and tennis on site. Thank you Alex and Milinia.

Condo on the beach, very clean, beautiful sunsets and close to everything you could want for a stay at the beach. Owners very responsive and great to work with.

The condo was as advertised, with a nice view of the beach and a well equipped kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable, and the wifi fast enough (60 Mbit/sec). A strip mall a short walk away has several good restaurants (Columbia, Maggie Mae, a pizza place, etc.) all of which offer seating by the water facing east. We had breakfast at Maggie's at sunrise on 4 occasions, and had dolphins swim past on two of them. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and we hope to be back.

Great beach condo on a quiet part of the beach but with easy access to Clearwater and other areas. The kitchen and other areas had everything we needed for a very comfortable long stay. Views from the balcony are world-class, especially at sunset. Already planning how to get back here again next year!

We had a great time! Condo right on the beach, so relaxing and the had everything you could need, beach chairs, umbrella. Kitchen is well stocked. Lounges on the patio were the best. We will be back !

Could not have been better. The attention to detail was like being in a 5 star hotel. Very comfortable bed, kitchen equipped with anything you could possibly need and in excellent condition, AC that worked perfectly, TV with all stations, beach chairs, 2 showers with good water pressure. The place is spotlessly clean, covered parking. Alex and Milana are the best hosts! We can't wait to come back!
