1) Managers and staff are arrogant and rude. If you are with children you are not welcome. 2) The mosquitoes ate us 3) Beach is very small. All the guests are bumped into each other on the beach. The hotel has over 600 rooms and only 16 umbrellas on the beach. We got up at 07:00 and the umbrellas were already taken. There are umbrellas on the beach in some enclosed places, which can only be used if you pay an extra $60 per day. If you are with children you can pass through this small beach but only one small part of it.

Der Shop in der Lobby, der anscheinend nicht vom Hilton, sondern von einem Mieter betrieben wird, ist absolut zu meiden! 1. Hat er unverschähmte Preise und die Qualität ist mies. Ich habe eine Tube Sekundenkleber gekauft, hierfür wollten Sie 5 Doller, der Hammer: Die Tube war eingetrocknent, Geld zurück keine Chance. 2 Beim Zahlen mit einer europöischen Kreditkarte, kamm die Frage in einheimischen Pesus oder in Doller. Ich nahm Doller. Was Sie mir nicht sagten, das Sie mir nun Euro gleich Doller abgezogen haben, also nochmal den Preis auf 5 Euro erhöht haben. KEIN Hinweis, keine Ansage nix. Ist erst aufgefallen, als ich auf die Rechnung geschaut habe. Da kam dann nur der dumme Spruch, dass ist hier so, dass machen wir immer so, Geld zurück keine Chance. TOTALE ABZOCKE, Ist dem HILTON in keinster weise würdig. Das HILTON wäre gut beraten, diese Verbrecher raus zu schmeißen. Deswegen habe ich, obwohl dass HILTON nach meiner Meinung eine glatte 10 in der Bewertung verdient hätte, es nur mit einer 9 Bewertet. Uwe und Familie aus Deutschland.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, big and green territory of the hotel, many sun beds, nice aqua area. Phenomenal seaside with turquoise water. Some restaurants offer good food quality (dinner service mainly)

Slow service, some staff doesn’t speak English witch results in mistakes, old buffet area, bad selection of food, strange dishes with questionable quality, awful kids corner(nuggets, french fries, cold pasta). Unfortunately, me and my family had food poisoning. With kids you can use just one swimming pool or pay for premium service. Also you should buy bottle of wine if you don’t want to wait so long in a queue for dinner, which is ridiculous on all-inclusive resort.
