Home was perfect for our family, the kids loved the beach

The property and house was big enough for all of us to have our own personal space but yet so many wonderful places for us all to be together as a family!

We love coming here. The house is great for a group of people - there's plenty of room both inside and outside to enjoy solitary time or group time. The house is located right on the water so the views are spectacular.

LeverB was a wonderful, quiet spot for a weekend getaway. Plenty of spaces to soak in the sun as well as get uncover from the rain. Really enjoyed fires on the beach but had to clean out a lot of debris from the fire pit prior to use. It worked well as extra wood though!

We had a wonderful time. The place had everything we needed, was in a great location, and had just the right rooms for the four brothers and their wives. We will return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The kids loved the foosball table and the adults enjoyed the beautiful view even while it was cool fall weather and we were mostly inside.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. Our group of 8 adult women had plenty of room to sleep, eat, chat, cook, and enjoy each other's company. Though it was late fall and too cold for water activities, we loved the view, sitting on the dock, and gathering around the firepit. I highly recommend this property for friends and family who love being together.

This was a great house for a group of friends to kick it in between training sessions...just the right level of relaxation in a home with a beautiful setting. We sat out on the deck, the sunroom, or the beach every night relaxing and talking into the wee hours. Just a great experience all-around...

House is exactly as advertised. It is an absolutely beautiful property located on the bay, amazing views, super clean. It was 10 ladies and plenty of room for all of us. If you are an equesterian its maybe 15-20 min from Fair Hill. It was a little chilly when our group was there but we enjoyed the views. would love to come back and enjoy the amazing ammenities outdoors.

My husband and our 4 adult children had a wonderful Fall weekend at this home!! Lots of space to spread out and a bedroom for each child! The beautiful views of the river and sunsets from the sun porch were great reminders of God's splendid creativity! We enjoyed roasting s'mores on the beach out the back door one evening! Cafe by the Bay has yummy breakfast sandwiches in Chesapeake City. Also lots of fun was renting bikes on the C and D recreation trail with miles along the water! Our long weekend started out with summer temps where the home was comfortably cooled and then by Monday we were able to enjoy the fireplace, so cozy! Maybe it would be good to message the owner just to check on what towels will be provided before your stay as you may need more .(Provided for us were 9 bath towels, 4 bath mats, 3 hand towels, 2 washcloths and nothing for the kitchen) We would love to go back and enjoy this beautiful property!

What a beautiful home! Clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished with a priceless view right on the Elk River. Our group of 6 friends had plenty of room inside and outside the house. Lots of deck chairs, retractable awning for shade, plenty of room in the living room and dining areas. The kitchen is modern and has every appliance you could think of: toaster, mixer, waffle iron, crock pot, etc. All of the appliances work well. The kitchen and bathrooms are very modern. The bedrooms are comfortable, though the bunk bed mattresses are probably more comfy for kids. Modern TVs throughout. Our host was easy to reach and we can't thank him enough for sharing his spectacular home. The location is convenient for side trips to Chesapeake City, many restaurants and other sites in the area. I was lucky enough to stay in the huge master bedroom. What a treat! We all thoroughly enjoyed the location and the quiet of the river. Note: Plenty of towels and toilet paper provided. Good selection of spices. Bring your own paper towels, plastic wrap and bags and dishwashing liquid (dishwasher pods provided). Garbage bags provided. Keurig coffeemaker can use the plastic cups but you can also make a pot of coffee.

The property was very nice and the river views were exceptional. We had plenty of space to be together and to be apart. We really enjoyed relaxing brought our kyacks and did some fishing. The family and I channeled our inner Otis Redding and really enjoyed sitting by the dock of the bay watching the tides. Do need to update the main picture to reflect the different seating arrangement on the deck.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. The deck, dock, and beach were well used by our group. We were lucky that the neighbors were not around during our long weekend stay as that may have affected our relaxing private water retreat! The home itself was very comfortable! Well appointed kitchen with most all you’ll need to cook. (I do suggest bringing your own bath/hand towels and washcloths, if you use. Only 1 bath towel per person & 1 hand towel per bathroom were provided.)

Everyone from young kids to grandparents had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed kayaking (rented and delivered), swimming, beautiful sunsets and family games of table shuffleboard. We would definitely rent again!

This house had the most amazing sunset views and we very much enjoyed them from the many sitting areas around the outside of the house, especially from the dock. The house was very nice and spacious. It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Elkton was a new area for our family and we found the location very convenient to many stores, restaurants, and attractions. Jeffrey was very helpful and responsive as a host. We would highly recommend this vacation home!

Property is awesome. Beautifully decorated and stocked with all conveniences of home (and then some)!

We are 4 couples who travel to Maryland for a 3-4 night stay! This is a perfect house and the location is great! Our weather was great, much needed rain on Saturday but this allowed us to leave this wonderful spot and visit a local winery!! The layout of the house would work for families as there are 3 levels which allows space to separate if needed! Hoping to book again in the future!

The house and location were wonderful! Very private, lots of space, fully stocked kitchen for lots of cooking and grilling for many people. Would definitely plan to stay again. It helped that the weather was spectacular as well!

The home was so lovely! It was the perfect place for our family Thanksgiving! The 7 of us had plenty of room to spread out. The views are gorgeous! We played games, cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and crashed on the sofas after. Loved it!

As a group of 4 couples, we spent part of a week at this beautiful home. We had gorgeous weather for mid-November and were able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor amenities - beautiful dock and decks. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The house is tastefully decorated and had plenty of space for us to have time apart as well as together.

We've been vacationing at this house every year for several years now, and couldn't be happier with our choice. This house is so well positioned near the river but close enough to town, and so well appointed it feels luxurious. The owners are very easy to work with as well. We'll be back for sure!
