This home was spacious and perfect for my group of 14. The floors were heated so it was cozy even when it was cold outside. This home provided with many spices and cookware as well as enough towels so we could use the hot tub. Definitely would book this place again.

We stayed in the home with our 3 grown children and their families. We all loved the home and lived on the back deck! Absolutely beautiful views. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking your own meals. There were lots of games, ping pong, pool, hot tub, even a video arcade for the young and old alike. We were close enough to enjoy the town but we loved the quiet of being out a bit. The house was spotless and comfortable. We all said that we would love to Come back again!

We loved the house! It was beautiful. We liked being able open the sliding doors to the deck, though we had a chipmunk friend come inside for a evening. We did manage to get him back outside. We were able to enjoy the deck fire pit one evening as it rained the rest of our stay. The throw blankets and the good chewy ice in the downstairs bar area were our favorites . We had plenty of room to be together and yet each family was able to have their own space, too. We would definitely stay again.

The home was far more than we expected right down to the fresh flowers that were greating us upon our arrival. We cooked all our meals in the well stocked kitchen and had plenty of room for us to all eat together. It was amazing! Just had a couple things that wish would have been disclosed. The ice maker in the refrigerator in the kitchen did not work & no light in the refrigerator. The fireplace on the upper deck did not work & thats where we spent all our time in the evenings. We made due with the fire pit but would have been really nice to have the fireplace too with our large group. We made a service call on a plumbing issue and the service guy came didnt have the correct tool, said he'd be right back but never returned. None of this stopped us from having a fabulous time. We would come back in a heart beat and highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing your home!

The house was beautiful. The views were extraordinary everything about this house location View was a 10+ I would stay there again in a heartbeat they have everything you need to have fun with the kids, small and big. The pictures of the house are right on. I don’t know how you could do any better

Great property - loved the house. We were overhwhelmed at how nice the house was and how well it was stocked. Certainly one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. Views off the back deck were spectacular. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the Breck/Frisco area.

We absoluteeeely loved our stay here. We had communication leading up to our trip, during our trip and after. Checking in and checking out was clear and concise which was beyond helpful. Also, checking out was a breeze! No crazy cleaning instructions or taking bedding off, etc which was helpful getting out the door. This house was beautiful. Honestly, I wish we could have spent more time there than we did. It’s decorated beautifully, well kept and super clean. We had a group of 10 girls and there was plenty of space in the living room for us to hang out and relax and love the long dinging room table for group meals. The house is a quick drive to town but if you are choosing to have some drinks the HOA transportation option was such a bonus! One thing to note, there is a master bedroom on the first floor and there are blinds but not on the top windows so it did get a little bright early in the morning so early birds should take that room :) Other than that, everyone slept wonderfully and all the beds were very comfortable! Looking forward to booking again during the summer time and enjoy the big outside deck and hot tub We will definitely be back and looking forward to our next stay.

Could not recommend enough, beautiful house with fantastic views. Plenty of space for everyone in our party and just a short drive away from the mountain.

The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals every night, the hot tub was great, and the views off the back porch are so beautiful! The shuttle was pretty wonderful also. There were a lot of caveats with the shuttle, but once we learned the times and locations they could drop off and pick up, we were good. Definitely try to make shuttle reservations a day or two in advance. Book this place - you won't be disappointed. :)

The property is amazing. The views are spectacular. Little things not being done on maintenance was the difference between a great experience and only a good experience. Could not use the amazing deck, fireplace or fire pit……disappointing!!!! Stil a good overall experience!!!

We enjoyed this property so much. We are three families w college age kids. Tons of room for everyone. Well appointed kitchen (we made our thanksgiving dinner!) and management was easy to reach & respond. This is a gem!!

We spent 3 days at this awesome property and The pictures do not do the house justice. Everything was very clean, large, and spacious. The house had plenty for us to do from an activity standpoint, to the point that we really didn’t spend much time going anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend.

We recently visited with a family group of 10 and ages ranging from 3 to 80. The entry and main floor master bedroom were perfect for my parents and not needing to navigate any stairs. All other bedrooms were also perfect for other guests. The house is well appointed, clean, and PLENTY of room for all to enjoy. The pictures don't do the property justice, and a nice surprise was the new floor to ceiling 6 window slider opening up to a brand new deck off the main floor! The deck was HUGE and overlooking beautiful scenery of the valley and mountains. Very quiet and serene. Again, the pictures don't do it justice. The property is very close to town and everything Breckenridge has to offer. We can't wait to stay again. Thank you for everything!

This house is amazing and housed 11 of us comfortably. Property managers are very responsive. Shuttle is a great feature. Can’t beat this property if you’re looking to hang with your group after skiing and not worry about driving around or making dinner reservations!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home for our family of 11 for our trip to Breckenridge. VERY short ride into a very much busy downtown Breck these days! HOA has a great agreement with a local shuttle company for easy access to the mountain or town. Great space in all of the rooms and entertainment areas with games and billiards in the lower level. Huge kitchen with a great tiered island and prep sink. We spent a lot of time here. And a hot tub after a day on the slopes is awesome! The ONLY thing I'd ask of the PM would be to clean the front porch. It's a beautiful space with seating, outdoor fireplace and grill that we couldn't use on a couple of nice afternoons and evenings. HIGHLY recommended and a value for the investment into a vacation to Breck! We'll be back! Thanks!

We are a blended family and this was the first time that all 15 were in the same place at the same time! The house is beautiful with all the amenities we needed. There was a ton of snow, and being from Texas it was hard to get out of the driveway. We had to pay someone to plow the driveway. The property management company told us we had to call a tow truck but we found someone to help for only $20 (he wouldn’t take the $100 we offered). Other than that, we loved it!! Beautifully decorated house, lots of cooking utensils, etc, great space for everyone to spread out. We literally have no negative feedback. Would have just preferred some help options with the 12” of snow dumped the night we got there. We would love to come visit again!!!

Family stayed here for a week. GREAT location in between Lake Dillon-Frisco- Breckinridge- our favorite places. Home was perfect for our group. It was inviting and comfortable- lots of space to hang together or get away by ourselves. Kitchen was stocked well with high end appliances, dishes and glasses. Hot tub was awesome during the cool nights. Rental property took care of a maintenance issue in a timely manner. Trail right out back of the house was handy leads to wooded trails. Would love to come back
