This condo was perfect for our spring break vacation! It has a wonderful view of the beach with a nice size balcony. Convinent for all pools and beach access. Pool has a restaurant that allows you to stay there for the day, no need to leave for a lunch break. Richard keeps the condo neat and clean and it is stocked of all the kitchen accessories you will need to cook. Would recommend to anyone and hope to book again for the summer.

We had an amazing and relaxing week. The balcony was huge and the views were perfect. We all had plenty of room to relax. Waterscape is a great family oriented place to stay and really geared to those with younger kids. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the beach was my favorite!! The location of the building is a close drive to everything. The bottom floor of the garage has carts to help with loading all your stuff to your door. A few of the beach toys in the closet were broken, but we didn’t have a need for them and it did not deter us from enjoying our stay and anyone can get a good bucket of sand toys anywhere at the local stores. If you have a Sam’s club membership I highly recommend future renters to stop and grab their big beach towels for $11. It worked perfect for us and they are really nice. The condo was equipped with toilet paper, laundry pods and paper towels for a couple days so all you really need that first couple of days is your food. The condo was light and bright and the chair in the living room is so comfy!! Richard was great with communication and easy to email, call or text. Our family had such a great time in the perfect location and we cannot wait to come back to B202.

This was a great place that exceeded my expectations. Reminded me of when I used to go on vacation as a kid, except the pools were way better. Loved the zero entry pools and the heated pool.

We all had our own beautiful spaces, the property was so fun and the view was stunning! We will be back.

The location of this particular condo was perfect and it’s not far from the pool areas or the beach. You can see the ocean and people watch from your balcony. If you need anything the owner and/or his housekeeper respond rather quickly! This condo also had a box fan if you wanted to use it in the master bedroom. We sleep with one on at home so this made the sleep even better. The bunks have comfortable mattresses and are thick, not like the cheap flimsy ones on most bunks in other condos we’ve stayed at. We had a great time on this property!!!!

We had been to the waterscape before and decided to invite the in-laws so we needed more room. This was closer to the beach and we were excited. Richard's communication was timely and thorough so we knew exactly what to expect. We arrived a little early and were able to get bracelets for the pool so the kids could swim. The condo was clean and very well kept. We had a wonderful week in a great location. Thank you!!

This condo is very nice. Soooo roomy. 3 bedrooms, bunk beds and 3 bathrooms. I will say it is a bit utilitarian for this community. No small individual shampoos. No blow dryer! 2 laundry pods? The decorating is nice and sturdy. The position of the condo is awesome with great views of the ocean. The patio is so very roomy. Sadly the cleanliness is lacking. VERY worn carpet and stained. Trash behind lamps.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Waterscape. The condo was great for my whole family including 7 adults and 2 young children. Richard, the owner, was very responsive to all our questions. The view was awesome. And looking towards the pier we even saw dolphins in the distance while on the balcony.

Dont let the pictures fool you, this place is bigger than it looks! Very spacious for our family of four plus the grandparents. Richard was very prompt with communication. Nice beach view as well.

great location fun time

Fantastic location in proximity to beach and pools with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the balcony! Perfect for any family to stay! We especially enjoyed the use of the multiple Weber grills on property as we did 99% of our meals at the condo. Highly recommend-- we will be back for sure!!!

we loved our stay here, loved waking up and walking out to the balcony to hear the ocean, more then enough to enjoy on property between the pools and beache we never had to go anywhere

I would highly recommend this property. Very spacious and the 3 BR plus the bunk bed nook are a plus. Richard was easy to communicate with. The location is great in the complex. We traveled at an off peak time but still an enjoyable vacation! The heated pool was very nice and two Jacuzzi tubs on premises were great. We even utilized one of the gas grill setups (all weber high quality) to cook our own lunch poolside. Lot to do with the kids. Fun family vacation.

This location was perfect for a family-oriented getaway. Beautiful, roomy condominium only steps from the pool and a stones throw from the beach!

Our group had a blast for our week at Waterscape!...Richard was available whenever we needed to reach him...He made sure the issues that came up early in our stay were addressed and handled accordingly...Overall nice condo and we loved having the extra bedroom and the large laundry room...We look forward to coming back again next year!...

We had a beautiful view of ocean as well as the lawn and palm trees on site. Overall condo was very nice beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied (one large pan had teflon chipped off needs to be thrown away.) Very quiet during our stay in February so enjoyed that.

We spent the holiday here with our grown children and their families. We could not have asked for a better location and property. Correspondence with booking clear through checking out was very simple and pleasant. The only thing we would have changed for the week was the weather...but none of us have any control over Mother Nature. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

Unit B202 was a great unit. View of pool and gulf fantastic! Unit is in need of a little TLC but the owners had just purchased the unit and are working on it. My family had a great time and the unit is close to both pool and gulf which made my 82 yr old mom very happy. She said it was the best vacation ever. We will be going back to this unit. This is our 5th year at Waterscape, but this year, we brought my mom along with us, so we needed an additional bedroom. I wasn’t too sure about the view being partial pool view/partial ocean view, but honestly, it may be the best place we’ve stayed, thus far. I loved being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings, and the view of the ocean was so wonderful. It was also so convenient to have a view of the lazy river and be able to watch the kids playing, while I was in the room with the sleeping baby. The owner was very responsive, as we contacted him several times the day we arrived, and he worked with us to get our bracelets early, so we could enjoy the pool and other ammentites while we waited for our room to be ready (we like to drive through the night with the kids, which means we usually arrive in the morning on the day of check-in). The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. This is a great place to stay, especially with little kids. Hopefully, we will be back again next year 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. The condo has everything you need to enjoy the week. The only thing I could suggest and it is a small thing is I would like some larger pans for cooking since it is a large condo. An electric skillet would be great. It was lovely though so no complaints.

We loved this condo! The owner was easy to work with, and easy to get in touch with. I liked the location of the condo. On the second floor, it was close to the elevator and the stairs. The pool area and the location to the pool area was convenient. I was excited that this condo had two bedrooms with access to the large balcony, but was disappointed that one of them did not have an attached bathroom. The bathroom wasn't really close either. That was my fault for not paying attention to the layout when booking. All in all, I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great condo with great location to pools and beach! A lot of maintenance going on in hallways and corridors shutting down various elevators throughout our stay but I don’t expect that will be ongoing so I still give this 5 stars and hope to come back and stay again
