Property was as described, perfect location.

I've spent a lot of time in Aspen and this is a great condo for any traveler. Whether you are looking to hit the slopes or just enjoy the town. Everything is easily accessible and the condo is so comfortable and cozy that you will be well rested and very relaxed to do it all!

Good spot at base of mountain. Short walk (2-3 blocks) with skis to gondola or town.

Nice small unit very well located. Hot tub and pool just outside the door! Owner very responsive. Nice complex.

This property is centrally located and everything in Aspen is very accessible. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Other than the notes below, the unit had everything you needed for either a long-weekend or week stay. Some things to note for potential renters: 1. It would be very, very cramped with four people. The second bedroom is very, very small, and more suited as a ski gear staging area. 2. The TV's, though having a substantial amount of channels, are relatively small (if you do plan on staying in the room to relax for an afternoon, etc.). 3. The shower is relatively small. Ensure the shower head is facing toward the corner so water does not escape under the shower door. 4. Although not listed, there is an iron in the washer/dryer closet; albeit, we were unable to locate an ironing board. Consider bringing a hand held steamer. In consideration of the above, the unit is reasonably priced and will meet all your needs. Lastly, the hot tub is right outside of the unit which was greatly appreciated after four days of first to last chair!

This a charming, cozy well stocked condo. Communication with Susan was also great! Large master bedroom with comfortable bed and plenty of space and having 2 bathrooms and an extra twin bedroom was a great plus for 2 women friends. Loved the location, only a short walk to the Gondola and downtown Aspen. The only thing I wish I had known is that there is nowhere to store your luggage when you check out at 10am and can't fly out till 3Pm. I would stay there again.! Thanks for a lovely stay!

It is a terrace level with not much to view from the windows but back door to the pool and hot tub was nice. Two full baths and one large and one small bedroom and plenty of shelves and storage made comfortable for family of four. Not luxury but very functional. I would go back.

Great location in Aspen.

We were very pleased with our choice. It was just like Goldilocks, not too big, not too small, just right with a perfect location for us to logistically get around by walking to where we needed to be for various events associated with a wedding. We would not hesitate booking again and highly recommend.

Perfect location for us, as many wedding weekend events were at the St Regis, just half a block away. Two baths were great, one was used by hubby & son, and the other by me; very nice when prepping for a formal wedding! While we could hear people at the pool with the windows open, the bath fan made a great ‘sound machine’ to override voices if anyone was napping in primary bedroom. Otherwise we never heard other residents. Susan called immediately when the area around the condo (250+ addresses) unexpectedly lost power Sunday night; the condo was stocked with a lantern (w/fresh batteries!), candles, & matches, so it was a minor inconvenience.(Power came back on a two hours later.) Lovely condo, we enjoyed the amenities, would stay here again! Thanks, Susan!

Our favorite Aspen Vrbo spot. Everything fully stocked (wondeful kitchen) , comfy large master bedroom, always clean, close to gondola, Ruby Park bus terminal, downtown Aspen. quiet. My husband and I stayed a week, wish it could have been longer! Susan, is a wonderful owner on top of everything an very accessible for questions.

Charming 1 bedroom, fully furnished, with an extra bonus small twin-bed bedroom as well as 2 baths. Convenient location to everything and a wonderful hostess that does everything she can so that you have a great experience. Hot tub is right outside through the back door.

Cozy spot, super close to Ajax gondola and lift 1A. Susan was nice and helpful - a good host. Perfect for a couple with a small baby. Would stay again; recommended.

Susan’s place is great. It is in a prime location steps from the gondola and Lift 1a. The kitchen is well stocked. The unit is comfortable. Hot tub is right outside of the backdoor. Susan and her maid are easy to communicate with.

This gem of a property is very homey, charming with all the amenities we needed (or didn't even expect to have), and 1 block from lifts, city center, and anything you want to walk to. Also a hot tub and pool? Our friends in luxury hotels in the area were paying 3x more to only have half of the space.Susan is very lovely and communicative, left us notes and instructions on everything we needed around the place.I highly recommend this property and will definitely book it again when I am in Aspen.Best,Habib

Excellent location near Ruby Park bus terminal and Aspen Mountain. Condo is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need .Huge master bed room an a small bedroom for 1, 2 baths with excellent showers. Quiet. Susan is a wonderful hostess, available for any questions. A bottle of wine awaits you. Pool and hot tub steps from door. Check cabinets before you go for groceries, many essentials plus are there. Thanks Susan, my husband an I will be back next year.

Susan is a fantastic host with great communication. Her condo is located ground floor with front of street access, and her back door is steps to the condo's hot-tub and pool (heated in the winter). The condo is very clean and has everything you would need. You can hear occasionally from the livingroom some foot traffic above or going up stairs coming from neighbouring units, but bedrooms are the quietest rooms in the unit so the noise is not too disturbing. Overall, fantastic location and great host. Would rent from again.

We were very pleased with this property, The location couldn’t have been better! It was close to the slopes as well as the town. Everything was just a short walk! Susan was great to work with! Very prompt in answering/returning calls. She went out of her way to make surer we had everything we needed. Her condo was very cute and comfortable! I would stay here again!

I tried something a tad different this time while in Aspen and that was seek something within walking distance of the town and more private in terms of the "hotel experience". The location was amazing and so close to everything. I was pleasantly surprised - the ability to be able to do laundry was a treat! - will definitely consider this again.

Clean and the location could not have been better! Would definitely recommend this condo.

The condo. was perfect for my sister and I. We lived the view and that such a perfect location for the Aspen Food and Wine Classic.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week in Feb 2019. The condo was very clean and roomy. The location is great, we were able to walk to lifts, gondola, shops and restaurants, plus easy to reach from the airport. The hot tub and pool are just outside. One tip, if staying in winter and using pool/hot tub, suggest bringing flip flops or outdoor shoes, as some of the path was under snow. Highly recommend!

Had a great time in Aspen. Great location. Very close to gondola, Rubey Park, & town. Back door of condo opens to pool & hot tub. Condo is well furnished & equipped. We’ll stay here again.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Center of town was an easy 5 minute walk. Free shuttles to all mountains was 2 blocks away. Great trip.

Very convenient and comfortable

Nice cozy place with Hot Tub & Heated Pool just outside the back door is definately a plus. The bed mattresses were the hardest I believe I have every slept on.
