Property was not new, but it was very clean everything worked well. Quiet location, easy access to Tybee as well as Savannah.

Traveled with my in laws , our teen and toddler. The location was great. It was easy to get to the beach, pool. The living room and dinning room did not have enough space for everyone (6 of us) to sit comfortably together. Though the living room chairs were the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. Also the beds were very comfortable. The TV in the living room and master bedroom did not work right. That irritated some family members, but I did not mind the quiet. Kitchen was well equiped. Pool are was really nice.

We enjoyed our stay at our condo. The initial check in was a little confusing as the direction from the office told us to turn right and it should have been left. Also, there is no clear marking of the building letters. Our condo was clean but a little dated. Our one and only hair dryer did not work. Location was nice being away from the main downtown area. Beach was clean and never crowded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this again.

This is a very nice property, "beachily" furnished, directly on the water. The pictures are a little deceptive in that the water view is obstructed by greenery which could easily be trimmed back. The beach was very uncrowded. Neighboring tenants were nice. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Shower in master was very small but there was a nice jacuzzi tub there also. We had a great family get-away and would love to come again.

Loved watching the container ships travel past several times a day.

The only complaint we have was the master tv wasn’t a smart tv, and the master bed and pillows were not comfy at all. But other than that we had a great time at the beach and pool and of course Huckapoos!

Besides being only a few yards from the beach, the condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was very clean! Overall, the Tybee Vacation Rentals Company was outstanding and very helpful. I am very thankful for such a great rental company. The condo was a nice size with a nice view! I was happy to be able to see the sunsets. There was a nice breeze when the doors were open, and the sight was naturally peaceful towards the ocean and dunes. A palmtree welcomed the nice breezes as well. This north side of the island was calm, while the south end of the island provided many restaurants , entertainment, and shops. Tybean Coffee is about a 7-8 minute walk and is a fun little area to look around. We would definitely stay here again or any rental with Tybee Vacation Rentals.

Stayed here with friends. We were there for a soccer tournament, so we didn’t spend much time there, but the condo was clean and comfortable. We could walk to shops and restaurants, and yet easily drive to Savannah for the games. Check in/out couldn’t have been easier, and the lock was easy to figure out.

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean views. We sat on the porch and watched dolphins each morning and evening. It was within walking distance of coffee and shopping. It’s location was also close to downtown Savannah. It was a lovely place!

Everything was smooth. The only hiccup was the key code they gave us for the condo wouldn’t work. I had to call and try three other codes before we received the right one. Other than that, excellent stay!

We were a group of friends who have been together for 30 years celebrating the oldest one's 88th birthday. Elevator was close, pool close, beach front room, nice ramp to inlet. We would do a repeat trip for sure.

We loved our stay in this condo. We came with our 3 adult children and their girlfriends/boyfriend and had plenty of room. The access to the beach was great and pool was clean. The entire property was beautiful. We loved that the beach was not crowded. Also no limit on good restaurants in the Tybee/ Savannah area. We will definately come back.

My stay was pretty unpleasant. I have stayed here for a couple years now but never in room c106. I was not impressed did not seam very clean and the longer we was in the room more we started to bits all over us there was 8 of use total 4 of which where small children. I dont know if it was bed bugs of flees but I seen both during our stay. They moved us to a different room 1 mile up the road to the part of the beach where my 4 children could not swim and enjoy themselves. Tybee rental maid out like it was our fault or we was getting bug from the beach. They did nothing as far as reimbursement or discounting our stay. Was very unhappy with the lack of professionalism and customer service.

The Bay View Villa was very clean, and the view was amazing!

This villa is absolutely beautiful!!! This is our third trip to tybee with our girl group. We are a group of educators who get together to decompress and celebrate the strength of our friendship. We loved the villa and will definitely be back!

First time on Tybee Island, and we fell in love. Our condo was clean , neat and great beach decor. Very spacious. Although we stayed in winter the temperature was still good. We will definitely be back.

Lovely condo with great view. Near perfect weather. No crowds to contend with at restaurants or beaches. Lovely time of year! Plan to visit again in spring.

This is a beautifully decorated condo that is steps from the beach. Roomy, airy, clean and had a great vibe. Worked great with three young kids because lots of space and not too many knickknacks. There was construction going on outside as balcony/walls are being repainted but that didn't bother us. Only suggestion for improvement would be newer and more supportive mattresses on beds, otherwise fantastic place.

This was a nice condo on the beach. It was clean and comfortable. We had a few minor things beak, and the management company took care of them quickly. We enjoyed renting bikes from the shop down the street for a very affordable rate. We would stay again.

First, we were there to get married so already the weekend was going to be amazing but the weather was perfect, the location of the condo was perfect. Just everything was great. My husband and I had visited Tybee on our first vacation together 8 years ago and so when we decided to get married we knew it had to be there. We wanted small so it was just us, my youngest son, and our two best friends and their two daughters. We knew if we were going to the beach that we wanted to be ON THE BEACH. Not one block from the beach, not a view of the beach but with a parking lot in between, not a side view of the beach where you had to lean around the corner to get a glimpse. ON THE BEACH. And this condo did not disappoint! We had enough room for all 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 14, 14, and 10). We woke up every morning and immediately saw the waves and went to take walks on the beach. I can't count the number of times we sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins play and swim! The management company was always so nice and pleasant every time I called to ask a question. We absolutely loved being on the north side of the island. It was very quiet and the large shipping boats come in and out of the sound right there so you're able to see them up close. It was really neat! I know the management company has no control over the weather but it was perfect, and even if it wasn't, I can only imagine how nice it would be to sit on the balcony and watch the storms roll in while you sit with a cup of coffee. There is a grocery store right on the island, and only 5 minutes away from the condo, as well as several great places to eat that there was never any reason that we left the island. And the island is small enough that even if you want/need to go to the south side, it's only 10 min. The interior of the condo is beautiful, and the master bath is gorgeous but let's face it. We were there for the beach and this condo was perfect. Like I said, we could walk right down to the bridge over the dunes and have our toes in the sand in two minutes. Heaven!
