What a perfect place to celebrate FAMILY! My husband and I were there with our kids and their spouses (20's and 30's), and 3 grandchildren (ages 4 months to 4 years). There was something for everyone! Plenty of space to hang out - together or in private. Activities like foosball and pool table. Gorgeous outdoors. And a hot tub for late night conversations about life's challenges, sorrows and joys. Your property was a huge blessing in our family's life! Thank you for all the special touches and attention to detail! We would come back in a heart beat!

This house was great! It worked perfectly for our family and the kids had plenty to do. We will definitely keep this house on the list to stay when we come back.

We stayed at this home for a girls/bachelorette trip. It was the perfect decision to getaway and enjoy this mountainous area. The home is located in Silverthorne which was convenient to nearby grocery and shops. We did not find many restaurants in the area so we did travel over to both Breckenridge and Vail for food which allowed us to see and enjoy those areas as well. The home itself was so spacious and inviting. We had 7 adults and all slept comfortably with room to spare. All the essential needs were provided like cookware and towels. We also took advantage of the added amenities like the hot tub and the movie theater area. Everything was bigger and better in person! Our only hiccup was on the first day we came back with groceries and a glass jar of cheese dip (for Taco night!) fell out of our trunk and spilled onto the driveway. Even though we attempted to clean the spill, the nearest neighbor assumed we were drunk and had thrown up in the driveway and called management on us. They called a few more times to the point we had to go out and scrub the driveway with a broom & soap until they were satisfied. This was disheartening since it was an honest mishap, heck the neighbor could've even offered to help us, but instead you could tell they were presumptuous and probably trying their best to make us out to be disorderly/nuisances. For future guests, just be mindful that this home is located in a private community and the home itself is sutuated very close to the other nearby homes, so the neighbors will probably be keeping a close eye on you as you enter I and out. We found the balcony area with the hot tub as a nice escape from the nosey neighbors.

Property was perfect for multiple families. Really easy to get to different Colorado hot spots. The teens loved the basement with the projector and pool table. Everyone was comfortable and able to spread out. House was very well stocked and had all the extras. Owners were prompt with info on the hot tub. Great trip.

Well appointed. Nice big garage. Twin beds more appropriate for children sizes tho. Loved playing pool and watching movies on the projector. Kitchen has lots of supplies. Quiet location.

The property was beautiful. The box fan is broken. It needs to be replaced. There were dirty towels in the downstairs king bedroom closet. The next door neighbor is a terrible pest and I feel so sorry for the property owners and Summit Reality to have to deal with him. We did EVERYTHING that was expected of us and he still complained several times. He had something to say to us EVERY TIME we went outside and so we didn’t go outside except to go and come from the house. All in all we had a FABULOUS time and enjoyed our stay! We stayed in 3 different vrbo homes during our Colorado adventures. This home was the last one we stayed in and definitely the best! It was by far the cleanest house. We saw more wildlife at this house than we did when we stayed in a secluded cabin up in the mountains. We saw daily 2 neighborhood foxes that seemed almost like pets.

My family and I loved this house. It had a great view from the back yard, it was equiped with everythign that we needed, the entertaining area was great. Figuring out the water heater part was a little tricki​​e because you have to let it run for a bit but once we figured out the timing it all worked great. Amazing place.

Wonderful property! We had 9 extended family staying here for a ski vacation. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Cousins slept on the bunk and were very happy. Past reviews said there wasn’t any supplies, but this is no longer a problem, it is fully stocked, includingmore kitchen tools than I have in my own kitchen. There was even a blender and crockpot. We enjoyed the hot tub. We had a family pool tournament, and we brought our Nintendo and the cousins played on the big theater screen. One very small suggestion for the property owners: maybe stash 4 folding chairs in a closet so we could have more chairs around the huge table. There were also lots of supplies for babys and toddlers (high chair, baby spoons). We had a wonderful time and it was perfect for us!

This house had everything you could ever want. It was very roomy and accommodated our group of 10 easily. We were not all on top of each other. We played pool, used the large screen TV in the basement and enjoyed using the jacuzzi. There was plenty of cabinet space for all of our food we brought up. The patio had plenty of furniture and the views were amazing. There are aspen trees everywhere. The kitchen has a large island that was great for preparing meals and just hanging around. There were plenty of towels, tissues and toilet paper. They thought of everything. What can I say, the place was perfect. We hope to go back again next year.

This place was amazing! We did a family ski trip for Christmas. Family in from Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee and Lakewood, CO. The place had everything we need and more! The location worked out perfectly for us, close to A-Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountain. We took advantage of all the amenities of the house and loved every minute there. Age range of our family was 2 - 62 years old. Everyone had a great time. We plan to come back again...maybe an annual trip? The place was clean, everything worked wonderfully and the information and directions on how to use everything was clear and very helpful. Thank you so much!

Surrounded by mountains and Aspen trees, this beautiful home is close to both wilderness and civilization. There's an outlet mall about a mile and a half away, yet we saw a fox in the backyard from the deck. The house itself is bigger than it looks and can easily accommodate 3 families. They have a pool table, Jacuzzi, and a giant screen TV, a 2-car garage, and a laundry. The kitchen has everything you'll need to make small or large meals. It's pretty much a perfect place.
