Gathered with family from around the US - Texas, California, NJ & PA to see our brother in Marathon. Great location, beautiful place! Would definitely come again!

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed in! It was beautifully decorated, clean and located on an ocean inlet. We thoroughly enjoyed meals on the porch overlooking the water. The pool was nice and close. We cooked and I was impressed with the well equipped kitchen. Everything was just right!

Beautiful clean spacious property in the heart of Marathon. The heated pool was perfect in November. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

The trip was just phenomenal from beginning to end. Manatees frequent the lagoon in the back of the house, and it’s amazing to behold. Definitely a spot I plan on coming back to because of its perfect location and modern amenities. P.S. Beware of the pictures posted for this listing. They are blurry. Everything in the unit seems brand new.

We rented a boat and loved the area. So cozy and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Coral Lagoon 12. The townhouse was exactly as described and very clean. The heated pool was great and never crowded. The location in Marathon was a perfect home base for our activities ( snorkeling, fishing, kayaking).

Overall great experience, some living accommodations that could be communicated better;; - ceiling fan on deck, ( clicker ) did not know - dryer, check did not dry very well - water pressure poor - cans: bottles recycling was there any? Overall though, the venue is excellent, pool and location was fantastic.

We loved this unit! I believe it has been newly renovated, and they did a beautiful job! The kitchen is also very well equipped with everything you need. It was so nice to have our own boat slip, and be able to rent a boat! Everyone that we met that was staying there was very nice. We will definitely be back!

Our first visit to the keys and marathon was a great distance from multiple attractions. They condo had great accommodations. We where very happy with the accommodations.

Nice property as advertised, we enjoyed the restaurants and exploring local beach’s The visitors center location across the street was very helpful thanks Sandra for your suggestions. The upstairs bathroom sliding door did not function well,

This was the perfect venue for our volunteers helping out at the St Columba's-sponsored Celtic Festival. it was easy to access, everything was clean and the parking was very easy. Great kitchen and well-equipped.

Perfect layout for our family, well appointed, heated pool was a welcome retreat, nice laid back vibe, close to restaurants. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay here at Coral Lagoon 12. Updated home and well kept. Room layouts worked great for our 3 couples. Canal access for our boat was perfect. Great location close to restaurants and bars. Would stay here again and would highly recommend staying here.

Wow We love the boat slip right off the back deck. The BoatHouse Marina staff is super friendly and helpful. Easily accessible to Atlantic and Florida Bay fishing, diving, and exploring.

The property itself was well kept up, and reflected the advertisement exactly. The location relative to the ocean 'And' the Gulf was excellent. We had a great stay.

Excited to finally get to enjoy the Keys after our 2020 trip was canceled #Covid. Great central location in Marathon. House is spacious for a group of 5. Enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings & evenings. A few things didn't work: Ceiling fan outside, which would have helped keep the bugs away, and the outside grill. The master bathroom door was converted to a barn door, but it doesn't close or open all the way = no bathroom privacy. Unfortunately, the walls are thin. The next-door neighbors had young kids and enjoyed breakfast outside at 7am each morning and were easily heard (and loud) in our master bedroom. So much for sleeping in on vacation. Minimal supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc). We had to purchase from the grocery store. Overall the house is lovely.
