This was our 3rd straight year staying at this property for our annual Santa's Village trip as a family. The location works well for us as we spend a day in the park and a day over in Littleton hanging on the main drag. The house is very comfortable for our family of four. As we walked out the door, our kids said "see you next year, house!"

It was a very nice house with a great location. Air conditioning worked great during the warm days and was a quick ride to Santa’s village.

It is always a pleasure to be able to stay in this charming house and in such a lovely area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

The house was spacious and clean with perfect amenities for a family of five. The "infinity mirrors" in the bathroom are a hoot, the kids found them very entertaining. Great communication from Dennis. A great place to stay on the eclipse weekend. Thank you!

Great location for a visit to Santa's Village!

We stayed here for the second time as part of our annual trip to Santa's Village. Everyone in the family loves this house. It is a good location for getting to Santa's Village and the towns of Littleton, Lancaster, and Bethlehem. The house was plenty comfortable for our family of four and has all the stuff you need.

Enjoyed our time they’re very comfortable

This rental was exactly what we needed for a friends getaway in the mountains. The home is clean and well mantained, providing all the amenities needed to feel right at home. Very private atmosphere and quiet neighborhood, just a quick scenic ride to Gorham/North Conway. Our only disappointment was upon arrival we realized the advertised outdoor seating area and fire pit were not available, however due to the extreme humidty drawing out all the bugs it was unlikely we would've been able to tolerate sitting outdoors anyway. Alternatively, we enjoyed movie marathons on the spacious living room couch with air conditioning & Fire TV. The master bedroom and blue bedroom had individual standing AC units which were a godsend during our hot and muggy stay, however the 3rd bedroom did not have an AC and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend some sort of mattress topper, as the person staying in this room ended up downstairs on the couch because they were so hot and uncomfortable. (Fans provided for all bedrooms, but unfortunately it was still very stuffy in that bedroom.) Clear instructions and communication from owners, effortless check in process. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend as a clean and comfortable homebase for families.
