This rental was exactly what we needed for a friends getaway in the mountains. The home is clean and well mantained, providing all the amenities needed to feel right at home. Very private atmosphere and quiet neighborhood, just a quick scenic ride to Gorham/North Conway.
Our only disappointment was upon arrival we realized the advertised outdoor seating area and fire pit were not available, however due to the extreme humidty drawing out all the bugs it was unlikely we would've been able to tolerate sitting outdoors anyway. Alternatively, we enjoyed movie marathons on the spacious living room couch with air conditioning & Fire TV.
The master bedroom and blue bedroom had individual standing AC units which were a godsend during our hot and muggy stay, however the 3rd bedroom did not have an AC and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend some sort of mattress topper, as the person staying in this room ended up downstairs on the couch because they were so hot and uncomfortable. (Fans provided for all bedrooms, but unfortunately it was still very stuffy in that bedroom.)
Clear instructions and communication from owners, effortless check in process. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend as a clean and comfortable homebase for families.

Overall we had a nice stay at this house! The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and some family oriented games and movies. Comfortable beds and plenty of space in the house. It's a quiet neighborhood with plenty of fresh air and privacy.

We needed a quiet, romantic long weekend away for our Anniversary. This rental was absolutely perfect! Beautiful home, immaculately clean, centrally located for day adventures. Hoping to stay here again. Must do's when in the area...Littleton- Chutters,, Chang Thai, Dinner Train. Thank you to Tammy for sharing this wonderful location!

Well stocked with supplies. Clean. Attractive. Owners communicative. Part of living room stairs are open with no rail so watch small children closely.

This was a really comfortable house and perfect for our family of four. We were close to Santa’s Village, which was the main reason for he trip. We headed out to Littleton too for some window shopping and hanging out. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect getaway house for the weekend.. we went skiing on Saturday and it was not too far from the slopes. It was super comfortable after a fun day on the slopes and I can’t complain about a thing! We liked the cute names to the bedrooms! I would recommend this house to anyone and would go back! A good size, perfect for us, a family of 4!

Young family of 4 visiting the White Mountains Scenery & Santa’s Village. The home was conveniently locate to all White Mountains attractions and less than a 10 minute drive to Santa’s Village. The home was spacious, very well equipped with all amenities/supplies, and provides tremendous privacy. Owners were very helpful and informative about local places to visit and very communicative to make sure our stay was going well and we had everything we could need. Excellent experience and I would highly recommend for a Summer or Winter escape.

We are a young family of four (me, spouse, almost 2yo toddler and 10wk old infant). We stayed here in order to be close enough to Santa’s Village to pop home midday for nap - this house was perfect for just that! Full amenities and cozy. Our only disappointment was that there was only 1 AC unit and it was on the main floor in the living room - not upstairs - so it was very warm upstairs in the evenings unless you left windows open and then it could get too cold - we figured it all out on our second night, though :)

Our family had a great time for a long weekend at the house (2 adults, 3 young kids), quick drive to Brettonwoods for skiing every day and a great place to come back to at the end of the day for rest and relaxation! Owners very responsive to questions asked during our stay!

We had a nice trip to Bretton Woods with our family. The kitchen and laundry were great for a 5 night stay. Our hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.
