The house has absolutely everything you need. very clean and comfortable! very comfortable bed and great mattress. but the most important thing is the ocean air and silence. we are very grateful to the owner for everything.

The lanai was so amazing, we enjoyed spending time there playing cards, eating all of our meals, and just generally enjoying the comfort and view. We were very pleased with everything about the condo, pictures didn't do it justice. We wanted an "off the beaten path" location and this absolutely fit the bill, it was very quiet and peaceful. You will definitely want to rent a car at the airport, taxis and the like are not really an option on the north side. We loved this condo so much that we are already contemplating our next visit!

Had a wonderful stay. We were looking to get away from the crowds and this North side location was perfect. Days spent on the beach could pass with only a few passers by. However in a few minutes drive we could get to restaurants and actives. Dan, our host could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Where the facility needs some repairs the condos are stepping in with upgrade projects. Our stay was cut back by the Covid-19 outbreak but we will definitely return.

We had a good and relaxing time here.

The condo was clean and has a great view of the ocean. Dan Lang is great to deal with and very responsive. We will be coming back.

Condo was nice and area was quiet and safe. Even though it was on the quiet side of the island, there is plenty to do within just a short drive. The process was simple and stress free. Only complaints are rocky and grassy ocean.

The condo is in a northern location close to Rum Point and Kaibo. We enjoyed our vacation and would recommend and a home base during your stay. 7 mile beach is an easy 30 min Drive. The near by grocery store also has most of what you will need to make your own breakfast. Dan communicates well and helped point us in the right direction with a packet of info mailed to us that was much appreciated. Thanks Dan!

My husband, our 2 teen daughters and I stayed at A Midwinter Night's Dream April 13-April 20, 2019. It was the PERFECT location. This property was everything we had dreamed of. Great beachfront location. Private white sandy beach WITH COCONUT TREES! Private pool with outdoor shower. The condo was very spacious, with 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, a screened-in lanai, and super A/C. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner lets you use their snorkel gear (so you can snorkel right in the 'backyard'!) AND beach towels (saved us packing an extra suitcase!) The beach was cleaned 2x while we were there, so there was minimal seaweed buildup! But the REAL benefit of this gorgeous condo on the North Side of Grand Cayman was the owner, Dan. He was the MOST helpful owner we've dealt with in all our rentals. Gave us great information. Sent us a folder full of maps and things to do. Was accessible continuously and unbelievably helpful. Can't thank you enough, Dan, for what ended up being a PERFECT family vacation!!! We highly recommend this beautiful condo if you're going to Grand Cayman!

This was our first trip to the Island and we were fortunate to spend 3 full weeks at Dans home. We visited several attractions, enjoyed time at Rum Point, chartered a fishing trip with Captain Charlie’s, learned how to shore fish from some of the local islanders. Honestly the most relaxing time was spent right at Dans place. The views of the Caribbean are breathtaking and we will definitely miss that the most. The Condo was immaculate and The Lang Family has seen to it that all the comforts of home are provided. We made our initial inquiry with Dan almost a year ago. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed all the Island has to offer. The personalized maps were categorized on places to visit, to eat, snorkel, etc. we can’t thank you enough for making your home available to us. We’ll see you next year! Dan and Marsha Aker

This was our 2nd stay at Dan's condo. It won't be our last! Dan is very friendly and so helpful to work with. Before our vacation, he sent us a packet of helpful info - including a map that he had highlighted various activities or places to visit for us. We stayed for 10 days and it absolutely feels like home. We just stayed at the condo and relaxed on the beach often. You can walk in either direction on the beach and not see another person. It's relaxing and beautiful. Ground floor and corner unit - it's ideal and can't get any closer to the beach. We took advantage of the bbq grlll on site several times. We did visit the Seven Mile Beach area a couple of times, but we prefer the peace and quiet of the north side. If you're looking for an amazing destination and a place that feels like home, this is it! Thanks for another great vacation, Dan! Until next time...….

We really enjoyed our stay at Dan's condo. The complex was very nice and quiet and the pool was never crowded. The patio overlooking the ocean was so nice to sit outside and have breakfast on. Rum point is a little out of the way of a lot of touristy stuff (we knew that and wanted a quieter location). What we didn't know was that the ocean is very rocky near the condo. This is great if you're looking for snorkeling, but for frolicking in the water it's not the best. The beach itself is sandy, but it's also a little steep to relax on. There are plenty of great beaches just a short drive away, though! The only problem we had with the actual condo was that the internet connection was kind of weak and we kept having to restart the router. Other than that our stay was great!

We had a fabulous week in Grand Cayman. This condo was amazing and the location and views were AWESOME! Close to Rum Point and the East Side. The condo has everything you need and the building only has 8 units, so not crowded at all. We had the pool to ourselves most late afternoons. The lanai and outside deck was a great place to enjoy the beautiful oceanfront view. The snorkeling out front is great, although shallow. We had a couple of calm days, so we were able to make it out to the reef. I would highly recommend this condo. We are a family of four and it was perfect.

This condo is perfect for a secluded stay on the more quiet North side of Grand Cayman. Perfectly located close to Rum Point and only minutes away from other north and east side attractions - Crystal Caves, Botanical Gardens and great snorkeling all around. And restaurants- Kaibo, The Lighthouse, Tukka and Over the Edge. The unit is incredible and the pics really do not do justice to the beautiful views from every room. It is stocked with everything you might need but did not want to pack, from the fully equipped kitchen (even spices) to water toys and floats, extra pillows and blankets, coolers, koozies and more!! Daniel provided helpful information on provisions in the unit including internet, TV , phone and a wonderful packet and map with all the local "good to know". We have been using VRBO for many years now, and Daniel is by far the most accommodating and attentive owner we have ever had the pleasure of renting from. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the North side of Grand Cayman!

Dan's service was excellent, from answering questions promptly, to sending us materials in advance to plan our trip. We had stayed in another unit at this building a few years back so we knew we would like it. This particular unit is well stocked with towels, sheets, dishes, entertainment (books, games, tv, internet). The unit is on the end and provides privacy and great views of the ocean. There are also perks that many other condos I have stayed at around the world don't have, such as active local phone service to make calls during your stay. There was also high quality internet that operates throughout the entire property, TV service with a wide selection of channels (though we didn't watch any), and a good amount of snorkeling and water gear ready to use. Would definitely rent again.

We so enjoyed overlooking the ocean, the lanai area was especially great place for our family to gather. The condo was spacious for our family,, very clean and well appointed. The owner is very helpful to us for any questions we had. Having the Rum Point area just down the street was great also. We spent most of our time on the north and south side of the islend which was away from the more high profile area of Seven Mile Beach which was perfect to have a relaxing time.

3rd time to the Caymans. 1st time at Midnight Winters Night Dream. The host Dan set us up with maps and ideas before our trip... mailed to our home. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary... his birthday and the adoption completion of our 2 children. The condo was safe... clean... and just far away enough and close enough to everything we love. Rum point... star fish point...Smith Cay and we did a few days at 7 mile beach. We stayed 9 days. It was great. 5 star accommodation and location. We can't wait to return.

Unit was exactly as described. A piece of paradise. Unit 104 is the best unit in the small complex for the views and access to the beach. Second bedroom and bath was just like a second master suite. Everything your need including snorkeling gear. Furniture was like new and very inviting. We will visit again.

We had a problem with the dishwasher, but someone came right away and fixed it. The only other problem we had was with the blinds in the master bedroom(falling down). Otherwise everything was great.

This condo is located in the perfect spot if you want to be close to everything on the quieter end of the island. A 3 minute drive to Rum Point and you are in the middle of all the activity and the launch point for lot's of excursions. A couple of more minutes down the road and you are at Kaibo Yacht Club. A great place for a morning speciality coffee (no regular coffee available) and a fantastic Tuesday night beach BBQ that is great for the whole family. Live entertainment during the BBQ. Great band.....lot's of requests from young children from their favorite movies and the band knew them all. Grab you snorkel gear and you can snorkel right in front of your condo, or drive anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes and you can find multiple places to snorkel. This island and it's reef is built for snorkelers and divers. You are a short drive away from several interesting restaurants; Over the Edge, Tukka, Vivians Kitchen for Lunch, Rum Point, and the Kaibo Yacht Club. And you are also a short drive to a convenience store, and 20 minutes or so from a Fosters Grocery Store. This is a perfect location in my mind.

We were with another couple and found condo to be very comfortable. We had twin beds pushed together and could not tell it was not a king bed. Location was great. We enjoyed lanai each morning for breakfast. We also enjoyed Rum Point being so close. Overall, a very good value. We would stay here again

The condo was perfect for us! The condo had everything we needed and wanted for a place to stay. Our group of 4 (2 couples) had never been to Grand Cayman Island. We did have a friend who told us about things to do on the Island. But Dan (the owner of the condo) really went above and beyond to prepare us for what to expect at the condo, where to eat, things to do, provided maps of the Island which he wrote names of places and locations so we knew where basically everything was on the Island in advance. We are so glad we found North Point Condos (and Dan). We spent a lot of time at Rum Point (about 2 miles away) where there were a number of activities to do in and around the water. This was one of those casual vacations we plan to do again.

We appreciated every aspect of the property. The amenity filled kitchen, indoor outdoor dining options, the lanai, deck and poolside seating, comfy beds, amazing ocean views and above all the tranquil location of the island's quiet side. All neighboring guests were curteous and the shared spaces were never too crowded and always comfortable. We utilized all resources offered; maps, guidebooks, snorkel gear, wifi and were especially impressed with how clean and private the unit is, with thick concrete walls to insulate from noise and proper shades to allow a good night's sleep (especially for our young kids who are often up with the sun!). We hope to return again in a future winter! Huge thanks to Dan for excellent communication and hospitality.

Our family went to Grand Cayman over Christmas this year. Back in February, 2016, we had booked a condo on the East end of the island. I decided to shoot them a quick email 3 days prior to our arrival to make sure everything was ready for our arrival. The day before our flight was leaving, I received an email from them informing me they were no longer the property managers for that property and our condo reservation was no longer valid. Imagine - I had paid for the condo back in February and thought we had our dream vacation lined up. Complete panic set in. I quickly got online to try to find another condo to rent and I was lucky enough to find A Mid-Winter Night's Dream and Dan. We were so lucky that the condo was available for our dates and Dan was amazingly friendly and helpful in getting everything ready in such a short period of time. When we arrived, we were amazed. It is beautiful!!! It is truly ocean/beach front and the location was amazing. The beach is very quiet and we were able to take long beach walks and not see another person. Absolutely beautiful!! Dan checked in with us a couple of times via email to ensure everything was going well, which was very thoughtful. We spent some time at Star Fish Pointe, Rum Point and managed to hit some of the local restaurants - Over the Edge, Herman's Fish Fry and Kurt's Corner are all in that area. While all were great - Herman's Fish Fry in the east end was my family's favorite. If you are looking for a quiet beach front property with amazing views, you really do not need to look any further. It was an amazing vacation and the condo truly felt like home. The condo is well equipped with everything you may need so you are able to just sit in the beach chairs, watch the ocean and relax. The next time we decide to head to this amazing island, I will be getting ahold of Dan and hoping this gem of a condo is available for us again!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo and would highly recommend it. We were beachfront on the ground and everything we needed was at the condo. Being close to the ocean as well as the poo;l was wonderful. Both were a short walk from the condo. Pace was much slower at Rum Point--something we were looking for. The owner provided us with information that helped make our stay at Cayman absolutely wonderful. I think our favorite tips was Over the Edge Restaurant and the day with Blair on Blue Haven Charters. We never had a bad meal at Over the Edge and the prices were very reasonable. No words to explain the day with Captain Blair. What a trip. He went over and above to make our day special and we docked later gaining a new special friend. If you ever go to Grand Cayman, you got to try this condo. You won't be disappointed. The owner played a big part in making our vacation spectacular.

We stayed for 10 days and the condo and accommodations were excellent. The condo was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable and to feel like we were at home by the beach. The view was spectacular and the area was quiet and relaxing. The other guests staying in the condo complex were very nice, friendly and courteous.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and highly recommend it to anyone. It is a beach front, ground floor unit, is very comfortable and well furnished. It was a kick to sit on the porch, watch and listen to the ocean, while eating a breakfast of toasted bulla. The pool area worked well for sunning, cooling off with a plunge and visting other vacationers. Having Rum Point beach and Over The Edge restaurant, etc. near was great. This is our fifth trip to Grand Cayman and this has been our best accommodation. We will rent it again.

A Mid-Winter Night's Dream was just that for our family of five (three teenagers). The condo is spacious and loaded with everything we needed including snorkeling equipment, WiFi, well supplied kitchen and good A/C. It is close to very good restaurants and far from the throngs of cruise ship tourists on the West side. We loved the quiet beauty and abundant coconuts. The only downside I would mention is the garbage (mostly flip flops and plastic water bottles) that washes ashore. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a vacation on Grand Cayman.

Having rented many condos all over the caribbean, this condo was by far our favorite. Not only was it the best equipped rental, the location was perfect---on the beach and only steps away from the pool. The views from every window were amazing....and how can you beat snorkeling right out front on your almost always private beach. !!! We love the quiet and peaceful Northside of grand cayman and will definitely rent this condo again if we are lucky enough to return.

Upon arrival, we found the condo to be immaculately clean and very private. The views from the lanai, patio and master bedroom were fantastic! We rarely saw anyone while we were there for a week. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. While the area in front of the condo is not really great for letting the kids just play, it was fantastic for teaching them how to snorkel before we went out into rougher waters. They had a wonderful time, and their first time snorkeling ever were able to see a stingray right out front! It took just minutes to drive to Rum Point beach for different snorkeling and a swim beach. Also, the restaurant there is incredible. While Georgetown is a bit of a drive, you pretty much can get to any part of the island in under an hour. Highly recommend this unit!

We enjoyed our time at the North Pointe condo. The Rum Point area is beautiful it offers the best of both worlds. Peace and quite but close enough to town if ou need more excitment

We loved the condo. We spent all our time on the lanai. It's wonderful. Snorkeling on the reef was great. No complaints from us!!
