We enjoyed Lexy's home - and returned for our third stay this year! We appreciate the comfort, the space, and the heated pool. Every room has it's own bathroom, there is ample kitchen space and the grill is a plus for making meals after a sunny day has flown by. The proximity to the park, the clubhouse, and to other/off-resort attractions is ideal! AND, Lexy is SO responsive to renters, making the pre-trip process so easy.

Such a great property! Everything was as advertised. It was a great place for 9 of us to stay. Each of us having our own space was fantastic, especially having a bathroom for each bedroom! Kids loved the heated pool and the area is quiet and we felt secure. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

We stayed at this property at the end of September. House was clean. Plenty of space for our party of 7. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the supply of towels and, kitchen ware etc...We had a couple of days stuck in the house with Hurricane Ian, but the game room, PS4 and TVs helped pass the time. The location is close to all the Disney parks and just a short drive to Sea World and Universal. Wal-Mart is just down the road. The resort community is quiet and clean. Definitely recommend and we hope to stay again in the future.

It's hard to describe how happy we were with the property and the property owner/manager. This was the place that we wanted and yet couldn't believe how well it fit our requirements. The adults all had a "Master" type bedroom/bathroom, the teenager in our group had a double bed with full bathroom, the other adult had a seperate room with full bath and the 2 kids got the room with the bunk benk - single on top and a double on the bottom and it had a full bath (huge smiles all around especially teenager). The kitchen and dining areas fit all 8 of us as did the pool area. The 2 younger kids should have been played out from the days at Disney etc. however first thing they were in the pool when we returned. Shopping was all close for everything. Getting to the attractions were all right close by and nothing more than 15 minutes. The trash was a breeze with bag and placement right outside the front door with pickup pretty well daily. Lots of extra towels and the laundry was right there so no problem with clean clothes, towels or bedding. I highly recommend having a look at this place and if its open to book it if you have a group of 6 or more people. Would be a "Definite" rebook in the future.

I have this home a 5 out of 5!! Every step: reservation, price, arrival, stay and departure... everything about this property was amazing!! The owners, even though they live abroad, communicate directly with guests!! Their kindness is felt in the words and tonesof everymessage. We were made to feel as though we were at home. The property managers were easy to contact and always responsive. Travel to all of the parks, and attractions, was in minutes. It was like the excitement of a resort but the privacy of our own home. Almost everything needed is right there in the home. Electronic games are in working order and board games are plentiful. Having a washer and dryer made keeping clothes and towels fresh and packing clean clothes was so nice. My family and I could not have selected a better place to stay! If we return to Florida there is no question about where we will stay!! THANK YOU LEXY!!

This rental was ideal for a large family like ours. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms and lots of living space. The pool and grill in the backyard made it easy to stay and play at the house and the resort amenities were an added bonus! It is conveniently located close to all the parks making it easy to get around. Overall a great stay!

The house at Windsor Hills was as advertised and suited our group of nine perfectly. All had spacious bedrooms with baths so line for the bathroom. The pool was a big hit with our 6, 8, and 9 year old grandchildren. The location is perfect. Only a short drive to all the Disney parks. Groceries were a quick task as Walmart is less than a mile away. I would recommend this property highly.

Home was exactly as pictured. Loved quiet mornings by the pool drinking coffee, and despite hot days, we also enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. House was exactly as pictured and management company ready, available and responsive. The check in line was long but getting in and out wasn’t too bad after the initial check in.

There are literally not enough great things that we can say about this house. We were 4 adults and 6 kids for a weeklong Disney trip. The 2 master suites were perfect for the adults, and the kids loved having their own spaces. The kids loved the pool and the nearby slides and splash pad, and the adults loved the hot tub after long days in the parks. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked several times. 10 out of 10! We’ll recommend to our friends and will absolutely make an effort to stay here again.

Been here twice and it is fantastic. Everyone gets back to you quicky and everything is clean and in its place. Well done again!!

Location, location, location….this is a wonderful 5 bedroom/bathroom home in an amazing location! Communication with the owners was great - they are very responsive and helpful. Short walk to the clubhouse/pool and only half a block from the playground. We felt that what we paid was a very fair price. Our kids enjoyed the air hockey table and basketball game in the garage. Three king suites was a huge plus also. The beds are very comfortable as is the living room furniture. Due to many food allergies, we ate almost all our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay in this home again!

The property is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful and safe area. Pool and hot tub worked well and were very clean. Everything from garbage pickup to ease of food and grocery delivery exceeded our expectations. Definitely will return.

This property was fantastic. The price was right, location was perfect. Close to Disney, Universal, Walmart, and restaurants. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was great with 2 couples and 3 children. The neighborhood was quiet, and everyone loved having our own pool but also the clubhouse pool and playground as well. We would stay here again. We only wish they had a Keurig for convenience and supplied us with a few extra towels for the amount of people we had. Other than that, which was no big deal. The place is awesome, and I would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for a multi-family Disney vacation. Each bedroom had its own bath and the spacious dining table was perfect for evening board games.

Plenty of space to be together and away from each other. Had everything we needed would highly recommend. One of the most enjoyable ever.

The property was very nice and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out after a long day at Disney! My husband and I, our adult children and grandchildren stayed and very much enjoyed our stay at the home. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the bedrooms was great. The two master bedrooms worked great for us and the double sinks in the bathrooms were awesome for getting ready in the mornings. The owner, Lexi, was wonderful to work with. Always prompt with her answers and her offer to help in any way she could. We had one small snafu at check-in that our second car was not on the list even though we had provided that information. This was quickly resolved, though, and everyone made it to the house just fine. We would definitely stay there again!

We reserved this home as two families vacationing together. The upper and lower bedrooms were perfect for split families, and it was amazing to each have our own bathroom! The home is open and clean, and the pool was perfect. Property managers were very responsive and attentive with any questions or concerns we had. We would love to return again!

We really enjoyed our Stay at this property. House is as pictured. We stayed 5 nights with our 8, 5, and 2 year old boys. The first two nights, our daughter and son in-law stayed with us as well. We were able to enjoy being all together with plenty of room to spread out. You cannot beat the amenities at Windsor Hills. Lexi (owner) was quick with responses and helpful. The best part was the manager of the property. Was available both times that we ran into small snags and a very friendly man. Gave us recommendations of places to see. Overall, we felt very at home and had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was stocked with plenty of extras to make you feel at home. There are plenty of towels for the pool. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The property was phenomenal. We loved the waterpark. I can not wait to visit again.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious, had everything we needed, and was set within a gated community with water park, pool, and multiple playgrounds. The house is easy walking distance to both the water park/pool and the ‘castle’ playground that you see in photos on their listing. Our kids loved the backyard pool - we swam every single day during our weeks stay. We visited Disney’s Animal Kingdom one day and the Magic Kingdom another day. Both are within 15 minutes drive. The house is very centrally located! We would definitely stay here again. If you’re planning a trip with another family this definitely has enough space. Thank you!

My family and I stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. We have four children ages 15 to 2 years old. The house is very much a family home and we all felt comfortable. A full size very nice crib was in one of the bedrooms and was very much appreciated. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. We loved the garage area with all the games and everything that was provided for younger kids. They have a very nice infant car seat, small table with chairs, umbrella stroller, booster type car seat for an older kid, high chair and beach toys. We loved the eat in kitchen and ate our breakfast and lunch there almost everyday. The location of the home is within walking distance to the large pool/resort area and the amazing castle play ground was literally right behind our home(three minute walk). The beds are very comfortable and the shower was fantastic with great water pressure. The house was very clean and everything that you can think of was provided in the home. We did buy some extra toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. I also bought some kid friendly bowls, plates and cups...just because I was worried they would break the very nice dishes. The check in process was quick and painless as was checkout. We did not receive check out instructions but did email the management company and they emailed me right back. The location of the house was very close to restaurants and stores. The resort area with the pool was nice. The kids enjoyed the splash pad and water slides. Cons: I payed for a heated pool and it was not warm until the day before we left. The lights in the pool never worked. There is a light on the patio fan which we did turn on so the kids could swim when it got dark, but pool lights would have been nice. Also, the blinds to the pool area were hard to open. You have to open them to pull them back all the way. Once we got them open we left them open the whole time in fear of closing them or breaking them once we tried to open them up again. I did email the management company and they came out the next morning and turned the heat on for the pool and tried to fix the lights and blinds. We did rent the house the day before we were arriving so it was short notice. I did read that it takes 24-36 hours to heat the pool. I just didn’t think it would take so long. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again.

Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the game room and private pool area immensely. All of us got a great night’s sleep each night. Everything was clean. Some updating would be welcomed, but overall, our time at this house was well spent.

A super villa for all the family, fabulously well equipped and very clean. The villa exceeded all our expectations. We were 3 generations of the same family and all had a wonderful time. The pool and hot tub being well used throughout our stay. Never got to the resort pool as totally at home with the private pool. Enjoyed the BBQ after a day at the parks (a great surprise as not mentioned on the details) along with the pool towels. Only one gripe was we could not find any instructions for pool door alarm, and as arriving late after long journey, all wanted to try the pool! After the parks in Orlando, we visited Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge across near NASA and had a great time seeing alligators and other wildlife in natural environment, well worth a visit as FREE ENTRY. Would definitely recommend villa to our friends for future trips.

We visited at the end of June. There were 9 of us in total from 3 families. We really enjoyed the house and would clearly recommend it to anyone going to Orlando.

There isn't anymore you could ask for while at this property! Windsor Hills is an immaculately maintained, safe, secure resort. Location is excellent - very close to Disney, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores (we liked the new Publix 4 miles south on Old Lake Wilson Road). The house itself is large, spacious and clean. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable - ESPECIALLY the beds! WOW! Are those beds comfortable! We are a family of 6 (mom, dad, grandma, grandpa and 2 boys, ages 7 and 9) and found we had ample room to spread out during our 2 week stay. The clubhouse pool is nice, but we found ourselves there only once as we thoroughly enjoyed having our own private pool right outside our patio doors. (We had a hard time keeping the boys out of the pool!) It's southwest orientation keeps the sun on it all day, but if you feel the need for shade, the outdoor table and chairs are under a covered patio. Lexy was very helpful, answered all our questions and was easy to deal with. The management company is very close to the resort and promptly dealt with any minor issues we had. The pictures shown are exactly what you get in this property. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this house. We still reminisce each day of the wonderful time we had and wouldn't hesitate re-booking with Lexy!

The house was perfect. Very well located, excellent for our small child and very well furnished. The rooms were perfect and everything worked well. The owner is a very nice person and the agents were very helpfull in all we needed. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful time. Home was just as promised, clean and spacious. Loved the decor and the bedding. Truly felt as we at we were at our home away from home. Thank you for your quick response and fix of the minor snag with the spa heat. Will definitely inquire about this property for next spring break.
