This was our second time staying in this unit. Just like last time, it was perfect for what we needed. The property manager was outstanding if we needed anything during our stay. The unit has an amazing view and is very close to town. This is luxury that is affordable!

We liked this place overall. We’ve stayed at Grand Bay before and this unit is probably on the lower end in a quality sense, but it was not bad. If you need functionality in a great location, it’s a good spot. Be careful about ordering groceries. The fridge is really small. There’s no closet but there are hanging racks for cloths. The bathroom is not air conditioned and the floor stays wet after showers. All that said, we are happy with our stay.

My wife and I had an amazing time exploring this wonderful island! The property was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. We could go right out our door and be downtown Cruz Bay in 4 minutes walking. Views from the deck were breathtaking!! A must visit.

This place was amazing! Owner was quick to respond on any questions. Crandell (property manager) is always amazing! Wonderful customer service. Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. St. John is our favorite vacation place. Would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

The shower has no wall or curtain so floor/toilet gets wet. A/c worked well, view is beautiful, bed was very comfortable & the location downtown is the best!

From start to finish... a fantastic experience! Absolutely loved listening to the live music from town! Inside, there's everything you need. The King bed is top notch. Big screen TV with satellite is a great amenity. The patio has an amazing view. The only issue was the water heater failed... BUT - they replaced it right away! Fantastic service & response!

No hot water the entire stay. Luke warm at its best. And there were dishes. How is it possible thise dishes get clean between guests with no hot water. We found a sock a used pillow case and a hair pin within the sheets of the bed, making us 99% sure the bed was never washed. Black mold in the shower and bug droppings. No seperate shower no rubber mats leaving the bathroom floor entirely wet the whole time making the ceramic tile floor in the outer room dangerously slippery. Hooks at handle level on bath door cut us. Bed awful, you sink to the center. Terrible stay at this residence.

Fantastic spot and property! The studio suite had everything we needed for a great stay. Property location is unreal and two seconds from the local dive shop and downtown beach bars and restaurants. There were a couple small things that when fixed would boost our rating to five stars. That being said we would absolutely stay there again! Cheers

Overall experience was good for the PH unit, a couple things were no lighting in the small kitchen area, showers were luke warm at best and a tree branch dragging heavily on the roof every time the wind blew was very annoying…. affecting sleeping at night.

We’ve been to St John many of times before, but this was the first time we had stayed in this condo and I’m so happy we’ve found a place that we can rely on and come back to time and time again. It was cute, clean, convenient and the view from our balcony was of course, beautiful. Pam and Laura were the nicest and most genuine people! A tropical storm was coming through the island and they made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend not only this condo, but any condo in the building. You won’t be disappointed! We can’t wait to visit again!

Great communication, pick up was on time from ferry. The only thing we noticed was that our towels were dirty - hair in towels and sand still left in the towels on the shelf. We just had to wash all towels before using them. View was beautiful and getting around town was very easy from the location. The local neighbor was super sweet and provided information on things to do around the island. All in all I would recommend this place again.

Nice view of Cruz Bay

Great location for walking into town for dining, shopping or hiking out to a couple close by beaches. View is incredible from unit!! The studio was comfortable with a high ceiling and a funky island theme euro style bathroom. (All one space. No shower curtain) property management was very accommodating to our request for a blender to make smoothies in the morning (tiny freezer space but made it work) As a suggestion, a few throw rugs would complement the unit, as the floors always felt sandy even with sweeping them each day. laundry was extremely handy! Amenities nice, pool deck very enjoyable. Would recommend this spot for anyone wanting a cozy place on the island.

Clean, private, well maintained and safe.

Overall, this property worked well for my wife and I. We spent very little time in the room, so choosing the studio rather than the 1 bedroom worked for us. However, I do think I would opt for a 1 bedroom in the future because we would like a little more space in the kitchen. The biggest drawback was the shower. It is an open concept shower, toilet and sink with no dividers, so the bathroom floor would get all wet when someone would shower. We were also unable to find a thermostat or switch to be able to control the air conditioning which was on all day and made the room quite cold. Opening the lovely accordion balcony doors was an option, however it only attracted mosquitos into the room so we opted to keep them closed. The balcony was great and had a lovely view of Cruz Bay. Overall, the property is perfect for us, but we would likely opt for a larger 1 bedroom next time.

Great place to stay, right in Cruz Bay, beautiful views, nice studio but we could not get real hot water, it was just warm enough to shower. That is why we gave it a 4.

Washing Machine QUIT on DAY 2, With NOTHING but UNDERWARE and BATHING SUITS in it. REPORTED IMADETALLY NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT!!!!!!!! STAYED 11 DAYS WITHOUT WASHING MACHINE!!!!!!! Which one of the reasons for Choosing this Location was the washing machine!!!!!

We stayed two weeks at Love City Penthouse and enjoyed every second of our trip. Perfect location for walking to town or staying in and watching boats come in and out of Cruz Bay from the balcony. The unit was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need for your stay.

The apartment was everything as described. The location was perfect and everything was clean. Communication with the host was great and we had zero issues. We are already planning to stay again. I highly recommend this location

Definitely will stay again!

Traveling during covid virus was a little nervous for me, but getting tested before hand was easy. The weather held up and was beautiful even when it had a few afternoon quick showers. location could not have been better, right in the midst of everything and so close to the ferry, bars, water, and shopping. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning watching the boats come in. Such a great location, and villa was stocked with all the items you normally tend to forget, cudos to the owners.

I stayed for a week with my twin 13 year old grand boys. Studio was perfect for us guys! They became certified scuba divers at Low Key Watersports. Cooked hamburgers, steak, and hot dogs on balcony grill. Dined at the Beach Bar and Woody’s. Pool and hot tub were nice after a day at the beach. Fifteenth trip to St. John. Never gets old!

We loved the mix of dining options so close to the hotel, as well as love the proximity to so much natural beauty within the state park/beach’s! Beautiful view of the bay with as many amenities as you would need!

This is a very cute studio. I really liked how the doors open to a beautiful view. We had everything we needed except laundry detergent and was glad I brought laundry pods. Our only problem was the water in this unit was barely warm. I contacted Desmond, who works for the property management, which and he explained the shower was plumbed backwards. This is true but the water in the sinks and showers could barely rinse the zinc sunblock off (which is required for the restoration of the coral reefs) due to how it was coldish. Otherwise, I really liked everything about this place and would consider staying again especially if I knew the water temp was fixed!
