We had an awesome vacation! Beach right across the street and a pool at the house. The kids loved it and we enjoyed every day at the beach and swimming! Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was steps from the beach. Our 4 year old & 1 1/2 yr old loved the heated pool. The owner was prompt when I messaged him with questions. It was nice to have an owner who does that!!! We will stay again if we go back to fort Myers beach. Weather was perfect-sunny and 75!! Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was nice ( me and my husband, & 2 daughters and their husbands. ) 4 year old in twin bed room and baby upstairs in portable crib in mom and dads room. It was a nice relaxing time for all!!

The house is very spacious and had a great location. Was well equipped with beach towels, paper towel, toilet paper, laundry soap and dish soap. Close to restaurants and Publix. Things that could use improvement: 1. full LP tank 2. More kitchen accessories (i.e. larger frying pan, kitchen utensils) 3. Shampoo would be a helpful addition 4. Heated pool upon arrival

This is a perfect rental property if you're looking to stay in the Ft. Myers Beach area with a larger group! It's in a great location (just a walk across the road to the beach), and also has a Publix located ~a mile down the road which made picking up groceries extremely easy during my stay. The house was very clean when we arrived - the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, etc. They also provided extra beach chairs, carts, and towels which was very convenient given most of my group flew into the area. The covered pool area was also another added bonus! There is still some damage to other houses from Hurricane Ian last year, but the house was perfect condition! Beaches were great and there are still a lot of restaurants and shops that open that were a short walk (or 10-second drive) away. Overall had a fantastic time and didn't run into any issues with the house. David was very communicative during our check-in and check-out process...would give this 6/5 stars if I could!

The home was beautiful- despite fort myers beach damage, this home was perfect condition as was the beautiful beach. Large home and great for groups or family, nicely decorated and well kept. Thank you. We had a great time.

This property was great for our family spring break. The space was clean, very roomy, and well put together. As to be expected, there was some projects still being worked on from the hurricane damage but nothing that hindered us from having a great time. David was extremely helpful and accommodating! 10/10 would absolutely stay again.

Ft Myers was badly damaged, completely damaged by the hurricane. This property was spared for the most part. The owner has been trying to bring it up to speed. When we arrived one of the bedrooms, one downstairs next to pool, did not even have air conditioning. There was plywood over where the A/C should have been. The covered pool is not - it is mostly destroyed. The location is great as you can literally walk across street to the beach. But you should not be paying full freight for this property while Ft Myers is under construction. And this house is still going final renovations. It will be a great house and beach location soon, but not today and should not be presented as such. Three stars and that would be generous.

We loved our stay! The house was so very clean and newly remodeled and updated. The pool was heated and a comfortable temperature. The owner stopped by and made us feel at home. We will definitely be coming back again!

Four Bedrooms and Four Baths..Large rooms a lot of space. Two screened in porches to hang out on and watch the waves..Very clean and modern.Beautiful heated swimming pool.Great location to the beach.Time Square .and great restaurants .Lots to do in the area..Red Sox Jet Blue Park and Top Golf Arena and many great golf courses..This home well worth the stay.

This was the first rental for this property following Hurricane Ian cleanup. As soon as we inquired about it the owner called us to let us know what was working, what wasn’t, and what was available on Ft Myers Beach. So communications from the start was excellent! The owner even stopped by to check on us! The things not yet repaired were minor for us: garage doors, screens, etc. The living spaces, kitchen area and pool were what we needed and they were in excellent condition. Location is great. Right across the street from the beach with chairs, coolers and beach towels to enjoy it, plus wagons to haul it over. Although it was sobering to see the devastation still to be cleaned up and repaired, the beach is rebounding. Crowds were returning to enjoy the sun. Food trucks were available and restaurants are opening. No grocery stores yet, so get your supplies before crossing the bridge. We had a great time making memories with our kids and grandkids. We will be back!

Great location. 100 yards from the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Great place to bring the family. The rental was clean. David was great to deal with and available when needed.

David’s place was great for our group of 10 people. It was nice to have bedrooms and bathrooms on all 3 levels. It was just a walk across the street to the beach and we loved having a private pool. Great restaurants nearby. We had a blast kayaking with the Manatees at Lovers Key State Park. Some of the furnishings and appliances were a little worn down in the house and it could have been more thoroughly dusted. But overall we had an excellent stay.

Overall, our entire group loved this house and the location. While there were a few things that popped up, nothing was a deal breaker and we would absolutely stay here again! David even called toward the end of the week to check in, make sure everything was going ok and that small token was appreciated. The house had a fully stocked kitchen, TONS of towels (bathroom and beach towels), lots of pool toys, beach chairs, wagons, etc. and they were all much appreciated and so helpful (def more than any other house we have stayed in). The pool and decks were our favorite parts of the house. I would highly recommend renting bikes and/or golf carts though as there tends to be a lot of traffic on Estero toward Times square and the bridge. Plus, all of the parking near restaurants/shops in times square require parking to be paid for and this house is somewhat of a lengthy walk (in our opinion). Publix is about a mile down the road for groceries. Suggestion: Wait until day 2 to buy your groceries. It is included in the welcome message that the refrigerator may seem warm upon arrival (due to being open for extended periods of time for cleaning, etc.), but in the binder on the counter is where it mentions that it can take up to 12 hrs to properly cool. We spent quite a bit of money on groceries when we got there (not seeing the 12 hr part, so that is a fault of mine) and the refrigerator wasn't cool at all. Luckily, there was another fridge/freezer in the garage that we moved groceries to temporarily. Like I said, not a deal breaker at all, just a thing we wish we realized ahead of buying groceries. Trash pick up: Trash pick up is done once a week, but when there are large groups, we really felt there should have been an alternate plan for new large parties arriving. With only 2 outdoor trash cans, both were full when we arrived and due to the holiday, trash pick up wasn't for another 4 days after we arrived (and we had 12 people). Again, not a deal breaker, we just started off in a not so great status and feel bad for the next group to check in. The beach access was a short walk away and we had ocean views from both decks (online pictures really highlight the upstairs deck, but you have good views from the middle level as well). Loved the light by the pool area so we were able to swim at night. Other suggestions: dishwasher and stove (may be time for an upgrade), pool screen door doesn't close fully, nothing that would prevent us from staying again.

We had so much fun staying here at this property. It was close to everything and big enough for 12 of us comfortably. We will be back!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We loved the spacious bedrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed for a family of 6. We highly recommend renting - it was a perfect location for a family vacation!

Beautiful home Great stay

Such a incredible place to stay on the island. Great location and views of the ocean. Owner went out of his way to call to see how we liked it and to see if we needed anything. Nothing was needed since everything was available at the home. This is my new regular vacation spot on Fort Myers Beach!!

Great property in a great location.

House is located in a quieter part of Ft. Myers Beach but still convenient to beach (short walk) and stores. Host considered what a family needs for a stress-free week at the beach/pool and has it all on hand. Plenty of room in the house to spread out, lots of beach and bath towels, chairs, umbrellas, wagon to cart stuff, stroller for small child, pool/beach toys, etc. We stayed at two other VRBO properties on this trip and this Host stands out as the most thoughtful we have encountered.

The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants within walking distance, far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. It accommodated three families really well. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the front porches were great for family time. The owner was responsive to the minor issues that arose in a very timely manner. He might consider a laundry service or update the appliances, as I spent much of my last couple days babysitting the washer and dryer making sure there was not more than three loads of laundry as the owner requested.

Our vacation was perfect. The home was very accommodating and was perfect for our family. The location was great! We will recommend this property to our family and friends. Thank you David for being so responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent again!

The place was exactly as it was advertised. Plenty of space and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend this location.

Everything was nice and as listed. Dishwasher had some issues. Beach stuff was a definite hit.
