Easy walking distance to downtown. Place could use some upgrades. Some very dated wiring and bath facility.

This studio apt is exactly as described, stayed with my husband and our two friends, the pull out couch and murphy bed were just fine accomodations for housing VERY close to the Snowflake lift, and a short walk into town. We didn't spend too much time in the house, so it was exactly what we needed. It is very dated, closet doors are broken, but the price is good. Propery management company was very fast to respond to a small problem we had, and very accomodating. Access to pool and hot tub is excellent. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're looking for somewhere affordable to put your things, and get out onto the mountain and into town!

My partner and I stated her for our ski trip and had a an amazing experience! The location was a quick walk to the Snowflake lift, and just as close of a walk to Downtown Breck. The stay itself was cozy and perfect for just the two of us, and communication with the property manager was great as well. We would definitely stay again!

Location is good. Short walk to 4 o'clock bus, snowflake lift, and Main Street. Place is dated. Main bed was like sleeping in a hammock. Bathroom door does not shut completely. Used the text thread to ask for extra blankets but never got any. Seems like different people are managing the text response and it was slightly comical. If you can deal with poor managing, the location is great!

Great location with everything we needed

Not exactly “ski in” but close enough and perfect proximity to downtown but still quiet. Overall very enjoyable and would stay again.

Small but adequate enough for one couple. The fireplace was nice but the shower and bathroom needed some updates.

This had everything we needed to make our stay in Breckenridge perfect.

Very clean condo with parking right in front of door, easy walk to bus stop and Main Street. Easy check in and out, very attentive staff. Enjoyed my stay.

As it turns out, we got so much snow this week, we ended up staying in the condo more than usual. A fire in the fireplace, a big tv, and comfy chairs made it a great get away!

Nice small and cozy apartment close to ski lift and bus stop.

Couch and chairs are old and dilapdtated, TV is new, but the wires are all over the place and the electrical is a mess. The carpet was nice and the location is close to town for walking, a fair hike to the bus with skis and the hot tub is a long way too. It snowed 4 ft while we were there so it made everything a struggle.

For not being updated (furniture, appliances, etc) it was clean, well-worth the price and close to the slopes! Management was wonderful!

You have to hike up to the chairlift or take the shuttle. The nearest slope is also a bit of a walk to get back to the unit at the end of the day. The pool/hot-tub facilities serve the entire complex, so don't plan on having them to yourselves. Aside from that, we really enjoyed the unit. The staff at the Summit Mountain Rentals is awesome and very helpful. They made the check-in/check-out process very easy.

One of the lights in the bathroom didn't work, one of the hallway lights didn't work and one of the lights in the kitchen didn't have a cover. Also, two of the hallway closets had sliding doors that weren't on their tracks. I immediately called the management company, and they said it would be fixed early the next morning, but none of the items were fixed during the whole weekend we stayed.
